The brisket was tender and the spatzle was quite mac n cheesy, using gouda as the cheese of choice. Hubby on the other hand is not a fan of tart or cheesy. So he is less than satisfied. In order to rectify this problem I order the Haus Plate with the sweinschnitzel and mashed potatoes and gravy. It comes with sauerkraut, rotkohl, and seasonal veggies (sauerkraut and rotkohl on the side). The beer of choice is hefeweizen, it goes well with the tang of the dijon mustard. Hubby wasn't a fan of the orange notes. Hubby did appreciate the sweinschnitzel and seasonal veggies though. Hooray! I love coming here and will continue my patronage!! I ordered the Haus Fries which the cheese oddly reminded me of In N Out's animal style fries sauce (HUGE FAN btw). Fries were meh and I had to ask for extra cheese.
