We have been SO pleased with RNB Property Management. We moved to California from Nashville, TN. Being an Air Force family we often times like to lock in a home without seeing the property. Pictures are just fine for us to decide we want. There are very few property management companies in CA that even allow you to fill out an application without first seeing the home and they do not make exceptions. So for us flying out and maybe not even landing a home was a bit frustrating. However, NOT RNB they allow you to fill out an application without seeing the home and we were so blessed b/c in our eyes we found the BEST rental property for us and our family! We have worked with Mr. Marshal Lewis from the start. He is so easy to work with and answers any questions we have had in a timely manner. The other staff members were so welcoming and kind when we went into the office to get the keys and went over all paperwork throughly with us! Such nice, kind, and professional staff members!!! We have had a great experience thus far working with a Property Management company for the first time in our two Air Force moves!!! I would have to disagree with the negative review. When I first contacted RNB to rent up my property I was greeted by Joe who was very helpful in answering all my questions and I had a lot. He made an appointement so I could meet with Bethany who helped me with all the paperwork to get my home on the market based off of what I was looking for in a future tenant. Joe came out later to market my home. Miguel, Daniel and Joe showed the home and found some people who turned in applications. Once I found the renter who matched the specifications I had, I accepted them. Two weeks after the tenant moved in I had all the paperwork in hand that was originally signed along with agreements from the tenants and some invoices for work I had ordered. If anything they gave me too much if that is even possible. I also requested a move in inspection DVD which they sent to me as well which looked great. I was very impressed with RNB Management Company. Marshall was a pleasure to deal with. We put our house up for rent thinking we might relocate and the whole process was very simple and efficient. After a month we decided to stay in the area and took our house off the market. I called Marshall thinking he might not be happy about it but it was quite the opposite. He couldn't have been nicer and was glad my wife and I could stay (I had mentioned to him earlier how much we loved our house). The really amazing part to me was that I was expecting to pay over $300.00 for leaving the contract early, which is the norm, but Marshall just wanted a small portion of the penalty fee for the work they had already done. A more than fair amount that I was happy to pay. Being a renter for many years, I've never before seen that level of honesty and caring in the rental-management business. I hired RNB to manage my home in Roseville. The home was only two years old with a new pool. Of course I was very concerned with who would be living in my home after my husband's employer transferred us to So Cal. Marshal Lewis came to the house and explained the whole process. Once we had our move information he came back over and took pictures for the ad. The home was rented in the first couple of days and the tenants were scheduled to move in a few days after we moved out so it would not be left vacant for long. RNB found a very high quality tenant and we have not had any problems. RNB is very quick to answer any questions I have either by email or phone. They sent a DVD with pictures of the home so there is a record of the homes condition before anyone moved in. They made the process very easy. RNB Property Management in Rocklin has done all that I could ask for in managing my two rentals and more. They have rented my houses quickly with no money lost in a vacant house, sometimes within an hour of putting it up for rent. Their renters are well screened and have been responsible tenants. Daniel, Marshall and Irina have kept an easy open flow of communication going, so I am kept informed about my rental. When repair or maintenance problems come up, they have always suggested top people to me, who give me a fair invoice, then I decide on what is to be done. My rent is deposited into my account each month and I receive a monthly and yearly statement to my email. Their fee is fair. The management at RNB has made my life as a landlord effortless. So I have had a rental house in Sacramento for many years, shuffling through property managers every couple of years because they all they have been terrible.... Until I find RNB last year. They have been phenomenal. When it come to the tenant vacating and placing a new tenant, dealing with maintenance as it arises and anything else, they have always been there and they contact me immediately! I received an email yesterday at about 3:59 from them that the tenant sent them at 3:37, I see this because they forwarded me the email! Within 25 minutes! RNB property management's communication process during the rental process has been excellent. Upon submitting my application a response confirmed receipt. Once the application was processed, a response was provided to indicate what the next steps would be. Every communication specified what was done and what could be expected next. Even disappointing news was deliver with grace and timeliness. This type of communication really makes me feel cared for -- and as a former homeowner I would love knowing that the company was so careful and thorough in communication with future renters. Finding a rental in this area can be daunting and so difficult when you don't know the owners or the property managers; but there is a light at the end of the tunnel! RNB property management was our light! We rented a home for 10 years before purchasing our own and RNB was ALWAYS amazing in every sense of the word..When a family member had a very difficult surgery and money was beyond tight RNB went so far and beyond to work with us when they could have opted to let us go. I will always recommend them above all the others because they do TREAT you like family and not just a renters check! They often say that property managers don't play well in the sandbox together because we often have nothing to gain from one another like that of a buyer/seller agent.... Well, I'm happy to report that as a fellow property manager who recently took over property from RNB, we came out of the "sandbox" with a great respect for one another. Coming from a tenant, RNB Property Management is the bee's knees. We purposely waited to apply for housing through a good property management and haven't been disappointed. I did not use them because I ended up finding a place before they processed my application. I wrote to RNB right away letting them know they should cancel my application and asked if they could please refund the PayPal payment made for this. Not only did they refund it, they refunded it immediately. Staff at RNB is very responsive and friendly. Their website online application process is speedy and programmed well. All of these things I mention are not common in this line of business and for this reason I felt I had to come here and Yelp about them. Great company! read more

They have managed my property for one year now. Took care of the marketing (for a fee), advised on preparing for renting and have managed monthly (for a fee). All have been worth the cost. Recently had a problem with the furnace. Almost agreed to have it replaced until they advised me that I should have a second opinion. It turned out it saved me thousands of dollars. They know their business well and have maintenance vendors that are reliable, trustworthy and reasonable. I don't think you'll go wrong having them manage your property. read more
