When WheelWorx said they couldn't fix the problem, they recommended me to Rolling Stock. Turns out WheelWorx misdiagnosed the problem, which RS found out pretty quickly. Probably a good thing looking back on it. Mario was great, was my single PoC through the whole process, explained everything, answered all my questions, gave his best recommendations-- including advising not to do certain work now because it saves me money. Came in after four years of my original tires from Rolling Stock needed replacement. Yes I drive my car not too often for them to last 4 years. Clay was able to help me after I told him that I had to bring in the tires apart from my car since I also had a dead battery. Clay was able to get the tires in the next morning and have them installed. Picked up and they worked fast. Got my car by 11am on Saturday. My only nit pick is the tire was a little dusty and it wasn't dressed to look brand new. Their record stated my rear tires were replaced & they placed the new tires in front. Today, I came to have them look at the front tires. They said they never placed the new tires in front, placing them in the rear. After sitting 3 hours, I was wondering what was going on to find out they haven't even started on my car. I started noticing people who arrived after me leaving before me. They said they had a couple customers before me. They could have told me, come back after xx hours. They said they did not know it will take 3+ hours before they can get to my car? They then said you can come back tomorrow! People take time to do this, they can't just randomly be off work the next day! Don't think I was asking a lot. I have been a customer of rolling stock well over 25 years .......I have also known Adam for a Long time At one point they were on S VAN NESS Ave when they only sold hub caps for all kind.of cars but they didn't have tires and wheels at that time A couple of years later I they were doing repairs and fixing flat tires and had a small selection of used Tires They also started selling used Rims. ! And I. Bought at least 4 sets in the early mid nineties I had a 1991 Nissan sentra w/17 wheels ( that was bad ass back then lol I got some 18" rims for my 2005 Chevy express Van I got some rims for my mini-truck Nissan And rims for my Mustang When they relocated to 16th street I would often buy tires for my cars there and they always treated me like a VIP They helped with me with multiple other issues When the shop burned down I felt so bad for them And i had to go elsewhere for a while When I found out they relocated to Bayshore I was ecstatic I recently bought a set of 22" inch wheels and tires there from Adam and he gave. Me awesome deal as usual ...they were used but they still looked new and had barely any rim rashes They are chrome. , beautiful wheels. That new sell for $500 per rim ! Not including the tires ... Great services! My husband needed wheel alignment and we contacted a couple shops before we found Rolling Stock. Just right after we walked out from Firestone with misinformations and horrible customer service there, this shop was a completely turntable for us. They replied promptly through Yelp with quotes. We were greeted and were told there were some back ups with few hours queue time, so we came back the next morning at 10:40ish. We expected it would take 2hrs and roamed near by neighborhood. Less than an hr later, they called and told us our car was done. In my head it's still lighting fast because I wasn't done roaming. I didn't get our guy's name but he was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. We were not invisible on both days we were here nor we were given misinformations. Besides the professional and great customer services they provide, what really stands out is the environment is so lively.
