Each location is laptop friendly with WiFi and power outlets at each table. I've enjoyed their breakfast bagels at three of their other locations. I've only tried coffee at this new Sherwood Park location but I'm sure that the food is as good as in Edmonton. They must pay the staff well because they always seem unusually happy and friendly.
