Thanks Tracy and staff! ORIGINAL:: GRAB A SNACK!! Just debated on doing this but seems completely necessary since it looks like the horrible situation I watched tonight is going to be twisted. I have been bringing my kids for YEARS and seen a lot of changes and been through several managers. One who sat around, one who was angry and now Tracey. Myself and other parents all feel it is the best it has ever been. I will be asking them all to do these reviews to. I saw this happen and regret now not defending her, but I didn't want my kids getting involved and I am glad they didn't witness her being assaulted. The truth is a 10 or 12 year old boy did a running jump over a few black line poles and a taller black rail and landed in the foam battle area. My first thought was he either broke his legs or his back because he went completely under! The music was loud but Tracey went over and wasn't yelling, I was about 10 feet away sitting at the benches. I saw her leaning over the rail and gesturing no and heard her say "you could seriously injure yourself" and then I couldn't hear until the end "ok, well thats your only warning cause I'm not going to let you hurt yourself" Not in a mean way but he said something back to illicit her reply. She walked away but not far and as he was getting out he climbed up the same black rails and she returned to help. First words she said were "are you ok?" He replied to her "SHUT UP" but as he came out he began rubbing his eyes really hard. She said again "no seriously are you ok did you get stuff in your eyes?" Again he tells her "JUST SHUT UP" Now the "Mom" suddenly starts screaming like a banshee on fire. Tracey tried to explain he may be hurt or need his eyes flushed but she was screaming so loud she didn't hear or care her kid could need attention. NOW a whole group of women surrounded her, about 6 and all screaming within inches of her face. Then their daughters all join in so she is surrounded by about 12 screaming and I do mean SCREAMING girls and women all trying to get as close to her face, taking turns. Then the men show up and stand behind all the women and now they are calling her names, threatening her and spitting! She finally got out and told them they need to leave but they followed her all the way to the front, the whole way screaming and calling her foul names. The whole incident has to be captured on the videos! I made my way up front to make sure they were not going to jump her and they were still screaming and she just tried to reason with one of them but it was no use and she just said "its time to go, your jump time is over and this isn't solving anything" She stood back while they took turns verbally abusing her and she said nothing. The police had been called by another employee and they said they were not leaving until the police forced them. Well, after more abuse, calling her a hoe, fat, ugly and MUCH MUCH worse that I cannot write here they decided to leave. But then the teens and Moms decided to taunt her by calling her outside repeatedly to beat her .....the police did come and they left. But this was exactly how it happened. She never put her finger in his face or yelled at him. It was very disturbing to see women and teens surround one person and literally attack her. Tracey is fantastic with the kids and parents and her staff! What they did was the worst and a horrible example of how to raise kids But with how quickly their kids jumped in to abuse her and joined in calling foul names, this clearly is something they have been taught to do. They kept saying "we will get you on yelp b...." so that is why I am here. We WILL be back and my only regret as a man it that I didn't defend her from being surrounded and it's just disturbing! And if Tracey reads this...they are bullies and I will speak for all of us that actually see you working hard and know you are amazing with the kids! You are appreciated and respected. i'm sorry you had to go through that! You were very professional start to finish against a mob who had no idea what had even happened! Okay let me tell you something, I as a mother read the Yelp reviews and was TERRIFIED to come in especially for my kids, before I let them out of the car I walked in myself to see how the place looked and what looks I'd be given by worker, and it wasn't bad. the place was CLEAN and you can tell they try to keep it that way, the park wasn't as busy but enough to say it was, I let my kids come in and we got in line to come jump, the lady's up front were super nice and got us checked in in no time after signing waivers. The menu was a bit pricy but it's discounted for members which I might get later on.. When my kids got to jump the were greeted by the sweetest girl I think her name was Maddie who was working at the area with all trampolines, she even smiled at me and asked how I was doing! She was so sweet we talked and while she was playing with my little kids. I recommend this place, some staff you can tell weren't happy and I didn't even bother going near that area, all I have to say for that is if you don't like your job don't work at a place with kids, but last shout out to your worker Maddie she did a damn good job showing what this company is about, I hope to see her again my next visit, made it a memorable, thank you Rockin Jump! read more

