I'm not one for new year's resolutions but I had every intention of eating better this year for a variety of health reasons. But then I ordered fried taquitos and a fried donut for psychological reasons and blew my resolve out of the water on just the third day of the new year. I learned about Roll Em Up and knew I had to try it. I love taquitos. I was immediately taken aback by the prices here. $10.50 for 3 taquitos? Yikes. Even if they are hand rolled that is a lot of money. But, as they say, YOLO. I treated this as a one and done type of experience and ordered a variety from the menu. Three taquitos - beef, chicken and potato. Each with corn tortillas. All topped with cheese and their house sauce. Mild. A cup of OG corn for my side. A churro donut for dessert. I was most impressed by the donut. Warm, soft, fluffy and sweet. Not quite a churro. Not quite a donut. Somehwere in between. 100% delicious. The corn was a miss for me. It was too wet. Almost soupy. Maybe a slotted spoon to strain off some of the liquid better would have helped. Liquid aside, I did not care for the taste. I couldn't tell if it was the corn, the sauce or the cheese but something just hit my taste buds wrong. The main event should have been the taquitos. They were fine. Not spectacular. The potato taquito was my favorite of the three. The sauce was good but I probably would have enjoyed guacamole more. My good ole standby from another well established taco shop is taquitos with cheese and guac. Maybe that is what I am basing my expectations on. Not that the taquitos at Roll Em Up were bad. Just not entirely what I was looking for. Service was hard to judge on this visit. I ordered online and picked up my order to go. I had little interaction with the staff but it was friendly enough. Thinking about it, I don't think I've ever had a taquito outside of the frozen ones from the grocery store, so it was awesome to experience what it's like taking that to the next level. Normally I am so picky when it comes to taquitos, because my stepdad is mexican, and growing up around his family, I know what authentic ones are supposed to taste like. My mother and I went here just on a whim, and we heard about that the decent food we ordered a four piece taquito two beef and two potatoes, an order of rice and a churro donut. It was so clean inside the restaurant and did not smell like stale grease. The guy working the counter was very pleasant. The service took a minute, but to be fair, they cooked them after we ordered. All in all ten minutes, but when I tell you the taquitoes were so crispy and yummy, the homemade guacamole, was perfection on top and then the rice, was probably the best rice I have tasted it in years. To finish the meal, I did get a donut, and it was so delicious, light and fluffy. It almost melted in your mouth. I definitely look forward.To going back. The Mexican rice was a bit bland I think the color of the rice fools you its chili color but taste is bland. Suggest a little vegetable in the rice.. We got the 4 pack combo , you get to choose 4 flavors we chose potato, ground beef, chicken and shredded beef! All delicious! The combo also comes with chips and salsa and a drink. Came in around 2:00pm & had the best service ever! (Lechellleee & Elyse) We came across the street from the hospital & were met w the sweetest most accommodating pair! They explained the whole menu & even showed me the inside of the chicken taco. I'm picky & just wanted to know what seasons were in there & wowww were they great! I'm a very annoying customer l0l I ask a lot of questions & these two beautiful girlssss took their time. You dont find that anymore. We went to adjacent Dave & Busters where they were having a UFC fight charging admission if you sat in the bar or restaurant. They wouldn't allow you to eat and then play games but we were a bit hungry. We decided to take the edge off at Roll Em Up Taquitos and noticed many of the comments were that the food was a bit pricey. We found it pretty reasonable for two sharing. For 1, wanting to sample options, I could see that you could easily ring up a tab for 1 person. We got the 4-pack combo (14$) and Chips n Guac (upcharge) and the included rice + drink. We weren't starving so this was a good value for us and the taquitos were quite good! We ordered 2 beef, 2 chicken and had 1 of each. The Chips and Guac were good and they have some good flavored drinks (ie; TRACTOR BERRY PATCH TRACTOR STRAWBERRY DRAGON FRUIT TRACTOR UNSWEET TEA and some different soda options (pineapple cream soda)). So being from Arizona I've never even heard of Roll 'Em Taquitos until we landed in Henderson, NV unexpectedly. I have been here for 4 days and ate Roll 'Em Up all 4 days because they were so yummy. I highly recommend if you are in the area or are heading to Las Vegas through Henderson, stop here for some yummy taquitos (it's literally right off the US-93)! I have never really been a big fan of taquitos but these are just simply yummy! They give you a choice of flour or corn taquitos and the flour is my fav. Topped with yummy sauces. It's the combination of ingredients that's makes everything so tasty. The staff is really friendly, the restaurant is super clean and the price of the food is really cheap compared to most places. I kept hearing "how expensive Roll Em Up Taquitos" was and honestly, I don't understand where that comes from. In my opinion it is super affordable and a lot cheaper than even getting a sandwich, McDonald's and most restaurants. You get a full meal for a very reasonable price. They have a variety of nachos, beverages, whole beans and rice (good flavor) street corn in a chill atmosphere. We will definitely make stop when headed to Vegas! I 100% recommend! read more

I've been so excited to try this place because we pass the Victorville one when heading to Socal so we were very excited seeing one open up here, to say the least. We just ate here today and it was mediocre at best. The prices were much higher than I expected! The taquitos were honestly just...alright. The chipotle sauce on the toppings is very overpowering and drowns everything else out. The oil they use for frying the taquitos also overpowers the flavor/taste of the taquitos. We tried potato, chicken and shredded beef. Got one combo (3 taquitos) then 3 additional taquitos, a small guacamole and a small queso and it was about $40. Honestly probably won't return. The decor is really nice and the staff seemed great! The product itself just needs some tweaking for sure, especially when asking the amount of $ they are!
