First off, the $50 gift certificate with an extra/free $10 certificate can't be used simultaneously. This didn't please us at all. The Eastern European server was not attentive at all as we had to work to get her attention just to order an appetizer, which then sat waiting to be brought to us for too long. The potstickers were nice with a bit more spicy heat than others. The rolls were good, but there was one piece that was way too thick. Still tasty though. The spicy tuna roll was a bit too salty. The unplugged roll was a little disappointed because I hoping the cucumber was prepared katsuramuki technique. It was not, instead they served with cucumber skin sadly prepared. Ichiban has a similar roll called Neptune roll and the portion is twice larger and they use the proper katsuramuki is a technique that slices the entire cucumber thinly into one continuous a sheet. It is very difficult to master. They do not use the skin of the cucumber. They need to rethink this roll. Currently, it is not worth $14.99. The Spicy Sashimi salad with ginger dressing is decent, but they can add a little more spring mix. However they were generous with the sashimi. Located at a strip mall on Blue Angel and 98 where Winn Dixie is. The dining room is modern decorated with electric guitars and LCD screens playing music videos. I used to love this place. Came here often. Today I came for a to go order. The girl said 20-25 minutes. Ok. I come in and order is not ready. But at the 25 minute mark, the fried foods, sushi are sitting on the counter. At the 40 minute mark the kids meal does come out but I had asked for a refund 5 minutes earlier. I don't want soggy fried food. It takes 15 minutes to get a written receipt. There is no management on site and no one can figure out the system. I read more

Pretty good sushi spot with some very unique sushi combinations. By far my favorite part of the meal was the salmon on crunchy rice. It's somewhat expensive here, but I would say it's more reasonable if anything, but the food is good and our server was very nice. I loved the atmosphere, the decor and theme stay true to the name. I have been hesitant on trying this restaurant due to my assumption that the portion / price ratio would not be in the customer's favor. I finally decided to give them a shot with a simple to go order, I ordered the hibachi trio which was $30. When I got the food home they minimized the portions due to the size of their togo box that is only about the size of a small fork. They could easily remedy this by placing the meat in one tray and rice vegetables and yum sauce in another rather than rip you off to the extent of being angry about what you ate. To top this off, the meal itself was reminiscent of a sinus infection, lacking flavor in every item on this platter. The steak, chicken, and shrimp were over cooked, and the rice & vegetables were reduced to baby food. I will not go back without a lobotomy. read more

She was overly nice and professional willing to go the extra mile to ensure my experience was satisfactory. As for me it was her professionalism $ commitment to resolve the problem. We went in for dinner on a Monday night. There was only one person working the whole front, which was understandable because there weren't that many people dining in, BUT there was a lot of take-out business. This meant that we often had to wait a long time before she came back to our table. However, our order was taken pretty quickly and she immediately made and brought our drinks (the Lychee Sour mocktail was delicious!). We ordered the Twisted Tuna appetizer, some sushi rolls, and an order of eel nigiri. After a long wait, our sushi came out. We hadn't gotten the appetizer yet but were told at different points that they were still working on it. We really enjoyed the Crowd Surfer roll and the eel roll. The Rainbow Roll and Tourbus roll were underwhelming - the fish wasn't as bright and fresh looking as you would want on the rainbow, and the filet on top of the tourbus was completely overcooked and gray. The eel nigiri did not look appetizing, and when my husband dipped it in his soy sauce, the entire piece of rice underneath dissolved. The rice in the nigiri and some of the rolls seemed like it either wasn't mixed properly or maybe just not rolled tightly enough. Pretty sloppy. They were also out of ginger (even though the server asked us if we wanted ginger and wasabi when taking our order, and I had to flag her down with some serious effort to find this out after the kitchen brought out our plate). At some point, I stopped eating because the appetizer was supposedly still coming and I wanted to be able to try it. FInally, at the time you might be ordering dessert, it came out. It comes with wonton chips, and half of them were burnt. I couldn't believe we waited all that time and that's what they brought us. I was imagining bigger chunks of tuna, but this was very small minced pieces mixed with a lot of seasoning. It was fine, but I wouldn't order it again. Because this place is pretty close to my house and we really enjoyed a couple of the rolls, I would consider ordering take-out from them in the future. They have a great app that makes ordering easy and offers a reward system, so that's fun. I don't think I would dine in again because the first experience was nothing to write home about. read more

Me & the wifey went here for the first time. Great service, food came out pretty fast and everything was so delicious. We had a little appetizer. It was deep fried chicken bites. We each had 2 Classic Sushi Rolls. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. For dessert, we had the deep fried brownie with ice cream. Just pure insanity! I highly recommend this place! Horrible service. And price .Honestly I feel scammed. I went to get take out here on March 31st at around 8:30-9. And the server quite literally told me the hibachi chicken I ordered doesn't come with a lot of chicken. So I ordered more which cost 7 dollars. That's 24 dollars for a hibachi chicken bowl already. I then ordered 4 white sauces which. Which I paid extra for 2. When I get home to eat I open the food and there is definetly a lack of chicken for the price I paid. Looks like one serving and worst of all the white sauces aren't filled at all. They put in a little bit flipped it upside down to make it look like it was filled too the top and closed all 4 and put them in my order. Not even one was more than half way full and most of them had barely any in them . My big thing with hibachi is the white sauce I'm able to put on my meal . If I don't have it I quite literally don't enjoy it that much. With the price I paid I wouldn't have been mad if the food turned out really good. I've heard good things about this place and I'm completely disappointed . If you come here or get takeout please do check your order before u leave , u probably won't go here again. Might seem crazy to add but my wife just got the shrimp hibachi , she said she enjoyed it but now she's next to the toilet , feeling like she's about to throw up, idk if it's good poisoning or what.This is one of the first bad reviews I've ever done on any business in the 20 years of life I've lived.
