Top marks all the way around for the staff and technicians at Rod Baker. Stopped here for an oil change and break job and was very pleased with the high caliber customer service, patron waiting areas, and the service performed on my vehicle. Special thanks to Vincent for going above and beyond to ensure I knew my repair options and pricing. The facility is excellent! Plenty of seating options, work spaces, and refreshments. I caught up on a lot of work while my car was serviced. Highly recommend!

The car was $3500 over MSRP when we sat down to sign - and up front the guy said it was $3k over MSRP and we would get a rebate. Total bait and switch with price.

I love my new car but I'm not here to sell you on that. Let's face it your relationship is not with the salesperson who sold you the car your relationship is with the service department. Hands down they are one of the best I've ever taken a car to. Everyone is so friendly and helpful every time I go or call. I'm not just a number I'm a valued customer. I trust them with my car and what they tell me. I've never felt this way about a service place. So I'm here to tell you that this is the customer service everyone should get to experience!! Thank you! BTW my Explorer is really great too.

Awesome service from Marcus the service manager to Joe the mechanic who worked on my truck. Russ in parts helps put the pieces tog and everyone in between has been very accommodating in customizing my beast. They installed fog lights. A light bar and Roush's performance pack 2.

Don't service your car here. Do yourself a favor and skip the runaround. They lack attention to detail and seldom do "just enough." I have (2) 2017 fords I purchased there from a great salesman. The problem is he doesn't service the cars‍. It's almost as if they don't want your business with the way they treat you. I thought they were better than the others. They aren't. One week you talk to one guy the next week he's gone type of business for the last few months. I tried. I talked with mangers and so on and soo forth. So Rod Baker, after I get my final part replaced that's on order it'll be farewell. I'll also post a negative review for Rod Baker anywhere I can. On to the next forum!

Terrible dealer ! Have been in and out from trying to get help with a truck THEY sold me ! Bought a NEW truck from them 4 years ago. By the 3rd year it had rust! My warranty still covers but yet they still will not work on it because they will be the ones losing from it. Keep in mind I already paid them over $60,500k for this truck!! If I could post my review with no stars I would!

Horrible Service. Do not recommend this Dealership or Seevice department at all. All Lie's, communication so horrible.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Illinois Attorney General on this matter. I am 69 years old and went to buy the last item on my bucketlist: "the Corvette of my dreams." I was sold a 2003 Corvette under false pretense...Premiere Motorsports of Plainfield IL did not disclose this was an "mileage exempt car title," but rather, deceived me and fraudulently, was assured by the dealership salesman (Ross or Russ, a former sheriff's deputy) this car would be titled as advertised: with 65,217 miles on the odometer...This was repeated by the dealership's finance manager (Amira Yousef) as she told me at closing: "This car will be titled as advertised: with 65,217 miles on the odometer" and again, she did not disclose to me this was an "mileage exempt car title," An exempt title literally destroys the value of this car and makes it worthless to me as a classic car investment...I want a full refund...I WILL NOT QUIT...You will here from my lawyer next...Greg Severin

Tobias actually became a friend along the way. He patiently listened to what we were looking for, then brought the car up for a test drive. He answered all of our questions. We felt as if we could leave at any time, which is different from previous car purchase experiences. But we didn't want to leave because we were learning so much. Blair Berg gracefully walked us through financing and we obtained a better loan than we expected. Thanks to both Tobias and Blair for such a comfortable experience. John and Barb

Bought a 2024 Audi A5 in June, 2026: Here's my experience:…read more POSITIVE Saw the car I wanted on their site and because the make, model and color would be snapped up ASAP, they grabbed it right away and it was transferred from another city/state within a week later. At my request, they held it for me for 5 days until I could get there from my home 90 miles away. The salesman was nice, personable, accommodating and answered all my questions. He should get a better job elsewhere. The car was in pristine condition - inside and out. They attached one license plate for me and gassed the car before I drove it off the lot. As I'd been renting a car from Enterprise, I was able to drop it off there (different location from the rental origin) without an extra charge. NEGATIVE They will push the warranty, even if it includes flirting shamelessly! It could be that I was in a hurry, but they should have attached the second plate. Now I've gotta pay someone to do it - I'm not handy. I was paying cash for the car which at first, I going to do via wire transfer. However, telling me it would take a day for their "corporate office to receive the wire transfer", they wanted me to do the wire the day BEFORE I was scheduled to pick it up. While I was 95% sure I wanted the car, I'd only seen it online and I wasn't about to pay for it until I'd seen it in person and test drove it! It's 2026, folks and wire transfers are immediate! Don't test our BS meter. I paid by cashiers' check instead. Also, because I wanted to get miles on my credit card, I asked to put $10k of the $34k+ cost on it, but $5k is the most they'll let you put on a card (obviously, they want every opportunity to finance the cars they sell. One day soon, someone's going to challenge this in court and win). They wouldn't even let me put the warranty (which is a separate purchase) on my card. (the two points above are likely not under the salesman's control) Finally, and the most disappointing part of the experience: Once I bought the car, I immediately drove it to a mechanic I'd made an appointment with to have it checked out. They spent several hours inspecting it and told me that Internally, it was all good. BUT, while it was up on the lift, they saw it had been in an accident: the passenger door on the driver's side had been replaced and cheaply done with 'Bondo'. Sure enough, the paint doesn't exactly match. No accident was reported on the Carfax report. I called Enterprise Car Sales to discuss this with them and the dealership manager said: If it's not on the Carfax report, we don't have to tell you about it and we're not responsible for it. FYI: Don't trust a Carfax report.
