We have frequented this little burger spot for about 4 years now. But our most recent visits have forced me to re-look at my 5 star review. In it's defense, it is family owned, clean and friendly. I love that we can sit outside with our Lilly-pup, one of only a few establishments in the area that are pet friendly and offer shade. However, our recent food experiences have not been as rewarding as the original. Have my taste buds changed, or is it just not good anymore? The hamburger that hooked us at first, has been horrible the last two times, over grilled and dry, something no amount of secret sauce could cover up. The quesadilla that looks so awesome in the pictures, was a major disappointment flavor-wise. Impressive in volume, it still ended up in the trash. The carne asada was ho-hum, the eggs over cooked, the remainder of ingredients just not good. Something was definitely missing that even salsa could not fix. My simple breakfast of bacon and eggs was another fail. The bacon was dull and burnt, the over-medium eggs were overcooked, the potatoes were grilled on an uncleaned grill. I do not care for whatever oil product they use on the grill. I am saddened with the changes. I hope they can work this out as it pains me to lower their rating. read more

Sometimes it's good sometimes it's horrible. this morning it was horrible. Ordered a chili cheese omelette with onions, it had no cheese no onions the eggs were cooked to death so brown they were almost burnt! The employees were laughing and giggling and talking and after about 20 minutes Said can I get my order please All they did was goof off and that was the worst chili omelette I've ever had. I think the chili was diluted with refried beans! Because wasn't their standard chili ,that I like. It was diluted. but when I got home my chickens ate it. Waste of money for sure! read more

I was a first timer at Rodeo Burger after living in the city next door for 21 years and man was I missing out. The burger was delicious by far one of the best I've had in a while and their fries and onion rings are delicious I cannot wait to come back and try more items on the menu. I am giving 4 stars because the burgers were all cold but the taste of them saved it. If the burgers would have been served warm I would give it a 5. The service was normal and the ambiance was calm. This place is really good. We get it at least once a week or once every other week. Especially their French fries. My son loves them!

Rodeo Burger's food is fairly decent for what you pay for it. Service is always friendly so let's start talking about their food! I've grabbed food from here many times and each time is a little different from the last. Their chicken quesadillas and carne asada quesadillas are both their best menu tens in my opinions. Just make sure you order them without everything in them (just meat and cheese), otherwise they're watery and direct you away from the flavor of the meat. They have a carne asada plate that comes with rice, beans, salsa and tortillas on the side. I love getting that, ripping up the tortillas and putting a little bit of everything on it in bite size pieces. It taste great with their guacamole also. Zucchini fries, onions rings & French fries(usually soggy but fine) are all perfect sides here and compliment any menu item you order. They have good dipping sauces for them too. Most recently I tried their carne asada tacos which were ginormous and packed with flavor. They came with cilantro and onions on top and I added the salsa that came with my order. We also ordered beans and rice this time (to-go order) but they forgot them both. Tacos with no beans and rice is sad, but hopefully they don't forget next time. Ironic that I mentioned most of their Mexican food tastes good and it's called Rodeo Burger. I prefer that cuisine here, but my fiancé says they do have good burgers. read more

