This is the spot for sushi! My boyfriend and I usually order online and pick up in the restaurant. Ordering online is easy. The cost was reasonable for what we got, almost $40. The restaurant looks average, just a couple of tables for dining and chairs line along the wall. No customers were inside, but someone else had a pick up order. Estimated time was 20 minutes. We drove to the restaurant and went up the counter and said we were there for pick up. Server was nice and diligent. It was not ready still so we waited. It wasn't too long of a wait. We got the salmon 6 piece, Rialto 8 pieces, and Yama 8 pieces. The Yama is our favorite, it reminds me of a pasta casserole. The Rialto is also very delicious. The sushi is well made!

Wouldn't order online, each time I go for a gh pick up they're 20 plus minutes late. She moves so slow too like it's intentional

Looking in the IE for good food is literally a mission every time. Some places are a hit or miss but this restaurant HIT the spot! In this million degree weather we are having this week I was craving something fresh. I have only tried two other places in the IE and they did not disappoint either but let's talk about this fine establishment. I ordered through door dash and my order was prepared quickly and correctly. I ordered the stuffed jalapeños which were so so good and tasty! Definitely would order them again! Also, they definitely packed a punch but I love me some spiciness. For the rolls I went with the Sunshine Roll and Flaming Joy roll. I wanted something fresh and something spicy and that's where the stuffed jalapeños came in. Both rolls were delicious and full of flavor. I will definitely be coming back and maybe next time go in to get a sense of the ambiance inside.

THE FOOD WAS AWESOME. The food was great and affordable for the amount of food you get. The service was fantastic, the lady in the front was super kind and had a warm aura to her. The ambiance was quite humble as well which is something I enjoyed. I will definitely be coming back here and my friends that I brought here also loved the place.

3.75 * Was craving sushi and didn't feel like driving to far. My usual local spot is no longer open and saw this fairly new location. Placed an online pickup order (they use Grubhub). It wasn't until after the order was placed and my card being charged that the app said the order would take an hour and 15 minutes to be ready. I attempted to cancel the order but the app did not have a cancel order button. I then called the restaurant directly to cancel the order. The person who answered directed me back to the app. I explained to them that I tried but was not able to. They asked the reason why I wanted to cancel and when I explained to them it was because of the long wait time they put me on a quick hold. When they came back on the line they said they'd have it ready in 30-40 minutes. I agreed and proceed to pick up the order. The sushi itself was very decent/above average, but the stuffed jalapeños were the star of the show. Customer service put them over for me, so will come back and try the teriyaki and other rolls.

This place was so good and cheap honestly definitely coming again the sushi was so fresh and crunchy fast and great service definitely recommend this place if your looking for good cheap sushi. Our new sushi place! Food is fresh and so tasty. So far we've had the baked salmon roll, shrimp tempura roll and California roll. All were very good. I like how they do not over load on the rice. Great quality tasting food and pleasant people. This place is clean. We can't wait to try the rest of the menu. Hope this place sticks around! read more

I'm giving it 3 stars because of the super long wait time after I went to pick up my phone order. I had placed the order over 30 minutes before arriving and they still made me wait at least another 30 minutes maybe even more. The rolls are really good but the wait time shouldn't have to be this long. It's sort of frustrating especially when you're in a rush. read more

I tried giving this spot a chance based on some of the other reviews, but sadly I was disappointed. I placed an online order for pickup around 6:40PM. I was informed that it would be around 40-45 minutes. I get there at 7:15 and the girl says that it would be 25 minutes more. I wait the 25 minutes and she says 25 MORE MINUTES! I go home, come back, and my order STILL isn't ready. At this point, I request a refund and ask if they overlooked my order just trying to figure out what went wrong and she says that they are receiving more online orders than they can handle. The girl was super sweet and I know it isn't her fault and I REALLY tested my patience by trying to wait that long, but I think they should figure out they're online ordering system or put a cap on the amount of orders they receive. Really disappointed and don't know if I'd be giving this place another chance. read more

The chicken katsu was good... I also got a teriyaki chicken roll and no just no. The roll was bland af. They microwaved the chicken... I heard it while i waited for my food. I had to ask my daughter was that a microwave. I'll stick with my usual spot... I really wanted to love this place. Waste of time and money. I won't be back... Thanks but no thanks read more

