Can't tell you how much I wanted to relish and enjoy this experience. I was poised to be the easiest sell/transaction as I've already made the buying decision and in fact specifically told the salesperson (won't mention names - but really tall gentleman, super nice) that I deferred buying my target (Pelagos 39) at Waikīkī to buy it at Tudor's US flagship store knowing I had to travel set my son up for his job in Midtown. So I'm walking around Chelsea, near the water just to savor the anticipation and finally walked in the store. Everyone was nice and friendly and was brought to the tall guy who helped me. Told him sold, let's size me up and get this done! Sizing took an exceptionally long time, and the pièce de résistance after sizing was that some of the bracelet links AND clasp had very visible scratch marks. I know this isn't the handsomer more successful sibling in Rolex or AP, but really, this is still an OTD $6K piece. Such a letdown and disappointment. The folks were kind enough to switch it out as I insisted I wanted a non-floor model, which your folks did, so thank you! But...a $6K purchase....!!! Again, I knew I wasn't buying a Ferrari, but at least hoping for an Alfa experience, not a Fiat. All said and done, it took over an hour and to walk out the store - the other salesman closed 2 sales in the same time (including fitting). In sum, I wanted this to be an easy sale for you, and a memorable experience for me, oh well. I'm not gonna mention that I again found small scratches on the side of the clasp on this "straight from Geneva, to the safe to my wrist" version, maybe it's to be expected because it's not a Rolex. I'll just live with it at this point. I do have to go back tomorrow 6/3, as I need another link taken off, so will see if anyone mentions this review then. read more

On Saturday, me and my family went to the store to check out the 2025 new release watches. Chris was taking his time to show us different watches, different sizes. I have heard so many people talking about the Land dweller. When I tried it on I wasn't feeling the dial yet. I wish next year they would come out with different colors on the dial for customers to choose. I am more a fan of green dial. But surprisingly my wife wasn't a watch collector but she tried on the OP Lavender and when we walked out of the store she told me she could not stop thinking about that watch. The color was stuck in her heads lol I've never heard her talking about watches that way before lol. I encourage all of Watch enthusiasts come to this store ask for Chris and try on few different watches don't listen to the media which one you should like, which one you should hate. Some people hate Sky dweller, but I love it. I even names my daughter after this watch. Some people says Tudor is for people who can't afford Rolex, but I just put my name on the waitlist for Tudor. For me watches definitely has a spiritual power. When I feel down, I would take out my Panda wear it for a few minutes it would lift my soul. It's reminded me how lucky I am to be able to have it. Last but not least I would like to thanks Chris for taking care of me and my family for over 3 years. Chris is very generous person. We feel very lucky to get to know him. Just to put things in context, I'm posting this review after interacting with this AD for over 1 year and 4 months. I've been to a few ADs but none as friendly and receptive as this one. Lovely staff members who are super responsive and welcoming! I've been working with Heidy and she has been absolutely amazing through out. Heidy is amazing , kind and knowledgeable about everything Rolex and Tudor has to offer! She's gone out to bat for me multiple times and has been very open and honest about availabilities. She has been able get me couple of grail pieces including Starbucks and Wimbeldon with few more in wishlist coming soon. The bartenders are super friendly too - Geneve and Romi were very nice to interact with during all my visits to the store. My only recommendation - make an appointment before you go and be patient. Purchased my first watch here Arianna was very helpful during the process. Fun fact that I've learned is: this is the official Rolex store of New York City. The skyline portrait in the rear of the store is the tell all. The decor is very nice. I love the buttery leather couch it's very comfortable and bar area it feels like I'm in a penthouse. The security guard even walks you outside the store to ensure your safety. Everyone here goes up and beyond for potential customers and returning ones. I would avoid this boutique like the plague. We went in on a Saturday and were told we had to wait to try on some watches. It was taking very long because they prioritize appointments. After an hour we were told sorry we are only taking appointments. They also did not allow us to use the restroom but other patrons were granted use of the restroom. We were told there was no inventory to sell by one person but another person said there was. It was all very confusing and a huge waste of time. It's as if they didn't want to make commissions. They should have a training session to go over process and protocol and at least communicate the same message across employees. Plenty of other spots to purchase a Rolex. read more

I had a great visit to the Rolex Boutique Tourneau Meatpacking. I arranged for an appointment online via Heidy. In my area options are limited, so visiting the boutique allowed me to see everything at once. Specifically the GMT line. Heidy was knowledgable and exceptionally polite. The showroom is as well kept as they come and has more timepiece options than any authorized dealer I have visited available to try on. It was comfortable and very nice. As a non-local but frequent visitor (for work) to NYC it's not likely in todays market I will be able to make a purchase at this location any time soon, but as a "showroom experience" the Rolex Boutique Tourneau Meatpacking was truly great.
