I'll start by saying I'm a long time Roberto's customer. In college, Roberto's was always our go to so I've been there probably hundreds of times. I always get the same thing, Carne Fries. I've never been disappointed until now. I called ahead and placed my order. I arrived about 5 min after the time they told me it'd be ready, so I wasn't expecting perfection. When I paid there was a bag on the counter, but he didn't give me anything so I assumed it wasn't mine. I waited about 10 minutes before he walks over and hands me the same bag that had been on the counter. I walk out to my car, get in and open it to find ice cold food. Not like like-warm. Literally cold. The fries were stale and hard. Like I said, I've eaten here hundreds of times. But I won't be back to this location again. read more

Placed a phone order before work, pulled up 10/15 minutes after and order was never sent to cook. Restaurant completely empty.

First off they got my order wrong, they didn't have a long line or nothing so I was surprised they messed up. Furthermore, the food was not fresh, I called the store back and the chef told me everything was cooked fresh and I said there's no way and he said well it was cooked in the morning which I still doubt. The food was soggy, definitely not crunchy meat was over cooked dam near burnt. And it was just a waste of money. I expected a lot better honestly. read more

We went to Robertos Tacos on Halloween and we had their Chicken Tacos. My wife was feeling sick about 3 hours later. It was time to take my 6 year daughter old out to trick or treat and she was all dressed up. My wife said I need to go to the hospital so we did. She was at the hospital for 6 hours with severe food poisoning. I called the number in the store the said for comments or complaints please call this number so I did. Looks like the Pandemic has soured the Roberto's on Gibson. Just bought a breakfast burrito and they're using micro bacon. So small it's actually not there. Pretty stupid to raise prices and reduce quality. I generally use other Roberto's and will continue to do so. Big mistake here read more

I've now eaten here for the last time. They consistently get orders wrong and act like customers being there is a hastle to them. I will oblige and not be in the way anymore. I implore others to do the same. Every time I order anything with Carne Asada it is consistently cold. Like the meat is kept on a line and then just thrown in whatever I order. I don't know about you, but I'm not a fan of cold burritos. The final straw was Adobada fries I order this evening. They didn't even bother to cook the fries. This is the REAL DEAL Roberto's that originated in SoCal in the 70's. My Mom and Aunt confirmed it when they recognized the owner after getting their infamous Rolled Tacos with Guac and Cheese on a whim during their last visit. I'm not kidding when I say it instantly brought us all back to our High School days and the midnight after-party Roberto's trips. I'd been a little hesitant to go there since I often recall my original Roberto's visits in my daydreams, the smell of fresh tortillas the and wonderful carne asada on the grill... it was almost as if I didn't want to cheat on them... But now that I know IT IS them, bring on the Horchata and spicy carrots!!! I will rep this little taco shop forever as if it were my own. read more

I wasn't going to do a review,but after reading some of the reviews I don't have a choice!!! I'm not sure what's going on with this location at Bicentennial anthem Highlands in Henderson, but last night was our 4th disappointment with their food I'm done !!!!! I spent 30$ for 20 no flavored tuff chicken tacos I thought I was going to crack my teeth, my 17 year old had to throw away the shells cover in grease!!!!!!I would have rather gone to Taco Bell... I feel like this location is taking advantage because they know the neighborhood customers really don't have other place to go with out driving 10 min down the hill !!! Fix your issue covering up tortillas with heavy sauce, tuff non flavored chicken, Chile Relleno with seeds still left inside yuck, tortillas falling a part just don't cut it ... especially when I and others pay good money for your food !!! He was nasty with everyone that came in and when I asked a question he snapped at me like what are you doing here and why ask questions. I went to get food at Roberto's on bicentennial with my kids who were wearing masks minus my 2 year old. The cashier who is a lady that is usually always super unprofessional, talking negatively about customers on the phone in front of other patrons, came from the back and I proceeded to place my order. She asked if my 2 year old had a mask and I told her no, and she won't keep it on anyway. The cashier told us that she couldn't take our order. So, we left and will never return to this location. To top it off, there was a guy sitting at a table in the restaurant without a mask on waiting for his food. He waited for out 5-10 minutes before he got his food and the staff did not make him put his mask on or leave the business. read more

This is the BEST Roberto's in Las Vegas hands down. The food is always fresh, the customer service is always great and the food is soooo good. This location doesn't have a drive thru so you will need to go inside. If you make it to the salsa bar you have to try the lighter red salsa, so good. My go to is the carne asada burrito. read more

How do you mess up a quesadilla.... Soaked and a complete mess... Second time here and the place is just not worth it last time was horrible this time as well soaked 2 plates freeze and fluid everywhere the tortilla was soaked and just gross I have never had worse Mexican food I will never return. If you want Good mexican food at a good price and lots of it look no further. I was introduced to Roberto's a while ago when i first moved here, been a fan ever since. What's great is they are located through out the valley and most are open 24/7! Nothing like 2am breakfast burritos (which are massive and delicious) after a fun Saturday night. The carne asada is pretty good, especially the carne asada fries :D. The burritos are massive and can usually be split among 2 people. They have a lot to choose from for their combo deals which include a drink. Also there is a daily specials, so if your'e on a budget and still want good food you will be able to find something on the menu. I've tried a few different locations and the food is always soggy... their chicken tacos seem good but it's like the meat has been sitting in water and sogs up the taco. Their taco salad has a half inch of fluid in the bottom and ended up making me sick. This is our favorite place for rolled tacos in any other place we would call it taquitos. We got the special 12 for 9.99 it was perfect for the three of us!! We have gone to other locations and had the nachos and burritos all good you can't go wrong with Mexican food here. Well, Ray the overall owner of Roberto's called me about the one star rating and agreed to replace my 21 dollar order. I went back today....horrible experience. The girl behind the counter was just rude and tried to get me to pay even after explaining it to her. She called jesus and then she explained that I would have to pay for the "extras" that I had ordered. The order was exactly what I ordered the previous bad food trip. After another call and 25 minutes later I received the food. One was a carne asada burrito with meat and cheese only ( 90 percent cheese, 10 percent beef) cold at best. This is the closest Roberto's to where I live, and it's a good place to go for some quick Mexican food. The place is clean, staff is friendly and service is fast. They also have a salsa bar, and the spicy carrots are highly addictive. The Adobada burrito is my favorite of the ones that I've tried. The Machaca burrito is a winner if you're feeling slightly hungover after a night out. read more

Close to home style tex-mex. We've tried two of the stores, and the food is consistently good. Beef enchiladas come with lettuce topping and most importantly, shredded beef. The chimichangas are good, and the burros are okay, too. We don't eat out often, but when we do, we appreciate value for money. Robertos offers that. read more

I love this Robertos. It's different than others in Henderson. They have three great salsas to choose from on the salsa bar that are all restaurant quality. Thank God I moved out of the area because if I had to pass this every damn day I would be obese. RTS provides a comfortable place to order up whatever the heart desires. It prepared quickly and I have not yet had an issue where I found something any less the satisfactory. Extremely affordable it fair reminds me of my So Cal days chowing down in parking lot after a night out.
