Aven and his team are giving superior service and pricing here! Needed repair on my Tesla and many body shops pause at fixing Teslas(the insurance process is antiquated no one's fault) so I paid out of pocket. Lots of Tesla's were there fyi. Looked around for a good place to get my BMW M3 fixed after an accident. Interstate was highly recommended by AllState Insurance so I gave them a visit before I took my car in. John was very nice and talked me through the process made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. He showed me around his shop and all the cars they are working on. He gave me an estimated completion of three weeks. So I went ahead and got my car towed the next day which he had arranged for me for free. My car got fixed four weeks later only because of other damages were found after the car was taken apart. John not only gave me updates everyday through calling and texting, but he would text me pictures of the progress they were making. Communication was excellent and I could not ask for better service. My car was fixed properly and got detailed before I got it back. He also removed some scratches from my car without charging me for it. My car looks like it just came off the dealer lot. Avo hooked me up with quality repairs to the front and back of my '06 Civic. I had been a in few minor scrapes and was in need of a new bumper and paint. Road and Track took care of it within a few days of my first phone call. I was immediately impressed with the care and detail that went into the body work. They even matched the Galaxy Gray factory paint! My husband was recently in an accident in my car (Nissan Altima) and decided to have the body work done here after meeting John in person. He said he liked him and felt like we could trust him. We're new to the area so this was a self referral. The first time they said the car was ready it wasn't. My husband pointed out to John that the front license plate was missing, the molding on the driver's side door was missing, and the paint had fish eyes. John apologized and said he should have checked the car himself first. He said he would personally see to it that everything was fixed. The second time we were told the car was ready it still had several fish eyes in the paint. We pointed this out to John. He agreed and offered to make it right. He also offered us a lender off his lot because we were almost maxed out on our rental. We didn't take the lender but appreciated the offer. He also offered to replace my old passenger side headlight cover at no charge for our trouble. The final time we went to pick up our car we were very pleased! The paint and the body work looked great. Although it took what seemed like forever to get our car back John came through. He was true to his word and made things right. Alright, I have a car in the hands of John Mirisian over at ICC right now, but I know I don't need to wait to post this. My first experience with John and ICC was in 2008 when I had a terrible accident en route to my daughter's playoff basketball game. It was after hours but John was still there working late. He ensured I got all the necessary paperwork started, and even drove me himself so that I didn't miss the second half of my daughter's game. ICC demonstrated the same care and concern in repairing my vehicle in a very timely manner (as much as I wanted my car back, it's not the kind of thing that can or should be rushed). When I got my car back, everything was perfect. No touch-ups, missed items or areas, or anything like that. In fact, when I later traded my car in a year later, the dealer stated that the vehicle inspection showed no signs that my car had ever been in a accident at all! That's great workmanship. I have had nothing but excellent service. The tow pick up was arranged by Interstate Collision Center. They called and let me know when they were arriving. Showed up within the window of time they said they would be there. The customer service is great. They offered to arrange for a rental car and let me know updates about when my car would be ready for pick up. When I received my car back, it looked like it had not been in an accident that is the best part of all. I have had nothing but compliments from friends about how the Interstate Collision Center did an excellent job. Considering I was sideswiped by a box truck, had a hole the size of about 12 inches, the rim was damaged and the driver's side was horrible to look at. I love this place! The owner Johnny is sweet and honest as can be! I'm one to sometimes not pay attention while driving and end up backing in or hitting someone's car or a wall. John is always very informative and does a great job about updating you via email and phone about the status of the car. i have been going to this body shop for years. my parents have been going there also. in my family we have 5 cars and all of them have been fixed there. i personally had excellent service there. all the mechanics are amazing especially GALUST. he is amazing very caring and very responsible. all together in my family, we must have had 10 different accidence. we had it all fixed there. everything was done on time and had no problems at all. i do not see myself even considering trying another shop EVER. they fixed my car very fast. even as of right now i have my Toyota Corolla at the shop which is going to be fixed because my husband had an accident two days ago. they came and towed my car and they did an amazing job. they got there very fast. i went in and took care of the paper work to get started. Just moved out to LA and had trouble finding a competent repair shop. Heard about ICC and took my Porsche Cayenne in to get dent fixed and scratches taken out. From the very beginning I was pleased with the great customer service John provided. Communication was great and I always felt a genuine vibe from him. The insurance that was covering my damages was a pain to deal with and John helped me as much as he could. Long story short, the insurance wanted to charge me for some days of my rental car. I talked to John about the situation and he offered to pay for the days they would have charged me for. He noticed my tire pressures were low and he went ahead and fixed that without me asking or charging me. Very professional to say the least. John truly saved me from headaches. Highly recommend! So I never give reviews, but I just had share how good these guys are. I have an 87 Porsche that had severe body damage in the rear quarter panel. 2 local shops in Thousand Oaks said they would have to cut and replace the panel. A friend referred John at Road and Track so I drove out to NoHo to see the shop. First thing I discovered was that John is not a salesman, he's an artisan. He didn't pitch or pressure me. Then he gave me an honest estimate and told me that he could do the job without replacing he panel. He clearly has a love of cars as he told me he would never cut the car if it was his own. Well I was going to post an update sooner, but since the bodyshop feels the need to insult and put me down instead of inquire about the problem, see what went wrong or attempt to apologize to a customer who walked away EXTREMELY UNHAPPY, I will post my update now. Contrary to what the comment said, my car actually did have to go back for additional repairs. Upon coming back to my shop to inspect my vehicle, I saw that one of the running boards was loose and politely pointed it out and waited for it to be fixed. I take the car home that day and by the end of the day my car starts to smoke and hiss and leak fluid (which I have multiple videos of if you need proof). It being a Saturday, and with the car leaking fluid, I go car-less until Monday when I can call the shop and have it taken back in. At 11am, a mechanic comes to my apartment to inspect the vehicle and it turns out to be a broken radiator hose for the radiator that was replaced. All the while I'm patiently waiting to see what's wrong and cheerfully chatting with the mechanic about his bout with his recent stomach flu and why that's the reason my car took so long. I didn't see the point in grilling him or getting upset or asking him why stomach flu lasted 2 months...so I don't. The mechanic tells me they'll send someone to pick up the car that day and call me when it's been picked up, so we go our separate ways. By 3:40pm that day I haven't heard back so I call to check on its progress. The car still hasn't been picked up and Tony tells me they have to order the radiator hose and it'll be done the next day. Great, that would've been nice to know earlier so I could've secured a ride for myself. Bear in mind I'm still car-less and no offer of a loaner had been made to fix a problem on a part they replaced. Exactly 2 months and 2 days after my accident I'm beyond expecting good customer service. Even the insurance adjuster (for the other party's insurance, not the one I pay) was baffled and frustrated at the lack of service from this shop. And if you would like to question my patience, you can call this insurance adjuster and she can tell you just how patient and easy to work with I was. Also? The tow truck driver who chose to tow me to this place? Recently arrested. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from the LA Sheriff's department and they inquired about my accident and the ILLEGAL towing services that took me to this body shop. So basically, if you review this shop for their lack of professionalism and bad customer service they'll call you a psycho and tell you you have low self-esteem, instead of you know...demonstrating good customer service.
