The positives: the beer and Nachos(pork loaded nachos) were very good. I'd say even fantastic. Negatives: The speed of the experience was painful (2 + hours from start to finish). I've been in shorter wait times at DisneyWorld. The chicken tenders and fish tacos were not even mediocre. Fresh but definitely not worth over an hour wait. Credit card taken without getting a detailed bill. Hence the lousy tip. I felt the staff was irritated we were even here. We were two of less than 10 customers. Stopped in after work with hubby. Enjoyed a bowl of tomato bisque soup and shared hubbies garlic fries and a slice of his Hawaiian pizza. The pizza has a nice light marinara. I don't eat pork and he made sure I didn't get ham or pineapple. Delicious. The garlic fries are very good. My only complaint is when you get to the bottom of the tray, the fries are just swimming in the oil. Definitely not a fan of this. Hubby enjoyed their one NA beer and would order again. Ordered catering for my son's bday party this past weekend and was severely disappointed. I called ahead and asked about what type of trays they serve in they told me they would provide the aluminum food trays. Also lemonade and iced tea was on menu listed as half gallons they literally sent drinks in 4 glasses which I guess totals a half gallon. The fries all came in individual bags and the sliders and chicken tenders in plastic containers. I had gotten heating pads to keep the trays warm and couldn't keep my food warm because of how we got the food. I will never order from here again. read more

Anne is the real deal. She recommended that I try the 'Soup Of The Day' which honestly - hands down - was the best soup I have ever tried. They have a dining area and a bar area, they also have some beer equipment on display as decoration which is pretty cool. The service has been very good every time I have been there. The man that sat us was super nice and friendly, but the server was another story. The server with the big beard seemed bothered right from the beginning. There were 6 people sitting in the bar area on a Sunday at 730pm, and the bartender was rushing us to take a drink order. We put in a drink order and again we feel rushed to order food. Food comes and it's just okay, ask for a side of ranch and took about 5 minutes. Was out of beer for about for a while and had to flag down the server, and he seemed bothered. He and another server were talking for 5 minutes before they decided to pour the beer. In the almost 10 minutes it took to get a beer, my wife ran out of water, so when he dropped the beer off, my wife asked for a water, and he really seemed bothered. The only time the server had personality was when he dropped off the check, how convenient! This may have just become our new fav restaurant! Stopped on a whim after visiting a hospitalized friend at nearby UC Heath Highlands Ranch. Stopped just for a quick meal. Well Mondays are buy a steak get a free beer! Better than that, their steaks begin at less than $20!!! That even convinced my wife to order a steak!!! She had the sirloin with garlic mashers and green beans. I opted for the blue cheese sirloin with French fried onions, subbed tater tots for mashers and subbed brussel sprouts for green beans. Everything was fabulous! Really really tasty. And get this, with a beer and 2 glasses of wine the entire bill was less than $60! Kim was our server and she was wonderful ... couldn't have been more accommodating. The dining area has an industrial feel and could be loud when filled but tonight it was fine. Annie was our server at Rock Bottom and she was an absolute legend. If I could give her six stars I would and then start a petition for seven. She juggled our table of adults, kids, and general chaos like she was running a cooking show in the middle of a rock concert. The music was thumping, the brewery smelled amazing, and the place had the kind of energy that makes you want to stay for hours. We had lunch here because we're starting a cleanse tomorrow, so we wanted to avoid our usual healthy options. We had the deviled eggs to start, and WOW. They are really delicious! They were wonderfully seasoned and topped with yummy things. We both agreed these were the new gold standard. We also had the braised short rib, Brussels sprouts, and dried cranberry flatbread. Really, really good. For entrees, BF had the Da Keg burger, and I had the Philly cheese steak on a gluten-free bun. BF also ordered a side of cheddar mashed potatoes. My Philly came with mashed potatoes instead of fries, but an order of waffle fries quickly appeared after I mentioned that. Our server was terrific! He was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and prompt. He recommended the black cherry hard seltzer over the key lime, so I ordered it. Came here with a group of nine for a work lunch. It didn't WOW me by any stretch. The food was just okay all the way around. I asked the table what they thought and I was met with shrugged shoulders. Not awesome, but satisfactory. We ordered the gammit of appetizers and assorted plates. