Update: This establishment reached out to correct the issue, much appreciated. They offered a full refund, which was very generous. However, my intention is never to receive compensation based on a review. We did eat the food, so compromised on a credit for the pitcher of Margaritas and that's it. As a Delray Beach local we appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Fun atmosphere, average food. The most disappointing part is the liquorless pitcher of margaritas for $27. Tasty, yes, but I think the entire pitcher may have had one ounce of tequila and that's it! Two people split it, came out to 2.5 drinks each, and zero buzz.. Best part, our server finished her shift midway through our meal, and no one told us. Went for Happy Hour! Loved the spicy Margarita and the price was right. Love the happy hour prices and we were able to try many different dishes. The chips were not warm, but we loved the extra spice and seasoning on them and the salsa was good as well. The cheese sauce was just OK. We did not like the quesadillas. They were tiny little triangles. Just filled with cheese with no salsa or anything served with it. My husband had the tacos and they were not warm at all. My friend and I hit up Rocco's to take advantage of the HH menu for dinner after seeing a concert at a nearby venue. I demolished nearly the entire baking sheet of chips and salsa and also enjoyed a mushroom taco. I washed it down with some type of strawberry mocktail. My friend shared the chips and salsa or at least she was supposed to. LOL She also ordered the cheese quesadilla and a tequila something or other. Everything was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. A staple on Atlantic Ave since 2014 and one of the few places still serving food after 10pm. We were in Delray, it was 930 and we decided we wanted to grab dinner. I was shocked at how many restaurants were either closing or not taking new tables so we walked down the street and Rocco's was packed. It had great energy and always a fun place. We were seated right away at a high top in the bar area with a perfect view of the TV so we could watch the second half of the game ...win win in my book. Nachos - amazing as usual. I met one of my oldest friends today on Atlantic Boulevard in Delray Beach and had the most delicious meal. DJ was our server. He was fantastic and very very on top of things. We ordered chips and guacamole, a couple of tacos, and delicious cheese, vegetable quesadilla. You knew everything was made fresh to order you could taste it, and smell it,. We got to sit outside and people watch, which is one of my favorite things to do. Everything was nice and clean and everybody was so personable. This place is hot. Very trendy and pricy but great spot for late night eats. We were given a 45 min wait at 9pm but were called in 35 mins. The inside is loud with loud music. Thankfully we sat outside but unfortunately right next to the walk away. Drunks and people passing by bumping tables to try to get by. Idk if it would have been better to sit inside though. Our waitress was quick but the kitchen and bar wasn't. I don't think she was 21 so she couldn't comment on the two tango cocktail. I did order it and asked for extra jalapeño. Highly recommended. The mescal was a little smoky and the fresh lime made it a little tangy. I could have drank 4 more. They were $14 each so I only had 1. The fresh gauc is a must. Medium spicy was a perfect compromise for the table. I ordered a blackened fish taco and steak taco on the house made corn tortillas. We were stuffed and left around 10:30p. 10 out of 10, will come back again. Alright, so it's Taco Tuesdays, week of Thanksgiving. There was 10 of us. Figured we'd put our name down and wait 40-60 minutes. We got seated within 6 minutes. Boom, 1 Star. Then Rocco, the owner came by and talked with us for a few minutes. Super rad guy, super generous. Announced free tequila shots for everyone. Boom, 2 Stars. Then he said free desserts for kids. Boom, 3 Stars. Then he gave us a free bottle of tequila for Uncle Brian serving our country. Boom, 4 Stars. Then he gave our two kids some money. What? Unheard of. Boom, 6 Stars. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. Boom, 7 Stars. The food? Forget about it. Automatic 8 Stars. Burrito Bowl with Steak was the right choice, despite what my wife said about red meat. To which I replied, "Baby, we're on vacation!" (Respectfully, of course. I didn't want to sleep on the couch). I love Rocco's Tacos, and the patio at this location is cute to sit outside and people watch. Their staff is friendly and helpful aswering questions about allergens. I was sad that the tortilla chips are fried in a shared fryer, so I couldn't have any, but they have a fantastic happy hour, and I enjoyed trying their various margaritas. I usually go to the Rocco's in Fort Lauderdale. This Rocco's is just as good as the Fort Lauderdale one. The food menu is exactly the same. We were pleased that on a Monday they offer Martini Mondays. These cocktails were smaller than the standard ones, but they still delivered a punch, so are worth trying. The service was a little bit hit and miss, however it was friendly. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. They have the most incredible light fittings inside the restaurant. Their guacamole made table side is also good and can be accommodated to your spec. To be noted their chips that come with it are fresh, but they had far, far too much salty flavouring on them. When they replaced it, it was super good (queso fundido). I ordered a cheese quesadilla as my entree, but they brought out a mixed veggie quesadilla. I sent it back and they remade it. About 10 minutes later it came out. Again, super good, but the whole experience took several hours and it was just two of us. I was starving by the time we got our food and it was wrong twice. We asked for a specific date and time and were told they didn't have what we wanted , so we booked our reservation for an earlier time since the time we wanted wasn't available. A couple of days later , I received a phone call from "Karen" who said she had a cancellation and that we could indeed come at our desired time. I was quite surprised that she called. I asked her if she took our original reservation which she did,. When the time we wanted became available she called ! That was not only a very kind thing to do, but surprising that she remembered that we wanted a later time. She went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate us.
