Finally got a change to visit the Humidor. Came on mother's day with my wife and friends to celebrate mothers day as well as a birthday. We luckily were able to get seated immediately. The chairs are very nice and comfortable, the place has excellent ventilation and the smell of smoke was minimal. Our server Ilana (I'm sure I spelled it wrong sorry) was great. Not only did she take our drink order she made them as well. We were all please with our drinks. We ordered food as well, the food was also good. The staff was happy to explain the different drinks and cigar options. Rare Pours: They have 100+ whiskey selections from around the world, including hard-to-find and allocated bottles like Pappy Van Winkle. DRINKS I recommend: * Espresso Martini: A classic espresso martini served in a stemmed coupe glass with a nice foamy crema top. * Yellowstone from the Smoke Box: WhistlePig 6yr, Demerara simple, orange, and Angostura bitters. * Gotham from the Smoke Box: Angel's Envy, Carpano Antica, orange, and Angostura bitters. CIGARS: The cigar room has more than 168 selections. If you like sweeter, aromatic cigars, I'd recommend these popular Drew Estate options: * Lava Toro Latte: Mild-to-medium bodied and box-pressed. It tastes like a premium coffeehouse drink, with creamy mocha, espresso, vanilla, and caramel notes. Smooth and buttery. * Deadwood Sweet Jane: Mellow-to-medium bodied with a strong hit of sugar and vanilla bean sweetness. If you're a regular, you can even request a locker to store your cigar and liquor collection. Seating & Ambience: Big, comfy sofas and a dimly lit, relaxed atmosphere. It's a nice spot to sit back, have a drink, and enjoy a cigar. One downside: The smoke smell definitely lingers throughout the lounge. They do have a specialized air-control and filtration system designed to keep the space comfortable, but you can still smell the smoke pretty much everywhere. I went to this place for the first time, last Friday! Even though I've been to this casino a few times since it's open, I've never really went inside of the cigar lounge! This place is a whole vibe it truly is! My friend and I went after 9:30 last Friday night and this place really had a great vibe. It was pretty full in there. You seen single people, you seen couples. It was an eclectic mix. But what I liked about this place was the good selection of What would be considered their bar bites. I am obsessed with their Bulgosi beef skewers. I paired it with a glass of champagne. It was very filling to be honest. I like the attentiveness of the staff from the hostesses as we entered into the lounge to the attendance that were within the lounge and of course, our bartenders. This is my favorite cigar lounge in the Sacramento area. Classy, very spacious, comfortable seating, and an amazing staff. They have a nice selection of cigars, and a great drink menu. We've had Serena as our server several times, and each time she's been fantastic. Great personality, super friendly, and very attentive. They have Ladies Night once a month along with a DJ that plays good music. I highly recommend this place, and I look forward to returning. read more

Me and some of my friends came back to the Humidor. We entered the humidor and we were greeted by the staff. We were seated immediately and had plenty of seating for everyone. I had two old fashioned drinks and a couple of cigars. The old fashioned drinks were phenomenal and very refreshing. The wait staff were great and very attentive. I just want to say the customer service here is beyond excellent. My husband and I went for the first time and needed guidance with the variety of cigars. We have dabbled a bit in the past but still new experience. Jacob was awesome in his attentiveness in our preference and helped us pick out a couple of cigars and all of his choices were on point. Derek, our bartender, was great as well! Made great drinks and made sure when our glass was starting to look empty, would give some recommendations to follow up. Jacob would do the same! Finally huge shout out to MJ, who was also working at the bar but kept my glass of water always full! This place is just so chill and awesome. You forget you are at a casino! Gives you a classy vibe and with the amazing service you are just having a great time. Chairs were very comfortable! Think my only complaint (well not too much) is that since we were there for a couple of hours and, now we have been there twice, is that they had the movie Die Another Day on repeat. read more

They have the cigars locked up and they have an escort with you when you choose a cigar. it doesn't feel inviting. and if you bring your own cigar, they charge too much for as they call it cutting fees. Bottom line is just doesn't feel like you could relax.. read more

The lounge is just ok based on a cigar lounge point of view. TVs are only facing one direction so if you are there to watch games, you all be facing east. Cigars prices are high based on the location, almost as expensive as the ones in Vegas. I think they hyped up this place a little. One thing that I learned in a service industry, you can be busy but still be able to be attentive. But if you are running around trying to take care whatever with no patterns or routines, you will lose customers and get complaints. Another thing is not to treat customers any different by their appearance, race or gender. I would like the same kind of customer service if I am there alone, not spending too much of money vs going with friends and spending like I just got paid.
