Loved the car wash when i used it! My problem is that i told them i was moving and i needed to cancel. It's been over 3 months and I'm still getting charged. I call and no one answers. There is a form online to cancel but i no longer have the windshield sticker (because i thought it was cancelled) and you need that to make changes online. Can't find an email address anywhere. I do regret getting a membership..because at this point I've paid over $100 without using it once. :( read more

I've had a similar experience as others here regarding damages. Took the car thru, noticed light abrasives marks on both sides of the vehicle, same areas, same everything. Not harsh mind you, they were lite. The fact that they were balanced on both sides would leave to one to reasonably conclude it happened at the same time. Filed a claim. Told we'd heard a week. Nope, I had to reach out and was told we emailed you. Nah, that didn't happen. The email I did end up getting was rather curt. I was informed that no one else complained about the same thing so it didn't happen. Or, stick with me on on this, maybe people may not have noticed because again, the abrasions were light? They shut down the machine AFTER the complaint is it possible the staff addressed whatever it is they had to and so then the issue/problem didn't repeat itself? They used HD cameras to watch? Really? The cameras can seen thru brushes while soaked? That's pretty impressive tech there. Let's just see if they'll gladly cancel my membership more expeditiously than when they replied to my complain. I went to the Rocket Express Car wash to get my car cleaned as I had not for months I had a Pleasant suprise the staff was friendly to work with and the cleaning was well my car was perfectly washed and with the free vacuum It helped to get under the seats overall a great experience would recommend read more

DAMAGED VEHICLE and the company refuses to take responsibility. Our SUV was purchased NEW 6months ago. We drive it on road trips only maybe four times a year. Too cold to wash at home so took it to Rocket Car Wash in Meridian on Chinden and Linder. During the wash felt a bump midway. When drying the car noticed a large scratch on the drivers passenger door. Initially was going to try to buff myself, but went next door to a store and an employee said he washed his car there the day before and his car was scratched. He asked if the DAMAGE was on my drivers passenger door. I went back to the car wash, filed a claim only to receive a call from a rude cocky manager denying any responsibility. He said, "It was a waist of time to put my claim thru." DO NOT USE Rocket Carwash unless you want DAMAGE to your car. Scam of a company. read more

This car wash is extremely unreliable. The brushes and water jets are extremely abrasive to cars (more than other car washes with higher quality brushes and materials). They have a sign that just says "WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE" as tho they think that frees them of liability. (It does not). I had an issue today where the vehicle two up from me had an issue and came to a stop but the conveyer belt didn't stop my vehicle, and I would have gone rolling into the car in front of me if I had not have pushed the brake. The guy running the wash at that time came up to be and had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault and he "had me on camera switching out of neutral and braking and it was my fault". who blames the customer off the jump without actually knowing what they are talking about! I informed him that I had it on camera too and he looked surprised. We'll be canceling that membership asap and taking our memberships elsewhere. Had I of not caught it on my dash cam, they would have tried to blame me for any damage, when they were the ones actually responsible, and I prevented damage. read more

*** RACIST AND PREJUDICE*** Called in for a friend who had moved here from Chile. Unfortunately he totaled his car in October 2022 and hadn't been there since, this wash had been charging him since then up until this month of April with their Deluxe package at $35. When they looked at the check in records they in fact did see the last time he was there was back in Oct. When I asked for a refund they had connected me with the manager by the name of Noah. He offered two reimbursement which we had agreed upon and let him know I would just dispute the other charges with the bank and his reply to that was "since you've mentioned you would dispute them with your bank no refund would be issued whatsoever" I was dumbfounded by such respond and let him know that if that were the case he could just go ahead and reimburse the two. He then said "well now that you mentioned disputing it with your bank I'm not issuing a refund." Thank God I don't do business with this company myself I was just calling in to help a friend out who unfortunately did not speak English. Honestly the representative seemed prejudice and racist as I had already explained to him that my friend being from Chile, isn't yet well informed as to how the system works. So to anyone who's thinking of doing business with this company of color or race STAY AWAY. I'm not sure if these are the types of individuals being hired for this company or if they just have a super unprofessional rep under their facility. Very upsetting and disgusted with Noah's service who said he was the "Manager". Good thing there is a Mister Car Wash across the street who I recommended buddy to go to. Sure enough the unprofessional manager canceled the membership but just to be on the safe side we called the bank to cancel the debit card all together. Had to share this information with the public to look at if in case there is such other similar issue with this individual who definitely needed to be reported and to advise the public as to how this company might train them to conduct service in such matter. 4/19/23-Heads Up! Rocket Express on Chinden & Linder is admittedly functioning daily with faulty equipment, while waiting for parts to come in. My Mercedes was damaged and actually pulled my entire gas door off of the car by their admitted faulty part. The manager told me they would cover the damage, no worries. The manager also stated that day that he was sorry as he was aware of the part that is on order is damaging some cars. Then I get a letter in the mail saying they will not cover cause the warning on site says no coverage for cars 10 years or older. Where is the sign saying we are aware we are currently running with faulty parts, your car may get damaged, use at your own risk! I can understand the warnings on damage on older cars somewhat (if they had not been running knowing they have the faulty part) however in this case the manager admitted he knew they are causing damage on some cars because of the faulty part they are continuing to run with. I went back a week later and witnessed a lady in a Subaru suffer the exact same damage and they gave her the same story, they still have the part on order. The manager a week later said nothing he can do, I should pay my own deductible on my auto insurance and have it fixed... PLEASE SHARE read more

Drove all the way across town to get the car washed. Got up to pay and was told they cannot accept a Fifty Dollar Bill. No where does it state this. I will not drive across town to patronize your car wash. read more
