Really pleased with the service Roda provided. I had heard about them through my apartment complex City Ridge... I walked out of work at 10pm to find I had a flat tire in the parking garage. That night ~11pm I booked an appointment for the following day to have them assess the damage and hopefully patch it. They confirmed a pickup timeframe for midday at 7am the next morning, which was incredible... Unfortunately for me the tire was not able to be patched, they communicated this with me and gave me a quote for a replacement before they proceeded (giving me the option to not have them replace it if I wanted to shop around). I approved the quote and they ordered a replacement tire that arrived the following day. So my car was picked up midday on a Thursday and the tire was replaced on Friday and ready to go 24hrs later. I was out of town Friday so they held my car an extra day and dropped it off Saturday morning for me. My uncle owns a garage in Buffalo and their tire pricing was fair. I'm always afraid of a garage ripping me off because I'm a younger female but didn't have that experience here. Would recommend giving yourself a little grace with the timeframes because the estimated times (pickup and drop off) were a little delayed but within an hour and they are also very flexible and can work with you. They take pictures before picking up your car and after dropping off. On top of the great service, they even washed my car for me! Would recommend them for all your car needs! read more

This is my Team! My car is well taken care of at RODA. I get my oil changes and system checkup with them. The mechanics have done some engine work for me as well. I am very pleased and have been using RODA for almost two years. I would not go anywhere else. The mechanic and the team are always there to answer questions. My car looks great when I get it back, almost new. I love the valet service, and Antonio was great at getting my car at our agreed-upon time, as well as returning the car to me. Today was a Monday, and very busy before Memorial Day comes this weekend. I appreciate the fact that my car was checked out before a trip I am planning. ........Total disaster....... After a successful oil change on my first car I scheduled an oil change and transmission service in 2nd car. A text message indicated the car was done and gave a link to payment portal. I paid. Money was deducted from my account. Car delivered. Then they called saying they had not received payment. I then paid a second time over the phone. A few days later, I got an overdraft notice from my bank and two critical auto payments were declined. Car Care to Go charged my account twice for the same $525 service. When it was obvious I had paid twice, Car Care To Go refuses to refund my $525. They said to call my bank. My soon to be former bank, Burke and Herbert said Car Care to Go refused to answer the many calls. It took me a trip to Rockville and one month to get my $525. They suck. A service designed to reduce hassle became a nightmare. I'm still dealing with autopay hassles for my mother's cable. read more

Fantastic service! Picked up, repaired, and brought back in a day. They were able to move my appointment a day earlier with less than 24 hours' notice too. Super convenient! I had requested an oil change and tire rotation. Mechanics also saw some brake pad issues and sent me a suggestion for additional maintenance, including a video explaining the problem. Buyer beware--inspection was bogus. Read on. I had one car detailed. They picked it up, then called several hours later to say that they were unexpectedly backed up and couldn't return it until the next day. Ok, mistakes happen. It was returned well-cleaned. I made another appointment for another car. Again, only after keeping it for several hours did they call to say they couldn't get to it until the next day. I told them to return it. Meanwhile, they performed an "inspection" that wasn't disclosed and that I didn't consent to (they said it's on the website, but it isn't in the mobile site I used). That's when the fiction really got going. I received an "inspection report" that appears to have been fabricated. The dirty air filter that purportedly needs replacement was "inspected" by someone who has never seen a washable K&N filter (which lasts for the car's life and must be cleaned after 50k miles--not a typo). The reported oil leak didn't exist, and the pictures showed none. The "dirty" brake fluid was recently replaced, but the container is old and not as translucent as it once was. More junk. As far as I'm concerned, this is a scam. They couldn't even do the car detailing that they promised. On the plus side, the guy who picked up the car and dropped it off was both professional and friendly. read more

Absolutely amazing. This was the most seamless car detail I've ever had (Interior Detail). The online booking process was super easy and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Judith clearly communicated her arrival time around 9am, then at 4:30pm Antonio delivered my "brand new" car. It looks immaculate, including removing all the dog hair. I don't get my car detailed often due to the time it takes and the pick up/drop off logistical situation, but this completely took the complication out of the process. CarCare To Go is an awful company that has successfully used the offer of a cheap first service to artificially inflate their reviews. Do not trust the reviews. If you need a simple oil change, by all means take advantage of the low cost offer. However, if you need any kind of real service on your car save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go anywhere else! Over the course of two weeks they took my car to fix an AC issue two different times. Both times after selling me on other minor work to be done they called back to say their AC equipment had "just broken down." The first time I believed them and wrote it off as bad luck. The second time I straight up caught them in the lie because it was a different person who didn't realize I had just had the car there the week prior. I explained that I knew he was lying and gave ample opportunity to acknowledge they had lied and make it right. Instead, they doubled down and acted like a five year old caught lying. I even held off on negative reviews after being promised the general manager would call me the next time he was in the office. Another lie with that call never coming. I am forgiving of many things when it comes to businesses, but knowingly lying isn't one of them. And on top of that the fact that it was multiple people over multiple interactions shows that lying is a systemic and intentional part of their business culture. Especially in a business where most customers have to trust their mechanic's advice because they don't know cars it is shocking that they choose to conduct business this way. No matter how convenient they are I would never consider using CareCar To Go again and hope that anyone thinking about using them goes beyond the deceitful reviews and thinks again. Trust me it will save you major frustration later. read more
