The food was greasy(which honestly isn't a problem i expected that) but the grease was the only flavor i really tasted before putting on the mild salsa. I got three rolled flour taquitos with beef, chicken, and potato. The beef one was barely filled, chicken one was decently good, and the potato one i couldn't finish just no flavor and i love taquitos de papa. Also they were all different sizes is that normal or??? Circling back to the salsas the green salsa had no flavor at all just mostly water, didn't even use it and i love a green salsa too): Their other salsas were decently good though, not mind blowing but a nice spice with flavor and saved the taquitos if anything. The guac was just avocado no lime no salt no onion no flavor like plssssss, at least the avocado was very fresh. overall this place has potential, maybe i just got food on a day that the best cooks weren't working. Love this place! I've had it in Chino, California but I had no idea Vegas had a location. The chicken taquitos are are a no brainer (appetizer or meal) and I found 2 new menu items that are now a close 2nd or 3rd option: the potato taco and the build your own nachos- wow. The pineapple fountain drink turned out to be a wonderful pairing. Huge thanks to our host, Charisma, who was both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our menu questions and selections. I don't eat Fast food! So finding a quality 'quick bite' option is essential for my dietary goals. Roll Em up Taquitos definitely qualifies as a primary option when in Henderson. read more

Got the two pack side of beef taquitos in corn tortillas for a quick, "lighter" lunch with all the toppings. (I say lighter in terms of amount, knowing these are fried - and delicious) It's not pretty but it's delicious and fresh and went down quickly and was just enough to feel satisfied but not weighed down. I came during lunchtime on a Saturday and there was only one other person in the dining room but quite a few pickup orders. I am deducting one star because it took employees a long time to acknowledge me despite they were not working on another order and I was standing at the counter ready. This place is very open and welcoming. I decided to try this place after Dave and Busters for a quick little snack. The ambiance is bright with its orange flair. The inside was clean. The taquitos were good, not great. Since they are fried to order they were nice and crispy. I loved the sauces, but the inside was not really filled. More tortilla than meat and unfortunately not a great ratio for me. I did like the ratio of toppings, but the meat was a miss. Churro donut was a must. However it was very greasy and unfortunately did not agree with my stomach later on. It is a nice and sweet treat that I love! Overall I would give it another try and I want to try their nachos. Did an online order with pick up. This place did not disappoint. I sent the hubby to grab our order & he said the location was easy to find with parking. The food was still crispy and crunchy by the time we got it. I do appreciate having the esquires cup, however I would have liked chili powder or some spicy on it. This place finally opened. I work nearby and when I would pick up my Starbucks my coworker and I would always say let's go when they're open. That day was today! Workers are friendly, we ordered the combo which a choice of potato, chicken, ground beef or shredded beef taquito. Your meal comes with chips and salsa, a little extra if you want the guac, or the corn in a cup or cob I believe and a drink. The shredded cheese was melted on top which is fine but the rolled tacos were so greasy, it all just hardened and slid off when you picked them up. Didn't bother with eating the cheese after that. I got through part of each roll but the grease was just too much to try and finish either one. The rice was a bowl of mush- inedible for me. My husband got the beans and said they were soupy. The high point was the corn. I was expecting a side of corn off the cob, in a cup, but it's a large corn cob housed in a big plastic cup that had butter collected at the bottom.
