I enjoyed the safety precautions the staff has taken. The ambient is very neat and intimate, the couple that we were celebrating their wedding anniversary really enjoyed them selves. The only minor detail we had and, I hate to point it out, is that there was a piece of plastic in one of our salads. It was addressed kindly by the manager on duty and gave us complimentary desserts but I will suggest to be cautious. The meats and chicken were so exquisite and it's all you can eat, and the service was so pleasant and it helps overlook such a minor detail. First time at Rodizio Grill. Not a pleasant visit. Service was slow. They kept coming around with the same sweet and sour chicken. They need to fix this. Better routine for the way customer gets to try all the meats. Second the waiter ask if I had any request for a meat. I said yes I'll like to have the garlic beef. Five minutes had pass and nothing ten minutes passed. Waiter pass again ask how was the garlic beef. I told him it never came. And it those ten minute wait for no other meats had stop by I had my sign on green. Ten more minutes passed. Waiter comes by and says any room for dessert and also ask how was the garlic beef. Had to drive a little bit from the Strip, but was worth the drive based on price. My family said they were not that hungry when we got there, but after sampling some of the meats, they changed their mind. We all enjoyed the various cuts of beef and poultry, but to name them all off, would be difficult to do as they put their spin on much of the meats. Variations include bacon wrapped, parmesan, sweet and spicy, different temps of the beef. Although we were very full towards the end of the meal, my family did a valiant effort to enjoy the skewered pineapple as well. They had several helpings of that as well. We had been here once before Covid and loved it! we had family in town and we were excited to take them here and we had hyped up the place so much. I was EMBARRASSED that we spent so much money and brought my family here. The meat options were AWFUL, honestly The only things they offered us were lamb, pork rib, tri tip, flank steak and two types of chicken that were dry, and they continued to only bring out the chicken over and over. the red meat was FLAVORLESS, and it was so poorly cooked, it wasn't even medium rare. Even the server said "oh" when he sliced into it and continued to serve us uncooked meat. Our plates were POOLED in blood we couldn't eat it. We spit out our food multiple times and put it on our designated trash plate. There was more in that trash plate than what we actually ate. I'm sososososo disappointed. We are locals and I couldn't recommend this place to anyone. For half the price, you can walk next door to gen and have an awesome feast. read more

They have very attentive staff members, I would say the salad bar could be better. The meats served weren't that much different from each other, there were no real stand out flavors. I forgot to review this place, so this is a recollection. Rodizio's is a nice restaurant with great food. Our choice from the menu included the salad bar which had side dishes that were good compliments to the meat being brought to the table. A variety of meats were brought around every few minutes and you could choose if you wanted the server to leave you a few slices. The choices definitely left you satisfied. I gravitated toward the lamb! They also brought around grilled pineapple to cleanse the palate. The place wasn't noisy, but wasn't quiet either. You can easily enjoy conversation with your meal. First I'm not a fan of salad bars but this time for me that's one of the highlights of my experience I love the selections of side dishes it's uniquely delicious. They are very generous with the meat they come to your table non stop. If you have a big appetite for meat this is the place to indulge yourself in they are grilled to perfection moist juicy well seasoned the scallops are tender, my favorite is the pork shoulder I like the crispness texture on the outside and the moist layers of the meat inside. I love the service the employees look so neat and clean the manager and supervisor came to our table making sure everything is good made us feel that we are important that's a plus. However the business has worked diligently to keep the employees working while still managing to run a delicious "buffet style" restaurant. There can be no doubt that their costs have increased and certainly the complexity of managing the place has increased, but it has been done well and with enthusiasm and focus on the customer experience. And they just keep coming until you cry out "Enough!" The array of desserts to top it all off was dazzling. We tried 4 of the 8 and I was disappointed I didn't have room left to sample the other 4 offerings. While the service was outstanding by literally everyone, Chef Duda. went above and beyond with his customer engagement, as he served and proudly explained what each dish was. During the Covid, measures were taken to ensure social distancing, they limit dining capacity, all servers wear masks, including servers for the meat. For the salad bar, there's two servers helping customer to get anything they wanted from the buffet area.
