Views and customer service is awesome! Fries are yummy and crispy! Burger patties could stand to be a little thicker and juicier. Drinks great, can't go wrong! Def recommend

Avocado bacon burger with sweet potatoes fries and amazing dipping sauce. 5 ***** stars

The best margaritas I've ever had and their food is delicious! Service ambience is the best!!

Beautiful location with even more gorgeous view in the back patio seating. Didn't realize this distillery offers so much variation of libations - moonshine, gin, bourbon.... They have it all! The service was amazing and fast, food delicious and I cannot say enough about how fresh the salad is here - so refreshing on a hot day! All the leaves were crisp and cool, the chicken was tasty, cheese were fresh.... and the fried pickles were the chips style and got a punch w the sour pickle-ness. We really loved the sweet potato fries and the sweet vanilla dipping sauce it came with- the server said it's got vanilla, maybe maple syrup and brown sugar... I forgot there was another ingredient but anyway, come and imbibe on something delicious! We loved the butterfly lemonade and the old fashioned!

Visited here as opposed to Peach Street based on local recommendations. The view from the patio is amazing. I had the Bourbon BBQ burger and fries - excellent. The other person in the party had the BLAT. The Naan was a miss - probably need a stouter bread. Why 4 stars? This is a distillery with some food. I ordered the Miscellaneous Flight. I'm unsure if our server was 21...he was close...but someone should've told me the story behind what I ordered...or some tasting notes. You can serve casual food AND tell us about the spirits you make in our drinks. That's the difference between a 4 star and a 5 star experience.

    The distillery!

Clark & Cos Distilling, STAT! After some mountain biking fun, we headed to this AMAZING distillery! Tucked in between orchards with a fab river view in the back, Clark & Cos Distilling blew us away! When you first walk in...your eyes are immediately drawn to a wall of their finest spirits, including a nice line of moonshine! To the left you can't help but see the distillery on full display with a huge American flag proudly hung above. The overall décor was rustic-industrial which I love.  Walk on out to the covered patio, belly up to the extensive bar seating and BAM! What a gorgeous view of the river! Gotta jet boat? Pull up, dock, sit back, relax and enjoy some awesome drinks and food around one of their outdoor fire pits! Speaking of drinks and food...our crew ordered a round of fresh margs as well as a house salad with grilled chicken, an avocado bacon burger and two caprese chicken sandwiches...all super delish and the margs were so tasty and refreshing! Tyler, the Master Distiller (and "Moonshiners" TV series 1st place winner of Season 3) was an absolute pleasure to meet, as well as one of his trusty assistants, Logan! Seriously peeps, we got lucky on a Monday because Tyler took us on a quickie tour of the distillery...what a special treat! And our server Amanda was da bomb! She took such great care of us! Bottom line...this place is super solid. The food, spirits and service was beyond incredible. And yeah, we didn't leave empty handed - had to get the Peach Brandy and Paligave Nectar...both so YUM! What else can I say...it's a farm-family owned 7th generation business...and y'all know how much I love supporting small businesses! Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!

Great stop in Palisade. Best food I've had in the area with great service (Alonzo) to match. Delicious Bloody Mary's. I highly recommend!

Such a fun place to stop. Good food, tons of spirits to try. Get the Bloody Mary, you won't be disappointed- and you'll definitely be full!

Peach on the Beach and Uncle Larry's Peach Iced Tea

I will be back here!! The service was great and the food was delicious. We sat outside and had a gorgeous view of the Colorado River for sunset. We ordered the So Goat Burger (add bacon!) and the Palisade Plunge Flatbread and were not disappointed. We were there on a Wednesday evening in July and there was plenty of seating available. It was very dog friendly and had water bowls available for our pup. Highly recommend!!

Great place! Mike B, Minnesota Mike and everyone else. So friendly, everyone. What a pleasure it was to stop in and meet everyone. We had a couple beverages and food to go. I got the bourbon bacon bbq burger and flat bread. This place is a must stop especially if you're in the area. Looking forward to coming back Oh, most importantly- we're here for the Paligave Nectar 750 ml

Gotta start by saying came here to buy the bourbon, got sidetracked with the chips and peach salsa. Went across the street to The Clark Orchard for peaches. They had bottles of the bourbon and directed us to this place. We decided on a moonshine flight, chips and peach salsa. Just have to be honest as always. Not a fan of the of the strawberry, watermelon, peach and raspberry. I should've tried the bourbon. Decided to have early dinner'ish. The bacon bourbon burger was double patties, which seems pre-made, but cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. The sweet potato fries had this amazing dipping caramel sauce, wow!!! That was worth the trip. The building is seriously awesome inside. The outside seating has excellent views. Im coming back annually to get peaches and try the bourbon next trip.

