A menu was left on my door last week. Tonight I decided to give them a try. I had ordered before at their previous location and couldn't remember if I like it. Let me say it is amazing! I wasn't sure when I was told a longer than usual delivery time but it was well worth the wait. I ordered a pepperoni mushroom onion pizza. The crust is thin and crispy but not too much. The garlic knots are good but I like them a little less dry. More butter and garlic. The order was right, delicious and the person on the phone was very polite. Outstanding pizza ! We tried this for the first time, and we will definitely be back. It's a pizza place, and they also have subs, and a limited entree selection. Their pizza, though, is what brought us. It's thin crust, (what we like) and a very nice sauce. Sizes range from 12" to 24", either build your own, or "specialty" pizzas. We ordered pizza, a small antipasto (serves 2), and they were having a special of their garlic knots. All were exceptionally good, and arrived at the table still piping hot. Service was excellent, but be aware,... you order at the counter, then they will bring your order to you.On a scale of 1 - 5, it's definitely in the high 5's. First time ordering here. The good: Delivery arrived before promised, food was still hot, the celery was fresh. That's it. The bad: A lot. The baked ziti I ordered was not very good. Overcooked, the pasta was flavorless yet the sauce was overpowered by what I think was either smoked bacon or sausage. I think I was eating a meatball at one point but Im really not sure. The buffalo wings looked like they had been boiled. The skin was rubbery and the meat had no flavor. The buffalo sauce was an off tan color and had little taste. I thought maybe the house salad would be OK but the dressing was watery and flavorless. So my meal tonight is celery and blue cheese for $30 read more

This is our favorite new delivery place. The pizzas are great (especially the Mediterranean), and the prices are amazing. We can get two medium specialty pizzas for $20. Also, the wings are amazing, and the antipasto salad is perfect. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, delivery can be a little slow. I am a big fan of New York style pizza, and I have been to most places around. This is my go to spot, best across the board. Perfect crust, the sauce taste good, the toppings are fresh and the cheese melts perfectly for that all important elasticity. My son seems to enjoy the topping here more as well. We live virtually across the street from two national pizza joints, which I merrily drive by on my way to Rizzoli's. We're from Western New York, Rochester and Buffalo, so we have definite standards when it comes to pizza. Rizzoli's meets them. Good crust, good sauce, good cheese, good pepperoni. And when you ask them to make it crispy, they do. In addition to the good pizza, the staff is very friendly; it's always a pleasure to pop in to pick up my pie. My wife particularly likes a pizza when she comes home from work on Friday. This is my most favorite Italian place around. Amazing food for a great price. A must try. The people are always nice and they deliver too. You will not be disappointed. First experience with Rizzoli's and it was a home delivery. Dinner was easily ordered online via an easy to navigate website, delivered within the estimated timeframe and it was still hot. Payment was easy, used a credit card at time of placing order and was able to include tip at time of delivery. Requested extra sauce for my spaghetti and meatballs, not sure if extra sauce was provided or not but next time I'll order double extra sauce. The side salad includes olives and peppers... One of the only meaty pizzas my daughter will eat is from Rizzolis. So to tell u about this experience, when I called over the phone the young lady was very nice and answered all my questions. She let me know the time it would take to deliver my food which was about 45-60 min. I thought for a Large pizza, small pizza and wings that is was too long. But nonetheless it is what it is. Due to an App or restaurant processing issue the order was delayed in starting and took 50 minutes instead the 32 promised by Bite Squad. It arrived hot, along with the 10 medium wings. I do wish they offered different types of greens other than just iceberg lettuce, but the topping options are endless.
