But I had…read moreCatered lunch for a corporate event here through ez-cater and maybe that was one of the reasons my review/rating is less than perfect. I ordered a variety of subs, and sides to serve 12 people. Our order included: - Chicken with fresh mozzarella - Italian meats/cheese - Marinated vegetable with fresh mozzarella sub - fruit salad - Caesar salad - cookies All of the food items tasted good and everyone was happy with the selection. The bread used was particularly delicious. There was plenty of food left over, and I could have easily ordered 30-40% less for the number of people, but the way the orders are described, it's hard to tell how many people each sub feeds (ie: what is considered a serving size, how many pieces are included per sub). A few things to note/areas for improvement (reminder: this was through ex-cater): 1- They do not offer any drinks through ez-cater. This is a miss. I would have loved to order a variety of drinks to accompany our lunch. And when I tried to call the deli directly, noone ever answered the phone. 2- The cookies were small and hard, not a "bakery style" cookie I was expecting. More like a chips ahoy. 3- They charge $3.75/person for "utensils" which were delivered as a handful of unwrapped plastic forks. No napkins, plates, knives or spoons. I paid about $40 for a dozen plastic forks, which was insane. Overall the food quality was very good. However, the inability to order drinks and getting priced gauged for plastic forks are detractors. I'd come again for an in person order, unless they charge $3.75 for a fork, then I'll pass.

So my order was LIGHTLY TOASTED SCOOPED OUT EGG BAGEL WITH A LITTLE BIT OF BUTTER.. What I got was a scooped bagel with a whole stick of butter..Butter leaked on other orders, leaked thru wax paper wrap, all over my juice, my desk. I had to squeeze the butter out like a wet sponge. I ate 1 half only to take my vitamins without getting sick and threw rest in the trash. Lightly butter or even just saying butter doesn't mean a stick of butter..

"New Country Deli" is an interesting deli. On one hand, they have excellent service and are quick,…read morebut on the other hand, they kinda dropped the ball on some important steps. I came on my way to work. They have a good parking lot so it won't take you time to get in. Inside was neat and clean and the deli had that 90's style vibe going. It felt good, but not modern. Behind the counter were a lot of friendly hard working people. They took my order quick and made it to my specifications. I used my Apple Pay to finalize the order and decided to dine in. They had plenty of seating. I mean they had too, the place was packed. That's a good sign for any business. Now the thing I mentioned about missing steps comes when I opened my sandwich. Don't get me wrong it looked great. I only wish they had melted the cheese. I know I asked for extra, but they could have put it on the stove and let it melt. I mean, I can't enjoy my eggs unless the cheese is melted, the bread was the best part of my breakfast. It was so soft and warm. I liked it alot, the sausage was, okay and everything else was ordinary. I mean, I would go back, it wasn't terrible. But next time, toss my egg sandwich into a pizza oven and leave it there for a few.

This is my new favorite Ben's Deli. I guess we've been to so many Ben's Delicatessens that you can…read moreactually have a favorite. We came in before noon on a Sunday and had our choice of tables. Their deli offerings are pretty consistent between stores, with a large double-sided tabloid sized menu. But the service here is just that much better because Marjorie was our server and she treated us like we were her family. As at all Ben's Deli's, you always start with a deep bowl of pickles and a boat of tasty cole slaw (don't be shy if you want a refill). The soup of the day is Chicken a la Reine, which is basically cream of chicken and I love all creamy soups. It comes in a large, wide bowl, but I miss having saltine crackers in my soup. My wife orders the Rachel Panini with pastrami on rye and 2 Ultimate Paninis, one with pastrami & corned beef for me and pastrami & brisket for my son. All the sandwiches are toasted on the panini press and come with a choice of potatoes as a side and Russian dressing. My wife and son go with potato latkes and I go with the thick cut crinkle fries like the Nathan's fries down in Coney Island. Theirs come with apple sauce, which I like to slurp up as dessert. Gotta come back next time to try out the Ben's Deli Dog or maybe a nice Hot Open Brisket sandwich with plenty of gravy.

Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food,…read moreand during that time, there was no communication from our server regarding the delay. When my father-in-law spoke with a manager about the wait, the attitude of the service staff seemed to change. The food was later brought to the table in a manner that felt rushed and unprofessional, as if our concerns had become an inconvenience. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I ordered a turkey burger with salami, but was served a turkey burger with pastrami instead. I initially thought something looked different, and later confirmed on the receipt that the order had been entered incorrectly. No one checked back to ensure the order was correct, so the mistake went unnoticed until after the meal. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, and delays are understandable when a business is busy. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication, the apparent frustration shown by the staff after we raised a concern, and the overall feeling that customer service was not a priority. We have enjoyed Ben's in the past, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. We hope management will take this feedback constructively and use it as an opportunity to improve both service and communication.

I love cc car bagels…read more First off, I love the fact you can buy tubs of cream cheese to take home. I haven't tried other flavors besides the normal cream cheese but I will update this review if I do. The sandwiches and bagels were amazing, I usually come in around 5 and even then the bagels were delicious. They give you a decent amount of cream cheese too. I especially enjoyed the Philly Cheesesteak Hero but they tend to put more veggies than they do meat. I had no issues with the Meatball Parmigiana Hero though. I liked how the Deluxe Cheeseburger with Fries came with the veggies on the side so you can put whatever you like yourself. They gave me a generous amount of fries too, and the coleslaw was good. The actual burger itself also impressed me, the cheese was completely melted into the patty and tasted like cc car heaven. With the pictures, I took them at a different place so the interior design/lighting at Village Bagels will look different. Side note: I suggest bringing cash as there is an upcharge for paying with credit.
