Every single one I've had the pleasure of trying has been well balanced, flavorful, and yet somehow appropriately spirit forward. And the barstaff who puts these delectable mixtures together are absolutely well versed, knowledgable, and willing to adjust any of their drinks to your own personal tastes. Of course, the prices run a little higher, but I found them to be typical of what we see, but in this case I think the experience is well worth the cost. We did not have a reservation, but they were quiet when we arrived and we were seated immediately. They do have a 90 minute table limit for busy nights. The service was fantastic all around. We both enjoyed our drinks and the atmosphere. This may be the best place in Rochester for a drink.

The worst part of this experience was when we asked for bags for left overs the waiter told us to go get it ourselves so we had to awkwardly go behind the bar to grab it. Overall the service was terrible- everyone was rude. The food was slightly above average but with the hair in it and messing up our orders i would not recommend. Even though this is in prime location there are so many better options in the area. I could see this place having potential for coming for drinks with all the tvs or on the rooftop in the summer but thats about it.

The brunch menu has a good variety and I opted for the Avocado Croast (the "toast" was a croissant) and a drip coffee. Beware that the drip coffee gets only one free refill. I asked during ordering because there are some places that don't give any free refills. Hubby ordered the Huevos Rancheros served in a bowl. The food came out beautifully and was very fresh. If I wanted to nitpick, I'd say they are keeping the roasted potatoes in a steamer which is making their crispy outer layer somewhat soggy but they still tasted good. They should revisit how they are keeping them warm or crisp them quickly before serving. The avocado toast didn't have a lot of avocado but it was still good. They should consider adding some sea salt to top it off - it would enhance the overall flavor. The service was good - I think our server wasn't comfortable in this job. That was okay for us as she warmed up to us after a while. All in all, a nice experience for our first time there. I'd like to return to try other menu items in the future.

I recently visited with my friends Barbara and Gail. We were celebrating Gails 78th birthday. We had some alcoholic beverages except for Barb because she has health issues and takes certain medications. Heaven forbid she mix alcohol with her prescriptions or we would be celebrating Gails birthday at the hospital. The food and drinks were great. As for our server, yoing handsome, charming lad David, he was very friendly and excellent at his job. He reminded us of a young Robert Redford, oh and we just loved how he would continuously check on us and with each moment he would flash those beautiful dimples our hearts skipped a beat, he was a stud muffin as the young girls say these days. Came here four or five times and I will never be going back. Drinks are constantly taking 20 minutes plus, food is below average and will usually take close to 40 minutes. Owners decided to do away with karoeke and replace karoeke night with a shitty DJ. Made a reservation for 9 of us. When we arrived our 9 had turned into 15. They immediately took care of us. Our server Mattie was the nicest, most knowledgeable, hardest working ever! The drinks, appetizers and meals were all GREAT! The interior is outstanding with a perfect mix of dark woods, comfortable chairs, good music and plenty of tv's for the sports fans in our group. We love the Corner Bar or RCB as the locals refer to it. The food is exceptional and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. I would suggest the pizza, wings, and the entrees are all delicious! It has that great local-spot feeling while still continuing to evolve year after year. My buddy told me she worked at a different bar that I used to go to, so when I mentioned it to her, she said "Oh so you think that's gonna get you laid?" I have no idea where that came from cuz I was just trying to be nice. After that, I said I just wanted to cash out and gave her my card. She ended up charging all of our drinks ($30 worth) on my card when I only had 2 drinks. When I questioned her about it, she said "Yeah I figured you weren't going to tip so I included gratuity." My buddy still left her a cash tip, which they did NOT deserve. Then, when we were about to leave, my buddy walked his empty beer glass up to the bar to be nice, and I told him not to bother cuz they wouldn't appreciate that, and then she proceeded to follow me out to the parking lot asking if I had a problem. Absolutely horrid customer service. If you're thinking of visiting this bar anytime soon, don't. Go somewhere else. I don't care if the bartender was having a bad night, or whatever personal stuff she had going on, there was no reason to come at me like that.
