This establishment is so cute and well decorated. And the ice cream is absolutely delicious. I can't think of a better way to introduce my mother to Texas than by treating her to ice cream at this place. My mother ordered the ube flavored ice cream rolls. Omg....i don't know what magic they threw into the batter, but it is creamy, velvety and reminds me of my homeland. I got the birthday cake flavor which was also good but not what I expected. It was delicious, don't get me wrong. But I think it should've been called more of a Fruitloop type of flavor because the integration of the strawberry syrup and the Fruitloops took away from the birthday cake flavor of the ice cream. I think if they tweaked their recipes just a tiny bit, it would be perfect. I am definitely open to coming by again and sampling more flavors. Check out my photos of the menu because they have other things you can try besides ice cream rolls such as other sweet treats. The customer service was also excellent, which made our day .

What a fun and cool place! Lots of options for whatever you may be in the mood for from comfort ramen, healthy smoothies, to decadent desserts! Great and friendly service. Definitely worth checking out and a good location.

This place is such a gem! I came in for rolled ice cream and ended up trying their boba too -- both were amazing. The staff are super nice and make the ice cream right in front of you (it's so satisfying to watch). My drink was the perfect level of sweetness, and the boba had that perfect chewy texture. The shop is bright, clean, and has a chill vibe. This is always my go to anytime I'm in the area and have brought friends and family from all over the US & they love it too!

This place is awesome! Definitely worth coming in and spending 7 bucks on a bowl of rolls. The guys in here are super nice. What more can I say? They have premade rolls in the freezer up front if you want to grab and go! That would take away from the awesome experience of being able to have a custom made ice cream tho. This is like a childs dream, come in and pick out a custom made ice cream, when they are done they have a bunch of toppings if your into that. I've always wanted to try rolled "Stir Fried" Ice cream, so they call it. So awesome, come check it out, it doesn't disappoint.

We decided to stop in again today to try the Matcha Mango roll in. The flavor was wonderful! My daughter and I wanted to split the roll in so I asked for an extra cup. Imagine my surprise when they told me that I would have to pay for an additional roll in to get an extra cup!! No way was I going to pay $7.00 just for a cup! This was disappointing. I'll be back to try some other flavors. ****** The owner sent me a message stating that they will give you a free small cup so you can split it yourselves. I appreciated him emailing me. So I've gone ahead and changed the rating to a 5.

This place is pretty awesome when you walk inside! It's definitely a hole in the wall kind of place. The outside may not so eye appealing and parking here if busy could be a premium due to the small area. They have a variety of flavors of ice cream, there is even some candies or drinks you can also purchase. Definitely sugar heaven in this place. All the staff are very friendly and respectful for teens working here. They are energetic and just full of smiles when you talk to them. You don't see these kind of manners or kindness amongst the new generation of kids these days. I will say it's a little more expensive compared to my other place I like to go for ice cream. But still not a bad deal. One thing I really like about this place is positive quotes everywhere. It really makes you feel positive. Definitely come check this place out. Whether you live here or passing through town.

AWESOME rolled ice cream! It's very clean, reasonable price, lots of options, and so many other snacks to purchase. Service was amazing, it was our first time here and we will be back. Everyone was so friendly, we even asked them for some recommendations since the options were overwhelming. We love supporting small businesses, and this place is a must.

They have plenty of creative combinations of rolled ice cream flavors! There's something for everyone, including dairy free, gluten free, and vegan! We enjoyed their "Bamboo" sundae After they finish making your ice cream, you can choose from a good assortment of free toppings. . My little one loved that part!! I also got a mango strawberry tea that was DELICIOUS. Next time I'll have to try their bubble waffles. They also have a snack wall full of imported sweet and savory treats! Service was great and they were very patient with me and my son. I loved it so much I went back the next day!!

This was our very 1st time rolled ice-cream and we're all giving Rollie Rolls a big thumbs up Found on Yelp, that was nearest. And we're glad to get to discover this sweet spot for our sweet tooth cravings. Parking might be a little challenge. They only let 2 groups in at the time to order. It's quite small. The 2 gentlemen were working on the orders at the same time and it's quite the show. The kids loved their Rollie Rolls! Especially the free toppings. My son made sure I knew that he put the Rollie Rolls Loyalty Card in my wallet. LoL

A very nice and cozy place, the ice creams have a very good taste, and the service is good and fast.

