When I walked in he was talking with a customer that had a few clocks; either selling them or repairing them. The owner stopped what he was doing and changed my watch battery. When I walked in with, the gentleman who assisted me told me more about the clock than I knew (American-made, about 140 years old). Alex cleaned and oiled it and gave me a new key to wind it because the old key was stripped. I thought the price was reasonable. Clock bongs away happily now.
