I got my order to go, got home and when I opened the edamame, it was not what I expected. It was sitting in liquid. The description of the edamame under appetizers says nothing about it being in any kind of liquid or sauce. So I revisited the establishment tonight, which is Friday (the next day). I explained to the employee taking my order what I expected based on the description on the menu and what I got. I even showed her pictures. She said she's never seen edamame made that way (not in sauce) even though there's a picture of it being made that way under their Yelp profile. There was no attempt to rectify the situation so I left it be but it is a bit disheartening to order something with a specific description, then you get home and your order is not what you thought it would be and then there is no recourse provided. Based on this experience, my tip for future patrons is to ensure you get clarification on an item if you are trying it for the first time because it might not come in the same way it is described on the menu. I've been in contact with some very personable employees here who are amazing when it comes to customer service so I will definitely be back.
