We had a huge move to do under a tight time crunch, and Faithful Moving really came in clutch to get it done. For the move they sent Wes, Geo, Jeremiah, and Oggy. They had very pleasant attitudes and were extremely efficient at packing and unpacking the moving truck. We also had a lot of junk to haul, and were planning to look around on Yelp. During the move I asked the guys if they also hauled junk, which they do. We were so happy with them during the move that we just scheduled them to come haul the junk a few days later. They sent Geo and Jeremiah to haul the junk, and again they were fast, efficient, and had amazing attitudes. After my experience I would definitely use and recommend them for moving and junk hauling. I had used this company in the past and was very satisfied, which makes this experience especially disappointing. During our most recent move (a 1,000 sq. ft. condo and full garage), the movers argued with each other throughout the day, and one mover spoke nonstop about his personal life, which made an already stressful day feel chaotic and unprofessional. They repeatedly complained about the amount of items to be moved, despite the size of the condo being modest. The move took significantly longer than expected. More concerning, they failed to remove numerous items from the garage -- including multiple boxes and other belongings -- which we did not discover until after a very long day when we returned to the property to turn in the keys. We then had to spend over four additional hours making repeated trips in a small sedan to retrieve everything that had been left behind. They also left a marble dresser top (which is not easily moveable due to weight, which is probably why it was left behind) and a 16" x 4" cylindrical item. The owner initially stated he would arrange to pick them up. However, when I followed up, I was told I would be charged a three-hour minimum for them to retrieve items that their crew failed to load in the first place. This experience reflects a serious decline in professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company. From the very start of initially inquiring about hiring Faithful Moving, Phil was extremely responsive over the phone. He patiently answered follow up questions too- which is when I found out he was on vacation- but STILL helping customers! For the actual move: Jeremiah and Mark (Mario?) were absolutely fantastic. They took our concerns and priorities seriously and made efficient work of the move. They took care of all valuables and delicate items. They moved like The Flash and had the strength of Superman. I was recommended this moving company from a family friend who was really happy with how her move went and boy, am I glad I listened to her! Geo and Johnnie were our movers and they were the friendliest, most upbeat, and most thoughtful movers I could have ever hoped for. They read our labeled boxes and treated them accordingly if they were marked fragile. They took great care with all of our furniture and were really gentle with everything and helped us wrap anything we weren't able to pack ourselves. They were also super efficient and fast!!! This is a long overdue review. Faithful Moving helped us move into our apartment about a year and a half ago. Initially I bought a Groupon for a discounted rate, but was informed that it couldn't be used for a move in on the first since that is when they get a ton of business. Completely understandable. Jari, who helped me get me set up, was so kind. She ended up taking off one of the typical fees as an apology for not being able to use the Groupon and was able to fit us in to their already tight schedule. There was a minimum of three hours of moving, which I figured we wouldn't need as we were moving from the middle of our apartment complex to the front. We were given a time frame when the movers would arrive. Wes and Austin were the two movers assigned to us. They text me to let me know when they were on there way and arrived within the time frame. We showed Wes and Austin where everything was going to be moved to and they got right to it. They were so quick and careful with all of our boxes and furniture. I know these people pay robots to make reviews for them because as soon as I made a bad review, the review went from 4.7 to a 4.9 in TEN MINUTES and he called us 30 seconds after we made the review!! We tip them $60 and these people stole from us!! We use them two times I called him back the second time, and they raise their prices and had to go only one block down the street instead of over 8 miles Yet,,,, It took them an extra hour this time!! We tip them $60 to find out that some of our things were missing, including my medicine!!! We also called them and they gave us a $50 discount after we told him what happened.. I got a few quotes from other companies that had a bunch of extra fees for heavy items, stairs, extra movers, etc. Faithful Moving offered a fairly priced flat rate with no extra fees. Our movers arrived on time and moved QUICKLY. Even though they were paid by the hour, not once did they slack or take a break.
