They were sent from Geico roadside assistance. My 2013 Mercedes steering lock failed disabling the car. This tow company said they would damage the car and that I had to sign a waiver. I would not. They yelled at my wife over the phone, the driver showed up with the waiver. I paid out of pocket and had Abbot towing come and tow me to the dealership with no issues. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I contacted this company through my insurance provider for help with a flat tire. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I finally got a call from them--not to say help was on the way, but to inform me that they couldn't even give me an ETA. First, they blamed truck issues, then said their driver was just gone. I asked them to send a replacement driver, but they showed no urgency whatsoever. I even warned them that I'd be leaving a bad review, and they seemed completely indifferent--like it didn't matter to them at all. If you're stuck and looking for help, I strongly recommend finding literally any other service. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers or follow through on commitments. read more

Terrible service and apparently have suspicious people working for them. I work at a military base and my car is stuck here and they called saying "none of our drivers can't get on base because they aren't U.S citizens", and I tried to explain to them that's not true since I worked making passes for visitors. i got interrupted and I was told "none of our drivers will get close to the base. Which makes me questions their choices of employees they have. read more

Theeee worst towing company in the world. Fuck up squad went from 1 hrs and 15 mins. 3 hrs later I'm still waiting. If I had a jack would've changed this tire myself. I wouldn't give this company not even 1 star. They kept pushing my wait time every time the tow truck was supposed to show up. P.s tried posting this without a star and it would not let me. my insurance company used these guys for unlock service. I've had other companies do an unlock a few times with no problems. This guy was taking pictures all around my car. After he unlocked the passenger door, he climbed into the car to unlock the driver door. This shocked me as it felt invasive. I asked him what he was doing and went to the drivers side. I told him I was all set. He continued rooting through the items on my passenger seat. I called the company and asked for the manager. The guy said he was only the dispatcher and could only email the manager. I then asked him to lodge my complaint and he started arguing with me . He refused and hung up. read more

Very bad attitude and disrespectful. He mileage calculation originally shows 17 miles and my insurance covers 20 miles. This rolling company asked me to pay for extra miles in advance. First of all, I wasn't sure it was over 20 miles. Second of all, why am I paying without seeing the tow truck yet, that's shady. I was annoyed with how he said "not going the bad road damaging the truck" so I sounded annoyed and he called me having an attitude and hang up the phone. You just don't treat costumers like this. I don't mind paying but I will never give a penny to a service like this. I asked my insurance to change a towing company. Very bad experience. Please avoid. read more

Roadside Squad Towing - The squad - Towing Near Me - Peabody, Massachusetts

GEICO provided them (roadside squad twining llc) - Tow driver called me and asked for my location which I wasn't sure exactly but told him I was on 93 South between Tewksbury and Wilmington. He asked me to share my location and I did, as well as sending 2 screenshots of my location on Waze and Google maps. Driver told me he had my location and was on the way with a 16 minute ETA. GEICO called me about 30 minutes later saying he couldn't find me and that they would be sending me another by towing company, which I was fine with. Shortly later, someone from Roadside Squad towing LLC called me to tell me I was "not on call" anymore because their driver drove up and down and couldn't find me. I told him I provided the driver all the info I had and helped the best I could, the the guy kept cutting me off and raising his voice repeating that I was not on call and that was just a curtesy call so I wouldn't be waiting on the highway anymore. Very rude on the phone, 0 professionalism. Terrible experience. After being yelled at on the phone I replied to him saying "here is my curtesy feedback - you guys suck" which he then replied saying "good luck waiting on the highway and hung up. read more
