This morning on this humid hot day, my mom ordered food through Uber Eats for my kids. The burrito she selected clearly stated it came with fries and a drink, yet both were missing. Uber Eats issued a refund, so this was never about the money or getting free food. We're regular customers and genuinely enjoy the food, which is why my mom called the restaurant this morning simply to make them aware. The employee who answered was very kind and relayed her concern to the manager working this morning. The manager's response was that it was "not their fault and they can't do anything about it". What bothered me most was how the manager chose to handle the situation. If your Uber Eats menu is advertising something customers aren't receiving, I'd expect management to at least acknowledge the concern and look into correcting the listing. A simple, "Thanks for letting us know, we'll look into it," would have been enough. Good food matters, but the customer experience outweighs it. There are plenty of other restaurants on Uber Eats and local businesses we can support. After being regular customers, we won't be ordering from or returning here--not because of missing fries and a drink, but because of how management handled such a simple concern.

My baked potato looked like it had been baked on Friday and held in a warmer for 24+ hours. Very dry & unappetizing. I put a small amount of butter on it in hopes of it improving what promised to be a dry potato. There was no reviving this dried out potato. It should've been thrown out. But since it was the only thing on the menu that was on my diet, I ate it anyway. Everyone else was very pleased with their food. Our waitress was more than kind and was gracious and helpful, as were the other staff members who assisted. We had a good time and I definitely will return when I can eat a burger and fries. That being said, I hated to give 3 stars, but in all honesty I couldn't be dishonest.

Okay, Rodeo Burger? Absolute joke. Like, I thought maybe this place would be lowkey good you know, one of those sketchy spots that surprise you? Yeah, no. It was giving truck stop energy and not in a cute way. The burger was a crime. Dry bun, weirdly greasy patty, zero flavor. The "BBQ sauce"? Barely there. Like they waved the bottle over it for the vibe and called it a day. But the fries... let's talk about the fries. Because I'm still offended. They were this sad, greasy, floppy mess, like someone half-cooked them, dropped them on the floor, and tossed them back in the fryer out of spite. Worse than Wendy's, and Wendy's fries are already tragic. At least Wendy's pretends to be crisp. These tasted like oil and regret had a baby. The whole place was dead inside. Beige walls, sticky floors, the kind of lighting that makes you question your life choices. One star because Yelp doesn't let me leave negative numbers. Congrats, Rodeo Burger. I should've just walked out as soon as I started ordering. The cashier was super rude and acted like I was bothering her by ordering food. She got an attitude when I ordered chicken strips with fries. She rolled het eyes and said well it comes with fries. Maybe I should've asked if the bacon avocado burger has bacon on it, because mine didn't. The fries were hard and crunchy. The place is super dirty. The cook was wiping sweat and touching food. Some cups fell on the floor and instead of picking them up, the cashier goes over and starts kicking them all over the kitchen. I never seen the cashier wash her hands after she took my money and she started touching the food. I ended up just throwing all the food away. What a waste of $50. I will never go back here, very disappointed. read more

I love the food here but their service sometimes sucks. I am spending like $25 on food (which is not a lot) BUT the least you can do is give me some damn yellow peppers with out attitude. I eat my food with sauce, so when I ask for ranch/thousand island AND I am paying for it, dont give me attitude. Everytime I go through drive thru I have this problem. Maybe the drive thru girls can be a little more friendly. I don't want to stop coming to this place because I love the food but if the attitude continues I will stop. read more

I live an hour away and I will drive up to Norco for this place! Everything they have is delicious! Seriously everything is amazing! Portions are big and they are very generous with anything and everything. Chili cheese fries quesadillas steak sandwich pastrami cheese burgers breakfast burritos wet burritos calm chowder tuna salads onion rings These are just a few of my faves from here! If this could make it to a chain of restaurants they would take off like an In N Out. I absolutely love this place and will always take my family here as long as we live. I would give them more stars but unfortunately that's not possible. I am a double cheeseburger guy and I give these guys a double thumbs up!!
