First I want to say that the food was delicious. We had combination, pepperoni, and cheese pizzas. The crust was perfect and the toppings were abundant. The potato fries and cinnamon puffs were also good. The only downfall was the delay in getting our order out at same time. From what I understand his facility is under new management so no beer while they obtain their alcohol license. They have an plenty of room and lots of games and also a pool table. Bring quarters or use the change machine that take$1, $5, $10. Make sure you call to ensure they're open prior to going. However, they did let us make a reservation! After a full day of fishing my family was starving. We're here on vacation and didn't think ahead of time to look up when restaurants in the area closed. We felt lucky when we saw on yelp that this place closed at 9pm. We hurried to get there and showed up a little after 8pm. We entered at the end where there is a pool table and games. Walked through the hall and got to the front. There were a few people eating inside and someone was just finishing placing their order in front of us. When we got to the register the employee was rude and bitchy. After we said we needed a minute, she said, "we closed at 8pm but I guess I'll take your order." I said, "oh sorry, we only came cause yelp said you were open until 9pm." She said, "well I can't change the time on google." I said, "ok well your door was open." She replied, " well the white doors are closed... but I guess I'll take your order." My husband and I said F this and left. Super shitty when you're hungry, from out of town, the internet tells you they're open so you assume they are, and then you're made to sound like an idiot for not knowing they're closed when the door's clearly open. read more

I'm tired of it I'm an Airbnb host it's been recommending my clients for 10 years to get pizzas, thousands of pizza boxes in my trash cans I've thrown out and today when I ask for extra cheese there's not even enough cheese on it as a regular pizza much less extra and it's kind of always been this way. I'm done with them forever done recommending them done eating it done even driving past, I gave them a chance after 6 years. Chain restaurants like Domino's and Papa John's shouldn't be giving more cheese than what's going on here for their prices even if you do get the second pizza half price. I paid for extra cheese about a thousand times and I've never gotten it and I should go back and demand all my money back because I know Pizza , this was a millimeter and I'm not joking of cheese , and this is a regular pizza with extra cheese paid for on both pies , I don't even think the guys in the back read the extra cheese or not they just make the pizzas exactly the same whether you order extra or not and trust me this one with extra cheese doesn't even have the regular amount of cheese on it so don't waste your time . I'm not at all a hater I hate leaving negative reviews I'm in the service industry I want to encourage business to my mountain and especially Crestline Lake Gregory but enough is enough this needed to be said. Never never again and that goes for the four houses that have on Airbnb as well. Cannot in any good faith recommend this place anymore much less eat there myself . My family and I spent the weekend in the area for a trip. We were looking for a good local pizza spot last minute to feed our large group. They not only accommodated us on late notice but exceeded our expectations in terms of quality of food and service. The staff was amazing and Kayla, who appeared to be the owner, went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The Roadhouse specialty, The Primo and Hot Chicken wings were all amazing. One of the people in our group was gluten free and they thankfully offered a very tasty gluten free crust as well. We will be sure to be back in the future when we are in town. read more

The customer service here is non existent. Tried to call to get a to go order. They put us on hold but actually just sat the phone down as they had a social conversation. Then hung up. Called back and they said they were closed. Next day we went in and the staff doesn't give a crap about anything. No welcome, no smiles, nothing. The heavyset employee who helped us was snarky and short with us. We forgot if we said it was to go and he snapped at us " well yeah we close in 7 minutes". That would have made closing time 7:50pm. Best pizza ever. Simple as that. I usually get thin crust because it's not "that thin" and they load on the toppings. The pizza is definitely big enough to share, even the 10"! I drive up for the day just to eat here, haha!! Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. Side note, they do get busy, and if they are you may have to wait 30 minutes or so. Walked in 3/14/25 and the cashier with the glasses and blonde hair immediately rolled her eyes and huffed at us. We thought we just walked in 10 minutes before closing due to her reaction...we asked what time they closed and we were there actually AN HOUR AND A HALF, before closing. She would look at us and roll her eyes, huff and puff at us, say things under her breath, slam things, while cleaning the tables she would slam the cleaner...even on our table while we were eating! She had earbuds in the whole time talking to someone! Just horrible customer service! She needs to be taken out from the front, she will turn customers away with her attitude. And I'm not so sure I'd trust her making my food either! Moved to Crestline last June and since then we have frequented Road House Pizza at least once a month or two. My family recently came to visit from LA county and they loved the pizzas (Roadhouse- an all meat/thin crust & a veggie/pan crust) that we ordered for dinner. The pizza was good, the service was poor. I ordered a medium pizza to go, added a tip (which I didn't need to), went to wash my hands, then came back and sat on one of the benches near the counter. The place wasn't busy or crowded. I saw a pizza box go up under the heat lamp and sit there. It sat there for almost 15 minutes before anyone bothered to check the receipt in the box. Then the same girl who took my order called my name (again, I was sitting RIGHT THERE). I told her that my pizza had been sitting there over 10 minutes. We went up to Crestline for a daytrip to get in some fresh air. After doing a quick walk at Camp Seely, and a walk by the lake, we were hungry and wanted to grab something before heading back home. There really aren't many choices, and normally places that are touristy are kind of limited in their offerings and know it so I expected mediocre food. We placed our order for a large pepperoni pan pizza, which came out to about $17. We got there and had to wait another 10 minutes. You just wait in your car and they will bring out to you and grab you credit card. The pizza was hot and was delicious! I was happy they cut it into smaller slices for easy eating and sharing. We took our pizza back to the lake and ate there for the view. There was a ton of pepperoni and it wasn't just good pizza for a touristy area, it was good pizza! We rented a cabin in Crestline, California during the week for a family getaway and one of the nights we wanted to stay in and order pizza for dinner. We called RoadHouse Pizza at 1pm to get some information about delivery, only to be instructed to call back at 3pm to see if there would be someone to deliver. When we called back well after 4pm, we were told that there would be no deliveries that day, which was a total bummer. My only guess was that they didn't have a driver/short staffed.
