I was rear-ended and this is the shop State Farm suggested. The front desk person there was awesome! She is professional, warm, and welcoming. I went for my estimate and to get scheduled. It was 3 weeks out which I wasn't thrilled with but accepted. They told me it would be 3 days and it was 2.5 days. Nice! The work performed was perfect!!! Plus I had a few scratches that had nothing to do with the accident. They fixed those at no additional charge. So nice! All that and a bag of cookies! LOL

The quote of the repair was 1/2 the price of the other competitors in the area. It took only a day and a half to repair. When I went to pick up my vehicle my bumper looked brand new. Not only did they fix my bumper they went out of their way to repair/re-paint the front of my car that had damages caused by driving to closely on the curb.
