Salmon fish and chips, order has 3 salmon pieces.

Attended happy hour on 5/8 (bike fest race night) and beer and wine was very good. Chicken curry sliders and salmon fish and chips with fries were great. Super juicy and crispy salmon with curated fries. Service was a bit slow but as expected since festival was on patio was full. Server was attentive and honest about dishes.

    Rockslide dip

Food: the rockslide dip was recommended by a local so I tried it. The meat was flavorful! I also really liked the fries. I did feel like I was missing the "dip" but maybe it was just because I ordered Togo. Their house hazy beer was pretty good! Ambiance: big front patio to sit and eat at, inside bar pretty big! TVs to watch games. Typical restaurant/bar vibe. Service: the bartender was amazing! He was so fast and had extensive knowledge of the beers and food.

    Korean BBQ wings

The Korean bbq wings were amazing! The side of ranch was delish. My party ordered the pork nachos which were big enough to share between 2-3 people. The pulled pork sandwich was also ordered which comes with calamari on it??? That could be left off, was not everyone's favorite. We had good service, however it was a busy Saturday night so the process was slower but what else can you expect!

On a road trip across country made a pitstop in Grand Junction. Chose this brewery because of its location and outdoor seating due to the fact that I had my pup with me. It wasn't an issue. They took me to the back patio, where we got to enjoy the space all by ourselves. Bartender was very attentive came out to check on us just like he would a table inside. Drinks were good. Food was excellent service top-notch.

Didn't try the food but the ambience and beers were pretty good. What is with this town's bathroom sitch though? They're all a hike away and usually old and run down. Also, the service was subpar - likely on account of us coming in later in the evening when they wanted to close down. There was still plenty of time before actual closing though!

    Philly cheesesteak with fries!!

My wife and I had a great dinner out in the front patio area. The beer tastes just as amazing as it did 20 years ago while I was in college at MSC. My Philly cheesesteak was delicious. We just moved here from Delaware, 20 minutes south of Philly. It seemed ridiculous to order a cheesesteak in Colorado. But I had a really good feeling. And I was correct. Rockslide made one of, if not the best, cheesesteaks I have ever enjoyed!! My wife got a chicken sandwich that had a delicious sauce on it. Better than the food was the peaceful patio atmosphere with a gentle breeze coming through. So happy that Rockslide is still killing it on Main Street!!

    Nachos and Raspberry Vice sour.

I sat at the bar..had a Raspberry Vice beer, which was so delightful I had a second. Chose the nachos for my lunch, and what MADE them was the tomatillo sauce..so much so I asked for a side of it..I don't have any fries, but I imagine they would taste great in this sauce..so ask for a side! The bartender was SO busy, but was still attentive and kind. I highly recommend stopping in at Rockslide.

Sesame crusted Ahi Tacos with Clara, Rockslide's Mexican Lager.

It's been a while since I have been to Grand Junction to partake in their brewery scene and I believe I haven't ever been to the downtown. It's cute but is parking metered extensively and without a shadow of a doubt. So a walk was in store which was perfectly fine to this fine restaurant from a non metered area. It was fine because it was a lovely early Autumn day. Once I arrived at Rockslide and got seated I decided to get their Ahi Tacos. The fish was sesame crusted and had a delightful salsa to go along with it. I had their Mexican Lager, Clara to accompany my dish which was a great match with my lunch. A pleasant first experience with this restaurant and brewery and worth considering making a return to for whenever I am in the Grand Junction area again.

Grilled chicken fir and Cobb salad for my wife. We shared these dishes.

Overhyped. Expensive food and okay drinks. Not a place locals who know food would recommend.

Black bean burger was frozen, 15$ salad was the size of an appetizer. Definitely not what we expected after seeing reviews.

This was the best dinner I've had in a long time. Burnt ends mac and cheese. Yes, it's as good as it sounds.

The sweet potato fries are the best thing you could get here. Paired with the home made bbq sauce is fabulous!

They had plenty of outside area (a patio with seating and some open space where you can enjoy a drink while waiting to find a seat somewhere) which was perfect for me because I got a cocktail and Togo food. Lots of people had raved about the Massaman katsu curry so I had to try it! It did not disappoint! At first I was disappointed to see how full the bowl was but the amount was PLENTY! I was stuffed after a few corn and about half the curry plate. I am so happy I tried this place out! Will definitely be trying it again when I'm back in town!

I also really appreciated that they had hard kombucha on tap, which was a unique and welcome option for me. I spent most of my time out on the outdoor patio, which is very nice and was filled with lots of people hanging out, making for a really lively and fun environment. However, my biggest complaint about this place was that the food was pretty bad; while I understand that it's primarily just a brewery, I was still quite disappointed by the quality, especially since the menu items were not cheap. Come for the beers, skip the food and same yourself some dough figuratively and literally.

The Swiss melt with fries. This was the best "grilled cheese" ever. The apples and bacon jam on it was absolutely delicious.

I really hate to say this but I need to prevent others from wasting their money on inedible food…read more This is the worst bbq I have had in my whole life (previously a record held by a place in PA circa 2018). I don't even know how this is called bbq. Unfortunately this is yet another really bad restaurant in this location that seems to turnover. The space is huge and spacious yet feels empty. The beer itself is drinkable but very average. I had a flight and I wouldn't drink a pint of any of the four beers I tried. The nitro stout was flat with no head. I drank beer at the bar while I got food to go- which was the $30 meat platter. I don't like coleslaw or potato salad, which are the sides they make you get with your order. If you upgrade, you can get only one side... fries OR a salad. The bartender convinced me I would like the coleslaw and the potato salad because they were "different". The coleslaw- tasted like cold cabbage with a hint of cumin. Strange to taste no vinegar in a vinegar based slaw. The potato salad- who would've guessed? The lady that doesn't like potato salad unless it's warm German potato salad didn't like the bland, overly dill flavored, aioli based potato salad. The bartender said this was "east coast" potato salad. It's literally potato salad. The worst part? The meat!! None of it had any smokiness or flavor. I got it to go and they drizzled about 1/2 of a liquid ounce of sauce on each meat. The brisket tasted like someone put a brisket in a crockpot for 14 hours. It was dry and had no fat. The pork was the same- as if it was sitting in a slow cooker for hours but watery Mushy and flavorless. The chicken was a chicken thigh dried to heck. The portions? Each side is the size of a small dressing ramekin. Pro tip- go to Snooks Bottom BBQ in GJ. It is actual authentic BBQ. Rib city for some average bbq cheaper and better than this just a mile away. Better beer walk a block over. This here place doesn't serve any authentic style. Yikes....
