The food is good. But this last time I went for lunch. I ordered a bacon burger and zucchini fries. The food was good but the burger was kinda cold and the zucchini fries were a little cold too. Normally the food is nice and fresh but this last time they feel short by serving cold food. I usually give good reviews at restaurants but I don't like getting cold food. Today I ordered a combo burrito, it was the equivalent of a liquid burrito you couldn't hold it like a burrito it was wrapped about 49 times in paper now I know why in order to hold the burrito shape soon as you unwrapped it just fell apart oil and grease dripping everywhere ruin my shirt got all in my car I mean how do you eat a liquid burrito went right back through the drive-through told the lady I wanted my money back she asked me if I wanted anything else I said no have come here twice now with bad experience both times I will never come back here again ever. Sad to say that a place that I once loved is no longer a destination of choice. The service is a hit a miss, management always seems to care. However employees are often questionable. Food portions are gigantic and most thing on menu should be shared. Kids menu is the best value and good portion for me. The chicken has literally been un-edible for me to eat. Overall good, but could be improved. The quality of service and of the food are inconsistent. I have been here MANY times and sometimes I think to myself "I really dislike it, I am never coming back," and sometimes I think to myself, "I love this place, why did I stop coming." By the way, I love the seasoned fries, but again, sometimes they are not even seasoned at all... as usual, inconsistent. They have an outdoor patio area to eat outside on those warmer nights. I have to say that their specialty is any one of the 3 quesadillas they have to offer. They are "HUGE"! I give this place 3 stars for a couple different reasons. Pros: really good fresh salads and pretty good generic Italian dressing :). The lady who cleans the tables and brings the food is as sweet as can be and really quick... Cons: the other staff is rude. This place is a joke. 8:45 and they are mopping the floors while we sit eating, and I mean right up to our feet. Love the smell of pine sol and bleach while we eat and by the way they close at 10. Staff apparently hate what they do and cursing seems not to be an issue. Tried to put our stuff in the trash but no bags in the trash bins. Food was just as crappy as the establishment. Ok I will never be going back to this place,,they have serious heath regulation issues I watch one of the cooks set a tub of frozen zucchini on a trash can and started frying them picking up with his bare hands and then running his fingers through his hair with the same hand,,,I have seen the cooks use towels to wipe food prep areas that were used to wipe the counter next to the cash register, its very dirty on the floor in the kitchen,you would think with all the employees they have they could keep it clean. Besides that the food is mediocre at best and most the employees are rude,,I don't know about anyone else but I don't feel like getting sick eating this crap read more