About 2 weeks ago we were told about Rollie Rolls, made our visit on Sept 3 when it was pouring rain! Crazy, I know. Before we went I read the website, impressed with COVID safety practices .. even more impressed to see them practicing it too! No more than 2 parties in shop at the same time, must wear mask while in shop, and all orders must be to-go. When we arrived there were customers inside, so we studied menu posted outside - walkway covered, so didn't get rained on. Once inside we studied the menu board on the wall, watched the guy making one for another customer. We took videos of him making our order but not able to post here, you can see them on their FB page. It was definitely a challenge to pick an item - so many looked/sounded good! We ordered Jack It Up (jackfruit & logan) & Yum Yum (banana, Nutella, Nutella drizzle). What's really amazing is after eating such a yummy treat, it didn't feel like we over did it. Local. Yummy. Friendly. Spotless. My family and I found this gem this afternoon and it is our new favorite ice cream spot. The place is easy to find. It is on Pflugerville Parkway in the strip mall next to Golden Chick. (Be prepared to be patient in the parking lot.) Stepping inside we were immediately greeted and asked to speak up if we had any questions. The menu was easy to understand and includes various rolled ice cream creations and teas. The next thing I noticed was how this business is SPOTLESS. There are so many yummy options that it was hard to chose what to pick. Our frozen ice cream creations were made in front of our eyes. It was a fun and interesting process. The portions are generous and the cost is significantly less than similar shops in the area AND toppings here are free!! I am gluten free and my husband has a dairy allergy. Both of our items were handled with extra care to meet our allergy needs. Also we ordered an item that needed to be taken home; the owner put it in their freezer for us so it would not melt while the other ice creams were being made. The Nana was the best ice cream I have had in a long time. My husband reports that their dairy free option is creamier and will melt more evenly than other options he has tried. The two owners are cheery, helpful, and hard working. We will be back soon! read more

I love this place!! The service is amazing, the staff is super friendly, respectful, eager to please their customers. They are a team that works well together. There was a female staff that was very sweet and patient with us, since we could not decide on what we wanted, because we wanted to eat every ice cream on the menu. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner, and he was just as wonderful as the staff that he hires. He is all about being creative to provide the best ice cream, but everything his customers want and need. He offers quick things for his high school customers that he knows do not have enough time to eat during their lunch time... ...and if you want to know about the ice cream... well, I devoured that!! I've been coming here since they opened. These guys knock it out of the park. They being rolled ice cream that originated in Thailand, with Hong Kong Style egg waffles, and boba from Taiwan all in one place with unprecedented customer service. My favorite thing about this place is the unlimited free toppings for your ice cream. They have a ton of options and even a non dairy base that's also lactose, gluten, nut, and soy free. I moved to Pflugerville last May 2019, and I've tried visiting this place twice over the last year. Both times the line was out the door.... for real!! Sorry I'm just not that patient. So Saturday...I know Halloween....I decided to give it another shot. It was kind of a special type of Birthday/ anniversary thing for me, and I had a sweet tooth. The place is barely 2 miles from my place, so I checked the hours and jumped in my truck. I didn't realize it being Halloween they may be dead and closing early. Sure enough I got there, lights were on, door was locked. The guy came running from the back to open the door though. I told him I could come another day, but he didn't really want to take no for an answer. He literally insisted I came in. This dude and a really nice lady turned everything on, brought out all the toppings, fired the waffle maker up, and went to town! I'm not even sure what I ordered, but I know I had a waffle, Orio cookies, cinnamon toast crunch, crushed almonds, and a caramel drizzle, with some whip cream! You know the saying "tastes better than sex"? Yeah me neither!! But DAMN!! This concoction was pretty freaking amazing, and those two even lit a candle and sang happy birthday to me. Thanks you two... sorry I didn't get either of your names, for making my Saturday! I'll be back, and I'll bring my kids for sure! read more