Created a Yelp to make this review, kids had a blast, I was able to keep an eye on them while i was on the massage chairs, the only problem I had was with the beeping until a team member Maddie was kind enough to let the others know they were the cause of the beeping, she handled it well when one of the mothers were being rude to her, she kept a smile on her face and was continuing holding the same nice energy and apologizing, and ended up getting the mother to smile at a joke she made, i told her thank you for stoping that loud beeping and she greeted me with the same bright energy, asked how I was doing and so on, even recommended the pizza (which was fantastic)and went back to doing what she was doing at the foam pit area, she even played with my 7 year old and 9 year old and they loved her! She went above and beyond making these kids smile, also Shout out to One of the other workers Christan I think it was, he did an excellent job as well. can't wait to come back read more

I wish I could give 0 stars... I bout a 3 month membership in December 2019 for my grandson, now mind you that's was for 3 months that's all that was to come out of my bank account!! The last charges were taken on February of 2020 that took it through March 2020 ok!! So now it's June and I get a charge for the membership!! I tried calling and due to the covid19 they are still CLOSED!! So I emailed them to find out what is going on, their response was the contract doesn't end unless you give written notice now mind you this was a three month contract so how can It pick back up after 4 months of no charges?? I replied Yet again and got the same response that they went ahead and canceled the agreement but I can use it until July when it expires!They're not even open they're still closed due to COVID-19 they won't even refund my money what a horrible business never going back there loss not mine there is plenty of other things to do read more

We love it here! Bought my nephews memberships for the tots and Tracey treats them like gold! Never seen her not in a fun mood with the kids or her staff! We love the new cafe too! This last trip we had to go on Sunday and Tracey still there. Do you take a day off? Everyone was very nice and having fun. Plenty of staff to watch over, cafe pizza is really good, everything was clean and being cleaned. Nice to see manager taking time to check on employees and kids. Even taking time to run a few jousting turns. I just really appreciate the cleanliness and seeing happy staff and a manager creating a happy environment with kids and staff! Weekends look a bit busy but they had everything under control. My kids love playing with Victor and Madi (I think that's her name) They really make it fun too. read more

Couple months ago I decided to give this place a try and i was second guessing on coming back, tried again a couple days ago and I can say I'm impressed. staff is great and it was very clean. I want to give a shout out to one of your coworkers Madison I think her name was. My kids LOVED her. She was so patient with my 2 year old and my 2 other kids. Her multitasking was impressive, always got to kids just in time, my daughter hurt her ankle and she did a perfect job at handling it, making my daughter smile instead of scaring her. filthy, falling apart, disgusting, unsafe! no supervision, run by a staff of juveniles and young adults who spend their time socializing, modesto police department was there twice in the 45 mins we were there before we decided to take our son elsewhere for his birthday. spent $120 and left in 45 minutes because it was over run by unsupervised children and trash. this place needs to be shut down by osha. as an insurance broker i can promise that their insurance company would cancel them immediately! water dripping from the ceiling into tiny buckets that small kids were playing in. the owner of this franchise needs to wake up or be sued. read more

I personally loved my experience at Rockin Jump. I took my 7 kids to this place and was floored by how amazing the staff was, especially this brilliantly talented and funny asian guy who has the same name as me!, Jason Leung. This guy has such a bright future it burns! He is the future of the new generation. The possibilities that he can achieve is unfathomable. He has the mind of Steve Jobs, the wit of Bill Gates, and an attitude of diligence and success. Great job Jason! read more

I come here a few times a month with my 3 boys and we always have the best time. Manager Traci (I think that is her name) is always so kind and helpful and makes sure we are having fun. They have a new membership think which is worth it to. It's like $20 a month to jump everyday. While watching the kids bounce around, I couldn't help but notice how much fun they were having at Rockin Jump. The different activity zones, including dodgeball, jousting, and basketball, provided a variety of ways to keep them entertained and active. This place is definitely better than the one in Turlock and a lot cleaner, just had a problem with staff And how busy it was, it was too over crowded , none of the workers seemed to care to be there expect a couple of workers who were really nice, I suggest bringing your own food because it's pricey and don't come on a weekend. read more
