The professionalism of this company is astounding. I was so worried about moving, and they took all the stress away. Baby Grand piano; no problem. I don't know how they managed, but not a scratch or a dent on any of my antiques, and they left my house in better condition than it was before I gave them the keys. I have used this company to move my residence twice and highly recommend them as a quality moving company. They did a great job of prepping my home before they started to move anything. They wrapped the walls, door jams and cover the floors and stairs to ensure both moving out and moving in. They also wrapped everything tightly with blankets and plastic wrap to ensure nothing was damaged. They were fast, professional and communicated very well to set expectations and timeline for the move. I moved last weekend and used RL for the task. I must say, what a PRO team. Brooke showed up to provide an estimate with a video to substantiate the quote she provided. NO phone order here. The apartment was another challenge, because it required a long walk, and nothing but a passenger elevator. Ryan and his excellent team worked like a choreographed dance troup. They were so efficient, and worked so quickly. Ryan was on top of everything. They set up the apartment, and moved on to the storage unit. From start to finish, we liked everything about this mover for our out of state move. We went from So Cal to Oregon with a 3 bed house. Quoting was straight forward and professional with an in-home review and electronic follow-up. Loading day went smoothly with a professional and courteous crew that arrived on time and ready to go to work. The day started with a complete walk through with the crew. Extremely professional and experienced. As a side note: We did not mettle or try to side manage the crew - we stayed out of the way and let them do their work. They performed all the extras like protecting the interior carpet and doors with temporary runners and covers, shrink wrapping everything, adding extra padding where needed for protection, ensuring the entire house was cleared out. The delivery at the new place was on time and went just as smoothly. I really appreciated the extra effort the unloading crew put into placing all the boxes and furniture in appropriate rooms. When our boxes were not marked clearly, the crew asked. In some cases I had them open the boxes to ensure they went to the right room. They were patient, extremely efficient and worked diligently.
