DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save your time and your money. My boyfriend and I purchased a home in April of 2018 and were given a year warranty with First American Home Warranty. I noticed our master bathroom had a leak from the shower/tub which was also causing water damage to our wall and baseboard and obviously some slight mold. I called my home warranty company and they sent this company out. Go figure it would not leak while the guy stood there for 20 minutes, however, the damage made it obvious there was a leak issue. The guy showed up looking like he just rolled off the farm with cowboy boots and old worn jeans...which in my opinion is not professional to being with. After 20 minutes he basically told me what I can do to fix the damage but couldn't locate a leak. Yet he's a freaking plumber for crying out loud. That's $75.00 I won't get back...If I could give zero stars I would. read more

If problems would arise with time of arrival they would explain the situation of other job sites they would be at. If I could give a 0 I would... my home warranty company connected me with this plumbing company... After having our info for 2 days and never calling to schedule.. We called at 11am and was told "I'll call you back" he didn't call until now...10PM!!! Then he insisted on giving me attitude when I couldn't exactly explain what was wrong with my sink drain... DUH!