There are so many choices and so many toppings (as many as you want), but my favorite thing about this place is the wonderful owners. They let us in 30 minutes after their close time so we could get some amazing ice cream!! Absolutely get in your car right now, your stomach will thank you for it. Really tasty ice cream and the girl who made it was really friendly. I was watching her make it and it was really cool. So I guess you choose a flavor and they roll it and then you can choose toppings. I'd rather pay money for this than for the nitrogen ice cream, especially because it taste so good. This place is Awesome! My kids hadn't seen cold stone ice cream techniques before! They loved it, especially with all the toppings/base ingredients they let you choose from. This is our favorite afternoon ice cream shop! I've tried so many different menu ones and they all are good, so is the bubble waffles with toppings! The staff is always nice & respectful. The shop was cute and very clean! They also have a punch card for every so many treats, you get a free treat. Highly recommend! read more

I've been to a few Thai styled rolled ice cream spots and I gotta say, they are super efficient and great with their craft! My personal favorites are the boogie roll: matcha and Oreos; and their signature Wake Up with Rollie: signature Vietnamese coffee mix. I also like that they have boba tea options! Make sure to get it Rollie loco style if you like a ton of fruits and jellies. read more

This place is AWESOME, The concept is great. They offer Thai style rolled over cream with this type of waffle as well as boba tea among a few other items. I got the West pecan rolled ice cream and waffle combo. It was great eating some ice cream with a "bubble" of the waffle. It mixed so well and was incredibly tasty. Not to mention the 2 people running this spot we're also SUPER polite and nice and even recommended toppings when I didn't know what to add on and they helped me add great toppings to go it taste even better. This was our first time ever trying rolled ice cream. They were very welcoming and helpful in showing us our choices. We tried a Strawberry Delight, Oreo Monster, and Rollie Loco with strawberry and mango. We would recommend all three! I loved how they invited us to watch them make our desserts and explained the process. I think this would be a really cool place for small groups to chill and play games. Love this place, ice cream is all made fresh with amazing mix ins, did I mention UNLIMITED FREE TOPPINGS? I'll be coming here much more often. Staff was very friends and welcoming, explained the whole process to me and all my options. The owner even offered us one of their drinks to try when we were done with our icecream. At one point the brought some hot baked dessert (looked like a whole coffee cake) out the oven and it smelled like heaven. The bad: Nothing vegan or healthy, not even pre-made cold sandwiches or packaged salads. If you are a little peckish for a healthy snack, this is not the place. The coffees: They have all the regular espresso drinks, and also Turkish coffee and of course Yemeni, their specialty. I had heard great things about Yemeni coffee and was exciting to try it. My first drink, a traditional coffee drink called Jubani ($6) contained coffee but was watery like a tea. It had also ginger and cinnamon. I was not expecting it to be like a tea. I immediately told the cashier I didn't like the drink and would like just an Americano, double shot espresso. I was charged $9 for a 12 oz cup. No cream or sugar, no added flavorings. If I were in charge I wouldn't have charged for this second drink, since it comes at almost zero cost to them and would show good faith and ensure repeat business. Disappointingly, the Americano was also watery and sort of "lemony", but I still drank half while sitting with my friend. I'll say that my friend had some sort of an iced latte that she enjoyed. I might try a second visit and order a Turkish coffee, but I will make sure to have had a full meal before.

Their customer service is top-notch, and the entire place has such a fun, upbeat vibe. They offer tons of ice cream roll flavors with unlimited toppings, so you can customize your treat exactly how you like it. There's also a great selection of drinks -- everything from mixed drinks to refreshing boba teas. But that's not all -- what most people don't realize is they also serve hot foods like fried rice and egg rolls, which are absolutely delicious. They even sell snacks like candies, chips, hot pockets, packaged noodles, just ask to add hot water! If you're in a hurry, you can grab one of their pre-made ice cream rolls, made fresh daily -- super convenient! They've also added a new self-ordering kiosk, which is perfect if you need a minute to browse their wide menu. One of the coolest parts? They have claw machines you can play using tokens you can purchase right there! The prizes are awesome -- ranging from Labubu dolls to Pokémon, Hello Kitty, and Dragon Ball Z collectibles. "I had such a fun experience at this place. The ramen was super flavorful and fresh, with rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The definition of a hidden gem. I drove 8 hours to come check out the best ice cream experience in the state of Texas to find everything made in house, excellent service, and a huge amount of cream flavors from classic vanilla to taro! Overall 10/10, I don't regret my decision in the slightest. Wicked toppings too! read more
