The guy working explained the different sipping chocolates well and accurately; we got the Belize which was slightly tart but tasted like dried fruit (like how he explained)! Every barista I've met goes above and beyond to make their drinks balanced and delightful. They are always open to modifications, and they have some cool suggestions of their own if you ask! They have all the drink options you could want (caf+decaf) but they also have more traditional drinks like the Italian Macchiato or Cortado (my favorite). The coffee is roasted two doors down and the chocolate is made in the factory in house!! They have a bunch of made-to-order food options and house baked pastries from local bakeries! The Factory Cafe is bright and cheerful, with plants, tons of natural sunlight, and a very pretty seating area. Even their bathrooms are aesthetic! This is the perfect spot to work or have a chat with friends. I love it!

They had a good selection of handmade cheeses, and the ice cream looked really good, but it wasn't homemade like we expected. Looking back, I think this place is probably more about the tour.