Delicious sushi at a fair price. Knock off one star because of their limited roll Menu. They got the basic rolls you find at other sushi spots but nothing special or unique here you can't find somewhere else. Have ordered 7-10 times over the past 18 months. Always to-go since COVID and dining area has zero ambiance. Everyone the sushi has been fresh. Salmon 2 of sushi always cut well and appropriate thickness. I'd recommend I'd looking for a fix to take home. However, my lady and I choose another sushi location for a nice sit-down date. read more

Delicious!!!! The people there are so nice and helpful!! And the sushi is absolutely amazing. My partner and I eat sushi a lot so we know what we are looking for and this place has it! The rice is lightly packed so that it isn't too firm and is perfectly seasoned. The fish looks fresh and tastes amazing! I found this spot on accident going to a different place and noticed it was a sushi spot. I was so excited to find a place close to home I decided to give it a try and so glad I did. I got the seaweed salad, a California roll and a spicy tuna roll to test it out. It was all delicious. I used to have to drive to Rancho to get good sushi but now this will be my go to place. This place is totally depressing, from the poo brown and fluorescent orange walls to the quality of the food. There was no music, so the only sound came from a limp piece of tape flapping with the A/C. Weird atmosphere and sad vibe from the staff. We ordered three rolls, all of which were almost completely devoid of flavor, and the seaweed salad, which was basically just a pile of romaine lettuce with a scoop of actual seaweed salad on top. The wasabi and ginger looked like they were both filled with food coloring. Just an underwhelming experience. read more

I do add kimchi to mine because it needs some freshness, crunchy, and acidity because there's not veggies.

The reason I chose to write this review, however, is due to a recurring issue with customer service. There is an employee who typically works during the evening--an older woman with glasses. I'm not sure whether this is due to a language barrier or simply her attitude, but she consistently comes across as extremely rude. It often feels as though even saying "thank you" is forced. As a customer who regularly places orders of around $50 at a time, I believe it's reasonable to expect basic courtesy and appreciation. Customers should be treated with respect and gratitude, as it is the patrons who ultimately allow a business to succeed. I want to be clear that I would never wish for anyone to lose their job. However, this is not an isolated incident--it has happened multiple times--and I believe it's something that needs to be addressed. If the owner of this establishment reads these reviews and truly cares about customer experience, I would appreciate some acknowledgment that this feedback has been seen and considered. Told them it was cheaper and the food was better, but it looks like they've raised their prices and lowered their quality. The show is still fun, and the food isn't bad. The one thing this place has over the competition is the sauce! Ooohhh I love the sauce and you can make it as spicy as you like.

What really disappointed me was that I was still charged for the dish, even though almost the entire meal was left untouched. That was honestly the biggest issue for me. If they had simply taken care of the situation and removed it from the bill, I probably wouldn't even be writing this review. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide I won't be returning.

I found this sushi place near my house and decided to give it a try. The menu has a pretty good variety. My husband ordered the California roll and shrimp tempura crunchy roll, 16 pieces in total for $13.95, which is a great deal. I went with the stuffed jalapeños (4 pieces), and it was a good portion size. I really enjoyed the flavor and presentation of that dish. The sushi rolls my husband got were generously sized, with plenty of rice, making them quite filling. The prices overall are reasonable, though be aware that any extra dipping sauces are an additional charge. The food was great, and we'll definitely be back. The service could be a bit friendlier, and the atmosphere might benefit from a bit more energy or warmth, but overall it was a good experience. read more

The sushi is decent here and very cheap, I would say their eel sauce is a little saltier than other places I've gone to. The cucumber roll tasted pretty plain but we loved the California roll and Spicy tuna tempura. As far as customer service it was good nothing bad, very good vibes it does seem like there is only 2 workers here so it does take some time to get food but other than that we enjoyed it! Just had a wondeful experience at Rolls and More! Tried the epic combo of Takoyaki and Spicy Tuna+Cactus Dragon Roll--seriously, flavor explosion! The vibe is all about grabbing and going, but they've got a couple of tables if you're feeling the sushi scene. No waiter service, just head to the front register and dive into the goodness. This spot is serving over the phone and in person during the pandemic but no dine in yet. Absolutely love everything about this spot, they are right on time with orders and their rolls are HUGE. Doesn't skimp on the fresh fish and just enough rice to call a meal. The Mandu dumplings are amazing as well! read more