Stopped for an early dinner after hiking on the Mesa. Split a fig and pig flatbread and a bacon avocado burger with sweet potato fries. We sat at the bar on the patio overlooking the Colorado river. What a treat! Very nice vibe and friendly, fast service. The food was excellent (and we were really hungry as we had skipped lunch). Would definitely return! We are not drinkers but looks like they make a lot of brandy types and offer many mixed drinks.

So much for knowing who you work for and what they stand for. I feel the upgrade has a nice concept yet it is lacking customer serivce and more staff. I could tell the staff was overworked with the amount of traffic flow. We came when there was a power outage. For the luck of grace it came back on shortly after we checked out. We also order ice cream in the way out and a milk shake. 1st we got a peanut chocolate milk shake that looked more like chocolate milk. Then they got the order wrong it had milk instead of almond milk. Asked for a refund and she said she redo it. I asked kindly to make it more thick. It did not come out anymore thick. She added too much liquid. Looked like the new hire wasn't properly trained in ratio content. Then they forgot to get our bear claw ice cream. We saw a tall lad that was not working and just overseeing the other staff struggle. So sad. As far as the young lady giving out peaches outside in the stand. She looked more like she was ready for the gym than being at work. I can tell you it was offensive to see her in tight leggings. I sure wife's don't appreciate their husbands have free eye candy at a moments turn. We will not be stopping here again. So sad because I would talk about the old little stand from back in the day to everyone and how wonderful it was to go after driving from Denver on the 70. It was a nice treat. Not anymore.

We sat down tonight for our anniversary dinner and the place was only at ~50% of capacity at 7 PM on a Friday for the 4th of July weekend. We tried to order an app before dinner while we decided on entrees and wine to go with it, we were told they could only put in an app order at the same time as a dinner order. Really? You really need to move tables that fast on a Friday when it's half full? We've been coming here for years, but the hurried service is now very off putting. When we finished dinner and left just over 1 hour later, the place was maybe 60% full. We spent nearly $300 on our anniversary dinner and were rushed the entire time. The food was phenomenal as always, but the hurried atmosphere takes the fun out of a nice relaxing dinner out. We've been told this is at the direction of the owners and I hope they read these reviews. Péche used to be a special place for an excellent dinner out to savor and celebrate, but now it seems to be a table turnover priority, but of course along with high quality food. That hasn't been sacrificed, like the experience has.

She seemed less than interested in our arrival. We'd arrived later in the evening. Our room was vey nice. Very comfortable. We decide to venture to the jacuzzi. No towels in the outside basket. We had to go inside to request clean towels. When the towels came out, we ask the young lady how to make the jets work in the jacuzzi? "Oh no, they're not working." No sorry, no other explanation, she just walked away. We did manage to get two jets working. It was pleasant. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special. The lady preparing the food was very nice. Checking out was easy and the young gentleman pleasant. Trouble started after we left. Our fault. We'd left our swimsuits in the closet. Have to say, 30 years of traveling we have left things behind in our hotels. Kids left toys, pillows, blankets.... It does happen. Not often! I called when we realized this, Tuesday after we'd departed. I explained we'd left our swim suits hanging in the closet. The woman said she'd check lost and found??? I'd given her our room #. She said the cleaners had not finished their rounds yet and to call back later. Okay then, but I just gave you the room number and told you where they were? Again our mistake, but where is the customer service? I was told to call back at the end of the day. I called at the end of the day. Great swimsuits found. I was then told the person who sends packages would be in touch in a day or two. Okay then.... Nope. I called again on Friday, giving the full two days for someone to call. I was then told the person is new and must have missed it. Okay, what now? Well, "you have to make a USPS for your package and we will send it on Thursday". What? "That's the day we send out mail". You cannot be serious. Why was I not told this when I initially called. I would not have to wait another week. Customer service is a big issue here. I should say severe lack of customer service! So disappointing. Yes we did get our suits. Again our fault for leaving them, but I never had such poor customer service.
