The doctors at this location are amazing. They are really caring individuals and take the time to listen and address your concerns. I've been going here for about 5 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The reason I have a 4 star and not a 5 is because of the ladies that are in the front. They are not very friendly and will ignore you. They are the first and last interaction with the patients so it is very important for them to have some customer service. Tina from the back had to come and ask me if I was ready to check out as I was standing there for about 5 minutes being ignored and say to them "she's ready to check out." A gentleman came in and they never acknowledged him either. Sad. Ladies get it together and act like you like your job if you need to, you are representing this office of amazing doctors! This is an AMAZING office. Dried. Stahl is so sweet and professional. He takes his time and listens to you during the exam. I got my bifocal glasses from him and the lenses weren't strong enough. The staff is Ok, not much greeting or eye contact or friendly. The doctor I see Dr, Henry is better and helpful. I do appreciate I did not have to wait too long. I was not sure if the device I use or have to put my chin on are sanitized each time after each patient. But since the staff were really stone faced, I did not want to ask to have more tension for such a visit. Dr Calder is awesome. At this office they really "KNOW EYES". Every question I had and every issues with my eyes Dr Calder gave me insight or reason why. She made me feel confident with my eye decision. I was also giving the high end option and affordable option so that I was able to purchase my eyewear right away. My insurance only covered so much. Short and simple I will really recommend this place. As a first time patient, it was really quick to get started not so many papers to fill out. Very friendly staff. The doctor had me in and out dummy fast. Very nice environment and well clean kept. I only did go for contacts so I'm not really sure about the variety and selection of frames or prices you're more interested in but there were so many to choose from as I seen. Our first visit last week was with my teen daughter with Dr. Calder...she was awesome. My daughter is in a wheelchair, although the office is small the staff moved a table to make sure she could access the eye glass selections. Our second visit was with Dr Stahl for my twin boys. Dr. Stahl is just as awesome as Dr. Calder!!! He was so kind and patient to answer all of their questions and explained everything he was doing. One of the twins had a low prescription and left it up to us whether to get glasses or not. I loved the fact that he (Dr Stahl) didn't push for glasses just to make money!! The turn around time for my daughters glasses was less that a week! I have to be honest.....the rest of the staff isn't always so warm and friendly...but I like the doctors so we will continue to use this office for our family's eye care. read more

I normally get my regular prescription glasses here but decided to pop in to get a pair of prescription sunnies. I didn't have an appointment, the office was busy as usual. Lupe, was very helpful and the service was helpful and professional. (did I mention I did not have an appointment) I was in and out of the office within 30ish minutes. I found the PERFECT pair of prescription sunnies for a better than expected price and I can't wait to pick them up! She does a great job helping me find the contact fit that is right for my eyes and she welcomes my feedback and experience with the lenses. While my prescription has not changed for quite some time, she is always looking to find me the most comfort and so we will occasionally try new products. Before the pandemic you could go online and schedule your appointment no problem and the receptionist would call to confirm your appointment. Now I've tried booking an appointment three times online it takes them 3 days to get back to you ( pre pandemic they would call you the next business day with a much friendlier staff) only to tell you the dates you choose is not available. Please update your system. Now I have to look for a new optometrist because this is a total inconvenience plus the Administrative assistants are rude and not patient at all. read more
