In a day and age when many feel that "healthcare" is a miserable failure, and doctors are either so bogged down with ridiculous protocols that the patient feels they are reduced to a mere number, or when the patient's plan forces them to seek care from an MD suffering from "white god-coat syndrome", Dr. Andrew L. Ross is a serious breath of fresh air! I chased them--first week, "it'll take time"; second week, same. Finally got results last Friday. Nothing since. Called Tuesday to follow up--turns out they hadn't even looked at them. Wanted another full visit just to discuss. After I said how frustrating this was--waiting, hidden fees, zero follow-through--they emailed tonight: a polite 'goodbye' claiming they tried everything--while admitting they never even reviewed her results until I called.
