The food is PERFECT here. The food here is even better than the hash house a go go! The waiters are really nice here and let you pick the main dish and put it on your plate for you. I've been going to Rodizio since I've moved to Las vegas about 2 years ago. The meat quality seems to changes from good to mediocre and then to decent to mediocre again. The last time we were there was this last Saturday. They were out of chicken heart which the manager explained it's because they were having issues with the company they ordered it from. However, the rest of the meat selection for that day was also very minimum. There is no fillet mignon etc etc. Not to mention the available steaks tasted bland or very high texture where it's rather tough to chew. I've noticed they mainly have all new staffs since the last time I was there about 6 months ago. The current staffs that's bringing over the meat does not ask the temperature of the meat that you prefer and seems like almost every piece they cut off for our entire table were well done or close to well done and dry. The few times I specifically asked to please have a more medium to rare piece, the meat were rather chewy due to the tough fiber on the meat. To be honest, I was also surprised at the few tables that were dining there that evening considering it was a Saturday night and we sat down a bit after 6pm with no wait and plenty of empty tables. Why did I waited 6 plus months to go back and to give it another try: Feedback for Restaurant Management(6 months ago): The staffs from tonight was wonderful(Sunday night) but one of the hostess from last night (Saturday night) was horrible. She has long black hair in a pony tail. Her attitude was very undesirable to say the least. We had a reservation at 6:00pm which we got there by 5:50pm and was not seated. When I ask that hostess nicely how much longer at 6:20pm, she literally said in a rude and frustrated tone that they are understaffed today and have two large parties so it's going to take awhile...? Mind you, the hostesses weren't busy with taking care of other customers or what not but just standing there to wait and receive the next invisible customers that might come in the door. Then I asked are we next to be seated and she said no. She said there is one party with reservations before me?!! I watch that party come into the restaurant at 6:15pm after us, why should they get seated first when they missed their reservation time? It just blows my mind how rude this hostess was. Also, how is it our fault that they are understaffed on a Saturday night while knowing full well they have two large parties? Her attitude was as if she is frustrated at me for asking how much longer the wait is. I was plenty of unhappy by that time so we left and went back the next day for the meal instead as we have guest visiting in town and wanted to try Brazilian BBQ. Thank goodness she wasn't there the next day or else I would have left. Please address her attitude and her way of handling customers with this hostess. Thank you. Please note the restaurant management team responded and took zero responsibility on the unprofessional rude customer service given and claimed their staff did what she could that day. Meaning they accepts her rude, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Makes one wonder if she is related to someone in the upper management to feel she could behave in such way and obviously gets away with it. Long story short. If Rodizio isn't so close to home (Lake LV), we probably won't be going again. It's just convenient when we have guest visiting for the selection of food. However, we will probably be going to other Brazilian bbq instead even if it's a little pricier and farther away. read more

The salad bar was great but one thing I could say that was excellent having Jessica the bartender go around with her cart of drinks, and doing the drinks in front of me something I've never experience and I could say that 10 out of 10 was great amazing the drinks are tasty And the promotion they had going on phenomenal. read more

This was a surprise for me, as the location is adjacent to the Galleria Mall, but unless you normally approach from the south, you wouldn't really know this Brazilian Steakhouse was there! The setting is very nice, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you've been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, you know that pacing and self control are keys to making thhe most of the experience. The salad bar was beautifully presented and had ample options, but if you came for the "full-experience ", then exercise restraint as the meat options are incredible. All of the meats (lamb, steak, chicken, pork) were moist and flavorful, so I highly recommend you give everything a try. Unlike some of the other restaurants of this genre that I've experienced, they also have a full dessert menu, so save room! (I went for the cheesecake). read more

Went on Valentine's Day and arrived early so we sat at the bar which was empty. I understand now why as it is very poorly stocked. We were seated and started at the salad bar. When they started passing meat I realized they were only serving the cheaper cuts of meat. No filet, no lamb chops, and while they offered grilled shrimp it was few and far between and had to ask multiple times for it. For the bacon wrapped items the bacon was under cooked. I understand the restaurant was full with more than 50 people waiting for tables but the service was sketchy and I had to wait over 20 minutes to get the check after requesting it. The story was consistent "I thought someone else was getting it ". For similar $$ my choice is Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao. read more