I stopped coming here because they don't listen. I asked them the times not to put onions on my burger because she didn't write it down. She told me there are no onions. I get home and there is a massive amount of onions in the size on my burger. Now my burger doesn't have onions or sauce. This happens every freaking time. I was hungry for huevos rancheros I never found any local restaurants that were that great I didn't think. So as a last resort I went to rodeo burger and thought well how bad could it be. To my surprise, it was delicious I asked for a crispy shell underneath And they gave me one underneath and on top the sauce was very very good I got three eggs the beans were good and I thought the rice was delicious. I'm not going to completely revoke my previous post, but this update is not favorable for Rodeo Burger. In the last few years the service and quality have taken a dip. The last two times I have been there they haven't gotten my order right AT ALL. Well today was the final straw... Bombalicous !! So good. Tried for the first time. We ordered: Grilled cheese (adult) Cheese quesadilla Coke French fry Fried zucchini Sides of ranch Everything was made perfectly. The grilled cheese had double cheese and was grilled to perfection. The quesadilla contained 2 kinds of cheese and was gooey and warm! The French fries had seasoning on them that was great for some flavor but wasn't overbearing. The fried zucchini was awesome. And the ranch is spectacular!!!! Stopped here after spending all of my money at the thrift store, so luckily they take cards. Food is exceptional. Quarter pound hamburger isn't thick enough to qualify as "juicy", but it was quite tasty and the bun is big and soft. Online pictures show sliced onions on the hamburgers, but they're chopped, so it's a little hard scooping some out if you don't want all the onions. The grilled chicken salad is yummy, and there is plenty. Carne asada taco is on a double corn tortilla, which you need because it's very juicy. And the Combo comes with TONS of French fries. They are lightly seasoned and crispy on the outside, but full of potato-ey goodness on the inside. I mean, what more could you want in a French fry? I took off one star because of cleanliness and cost. Even though the tables were bussed frequently, they weren't wiped down. It would have only added ten seconds to wipe down a dirty table. Bathroom was pretty grungy. And this place is quite pricey for a fast-food hamburger place. I know everything is more expensive now, but wow. Three of us - two combos, a salad and a taco = $45.00. Stopped here because my husband had a delivery from DoorDash one day and said if we are ever in area we'd like to try it. Today was the day we decided to try it. Totally reminds me of Farmer Boys except wit way better fries! Portions are huge, to the point couldn't finish my food. My husband was even satisfied, which usually never happens. I'll start with the nice part. I got the pastrami combo. The sandwich was "good" but not great. The fries were the best part of the meal and dipped in ranch was even better. Let's talk about the not so good. My husband got the taquito platter and it was so basic. We couldn't even see the taquitos. Then I looked closer and sure enough they are the meat paste filled Jose Ole brand from Costco frozen section. For $10 could've gotten a whole huge box of them and I could've warmed them up at home. When we complained they said "yeah those are the frozen ones" then walked away. Didn't even offer a replacement meal. Like a burrito or a burger. Big bummer! Beans and rice were a basic bummer too! I try to ignore the BS but this place never improves in service!! Every time you come her for Drive thru orders they will never ever ever give you the condiments. I come here to order breakfast numerous times and they never ever give you what is supposed to go with your order. They give you 1 syrup, no butter and only 2 sets of forks for an order of 6 breakfast meals? This is not the first time they are always missing something and when you ask they give you a damn attitude like I'm supposed to provide my own utensils and condiments!! Went to Rodeo burger for dinner ordered the fish dinner and the lady gave my food to someone else then they realized there mistake went back and got it back. and then tried to give it to me. We told them you can't do that. Then they took it back and kept looking at me to see if I was watching and the cook kept blocking the cooking area. Rodeo burger was my favorite burger place. I ate here often while I was pregnant because it was my #1 craving. That was in 2019. Now I don't know if there's new chefs or if the food quality has gone down but it isn't the same. The burger Pattie's are different and aren't as flavorful. The quality of the toppings aren't the same as they used to be. One reason I used to love this place was because the meat was delicious and the toppings were high quality. Now it's like no different than a fast food joint. I am very very sad and I hope they go back to how things were. read more

My family and I moved to Norco a couple months ago and have stopped here plenty of times for breakfast or dinner. Food is always good, orders are always correct and employees are beyond nice. I've been here a few times and it's safe to say that I've enjoyed my meal each time. The first few times I was hooked on the breakfast burritos with just egg, cheese, potatoes, and bacon. Since then I've branched out to sandwiches and burgers and I'm still pleased with the food. This last time I chose to get the turkey club combo and my partner ordered a custom bacon-avocado pastrami cheeseburger (boy that was a mouth full to say)! Both orders came with the Cajun style fries and a drink. No complaints on the food and honestly I'm a fan of the "salty" fries. I've read other reviews that they were too salty but the fries are their version of Cajun fries soooo with that mind, yes they have more flavor than average French fries. My club sandwich was delicious. My bread was slightly toasted and the lettuce was crispy. Now the pastrami.... it's was bombbbbbb. The pastrami is cooked on the grill, which helped keep the hamburger buns from getting soggy. The avocado, the bacon, cheese and lettuce were good. Again, the lettuce was crisp. I've had a better experience here with the food than at Burger Basket, so if you like that type of food, definitely try this spot. One last thing I will mention, they stop serving breakfast at 11:30 so I didn't get to eat my burrito per usual, but I was still happy with my lunch! Now the only reason I'm docking them a star is the size of the restaurant. Plain and simple, it's too small for the amount of people that want to eat there. The only way I'm able to get a table is that I stake it out and wait while my partner waits in line. Maybe they didn't think it would be as busy, but on weekends it's always a full house. So if you're party is more than 4, plan on waiting for some seats, even outside if the day is nice! Oh and the Coke is always on point. Big bonus for me! read more

I have gone to Rodeo Burger numerous times as it is a local business with usually great food. 2 days ago I went there & got $52 worth of food that I could not even eat. The pastrami quesadilla was literally swimming in grease & one quarter of it was drowned in that grease. There's no way the cook couldn't have known it wasn't up to par. The sampler platter we got looked like someone's leftovers that were dumped in the to go container. The burger & chicken sandwich we got were dry & overcooked. I sent a private message to the business but still have not heard back from them. Had this been my 1st visit to this place I would NEVER return to it. Been to this location twice The portions of servings is humongous. My husband ordered a quesadilla and it was like 4 mini burritos. Only downside they put the avocado and sour cream in the inside.