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. It was good, but if you're in the mood for Italian, go to and Italian restaurant. My buddy's well-done burger was raw. Rock Bottom was a ten minute walk from our hotel. This is a solid choice for a sports bar. The Denver Broncos and Colorado Avalanche were both playing and were on the many TV screens around the restaurant and bar. The restaurant and servers decked out in pink because it was October and breast cancer awareness month. The servers were very nice and attentive. I ordered the brisket sandwich. The meat was tender and came out very hot. It was still hot five minutes later. The BBQ sauce that came with it was very good. The waffle fries and sandwich were good but not special or memorable. My husband ordered the chicken tenders. They were meaty and crispy. They were good but not special. The honey mustard sauce was pretty spicy and had a kick to it. Terrible time here. This restaurant has definitely hit rock bottom.... other than the hostess being polite, everyone was so unprofessional. My server, Matt, didn't do anything a server should do. For example, i had to ask to order my food... 30 minutes after i sat down, and he was rude in taking my order as if i had interrupted him. Then proceeded to give me and my table snide looks and again, rude service. Our food was not very good in the first place and the fact that our server literally did not come to my table until i was done eating before asking if i needed anything is outrageous. The manager Nick Garcia was dressed so unprofessional, he was wearing pajamas. 10/10 do not recommend unless you want to be treated like a rock thrown the the bottom of a lake that no one cares about. read more

First time here, most likely won't be coming back. We had a larger party of 9 people, showed up and were immediately given a table. Our waiter, Matt, came by each time more of our party stopped by, but then he disappeared for about thirty minutes. We ordered our food after we waved him down and it came out somewhat fast for a large party, around thirty minutes after he placed it. Most of our drinks were empty when our food came out, but he ignored it. We noticed that he had other tables and was consistently checking on them, refilling their drinks, etc. He never visited our table until most of our party had finished eating--all of our drinks were empty and we had to ask for refills. Our refills came AFTER all of us finished eating and was almost pointless. He was also very rude to us when we asked for refills and the check: like giving us nasty looks when we asked for help. It was pretty annoying to see all the tables around us constantly getting checked in on while our table was forgotten about only because we were a larger party. We also noticed the manager, Nick Garcia was in pajama pants and a matching pj shirt under his chef coat, which felt off putting. I have been coming to the Highlands Ranch location since it opened. It has gone through a number of ownership/ management changes--and each time this happens, they wipe out all previously earned rewards ( this has happened to me 4 times). At least when it happened before, management would give me a gift card to make up for the forfeited rewards ( which I would immediately spend). When it happened to me today, management's response was " give me your phone number and I'll have marketing give you a call". If you just want to go in and have a beer, it is probably ok. I've been to several locations, but this is by FAR my least favorite. Only the second time I've been there, both times it was awful. The first time my husband ordered an old-fashioned, and it was terrible. I ordered a double Grey goose and cranberry, and it tasted like a splash of cranberry in water. You would think for that much money that we paid for those two drinks they would've been good. Then we had to deal with the what we only could guess was supposed to be 50s music. The music was awful, the speakers were awful, and it was so loud that you couldn't even talk to anyone. There was not anyone in that place that looked like they wanted to even hear that music. Last night we went again, and we had pretty much the exact same experience with the exact 50's dj, and the music was even louder than the first time. This time, my husband's old fashioned was good, but still priced pretty high at $16. I had a cider which was fine because they can't really mess that up. The burger and fries were OK, nothing to write home about, but a little pricey at $16 as well. Overall the 50s DJ music was just wretched, and the only people that wanted to hear it were the eight people that were there with the two DJs. Nobody else in that restaurant wanted to hear it. Needless to say we left with a headache! I will say that the waitress that waited on us was very nice and helpful and provided very good service. The kids menu is the reason we go here. Our two grandkids love the Mac & cheese. However it was served in a small cup vs the usual bowl. They both left very hungry. I also got their hazy IPA that was nasty and I love IPAs. Lastly my granddaughter has a severe egg allergy and we told the waitress when ordering. She said she'd let the kitchen know. The only thing that has quality here is the people and craft beer. Prices are outrageous for the quality. $20 for a salad or basic burger, seriously? They removed half the craft beer for domestic, which probably cost them money. People DO NOT go to a place like this to buy Coors and Bud light, that's ridiculous. Growler nights use to be great, but with new management you get roughly 24oz less than if you were to buy at a liquor store, crazy when it probably cost pennies per glass for in house brew. I order French fries and they were beyond fried, rather bricks. I order the French Dip and had to send it back because the meat was dried out and the au jus was basically syrup.