Mediocre Rodizio. Hot side dishes were pretty tasteless starting with the BLT salad that had dressing with absolutely zero flavor & ending with the extremely lumpy & dry as hell mashed potatoes! They were also all luke warm at best. Bread was out on two different occasions! We asked our server on three different occasions for Salt & Pepper, butter (for bread that was unavailable the entire time) horseradish or a hot sauce & refills on water ... we recieved the horseradish sauce 1/2 way thru the meal & nothing else we asked for. I found this odd he was unable to deliver on these items considering the Carvers do most the work. You barely have to take a food order or run food. Get it together! With that being said, The Carver Servers were on top of it & extremely efficient & so friendly! Would absolutely not recommend this place & can think of about 20 different places easily that I could spend my $120 on & get a way better meal! read more

I liked this place a lot, but wish they had a drink deal with the meal. Wine went well with the meats. Also, would've been nice if there was a seafood option, but that is totally fine because I was craving some beef cuts! Besides that, the meat choices were super tasty and juicy. We did the all you can eat meat with the salad bar for $36.99/each. The salad bar had some pretty good choices including the ceviche. The chimichurri and vinegar sauces were delicious with the meat. I tried not to eat much from the salad bar so I could consume more juiciness! I couldn't get dessert because our tummies were jam packed. The service was good and it's a pretty nice open space right outside of the mall. There's also outdoor seating. We decided to come here for my birthday dinner on a Wednesday night. They open at 5pm, but we didn't arrive until 6:30pm. The place was empty but we were still asked to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. We got our salad bar plates and waited for the meats... and waited and waited and waited. Finally came and the intervals between each time someone came averaged about 8 minutes sometimes longer. They just didn't seem to have enough staff and steak to accommodate because they dont have a lot of steak options like at more popular Brazilian churrascarias. There was a lot more "filler" meats than steak, like ham, chicken, chicken liver, etc. And they never had enough meat to go around our table of 4. I didn't want my kids to be hungry so I always asked for them to be served first. Someone was always left without a serving. EVERY TIME!. We like a good medium to medium rare cut of meat but there were a few times the meat was just RARE as in still squishy and dark red. It was very unappealing. The server noticed and said he'd send us some medium cuts but it didn't happen. Instead we got more ham, sausage, chicken. My husband aIt's probably the last time we come. Nd kids ended up getting full on salad bar options which wasn't impressive and we didn't go there for salad! No one goes there for salad. It's a steakhouse! Sadly we won't be returning and we definitely will not be recommending to anyone. For $12 more dollars an adult we could have had a much much better dinner at one of the more popular Brazilian steakhouses. read more

Here they come out in seconds. Literally something is always being asked if you want, there is so much variety. On top of if you say no to something they ask, "what can I bring out for you". Fantastic Authentic Brazilian food that is full of flavor and very well coordinated. The staff was exceptional on our last visit, every need attended to, and fresh food offered with a variety of personal taste choices. The house drink (Caipirinha) is VERY good and the gourmet salads are fantastic. We highly recommend this Brazilian Steakhouse as a highlight of Henderson. Personable gauchos and a wonderful variety of meats. Reservations make everything a bit easier and the restaurant is well decorated with an easy, calm atmosphere. read more

The entire salad bar and sides area all looked so sad and not the least bit appetizing. What little options they had were mostly dried up and looked terrible. Everything with little to no flavor. The service was prompt (the servers with various meats were making rounds quite quickly, and one guy (Logan) would ask if there was anything specific we were looking for, and then run to get it! Honestly, I should have listened to the reviews. I'll start with they only have like 3 cuts of meat, lots of chicken and pork. We mainly came to eat steak. Well it was very pink. I asked for medium 2 times. They came again and I said I wanted medium and said that was medium. So then I said can I have well done since that's medium. Manager comes out and asks if everything is ok. My husband says that I haven't had any steak. So I tell her I want well done since the other guy said that medium is pink. Waiting waiting ... they bring me the steak.literally BURNT piece of steak. Not even chewable looked like a piece of charcoal because it was so burnt. At this point I got mad because my husband was done eating and i still haven't had a piece of steak. Even after asking about 5 times to 4 different people. Server came and we told him and he did not care what so ever. Charged us $25 for the salad bar and full price for my husband. Total was $80 with tip for a horrible service and experience. I do not recommend going here. We have been to Brazilian steak houses that charge $20 and it was nothing like this place. read more
