I have ordered three separate times from this location and every single time, they have sent the wrong order. This most recent time, when I called to address the issue, I had to explain what happened four different times. They said they would send another pizza to make up for their mistake; 45 minutes later, when I called to check on the status, they revealed they had not actually put it in. Additionally, I have reached out to them three times to inquire about a refund and have not received a response. Would give them zero stars if I could. I order by phone for pick up, never had a problem with my order always a decent tasting pretty standard large two topping pizza. Good for the price. Never had to wait more than 15 mins for my pie. If negative stars were a thing this place would get 100 negative stars. I don't know how they got the rating of 4.7 on Door Dash. First the Chicken Alfredo was salty! The next item we ordered was Spaghetti and Meatballs that was the most vile pasta dish I have ever had. They use cheap meat for the meatballs I took one bite and spit it out! Disappointing. I ordered their $13, 2 topping, 12" special. With tax and delivery & tip $27. That would have been ok if they weren't so miserly with toppings. I ordered olive oil and garlic sauce ($1.49 extra & completely tasteless) instead of red sauce, ricotta cheese ($.99 extra and very, very little there), artichoke hearts and green olives. If there was anything more then 2 or 3 (1 x 1/8") shreds of artichoke, I couldn't find it. There were maybe 5 thin slices of olives... maybe 1/2 an olive total. It was really like eating a plain cheese pizza with a meh crust. As I said, disappointing. On the plus side, it was delivered in about 30 minutes and was hot and fresh. incredibly disappointed. I had a coupon for $24.99 and added a 2 liter to my order (2.99). I wanted it delivered (we were told 45-60 minutes for delivery) and was told my price was $38 and change. I called right back to confirm the price and try to cancel my order. they didn't want to cancel the order and asked what I would pay, I said I'm confused why the total was so high. I was told delivery and tax (that is a really high tax rate or delivery rate). e arrived on $30 for the price and I said I'd tip the driver. my daughter got the pizza when it was delivered and we didn't even get out soda. My husband and I generally love Roma pizza. Today we ordered a pizza and were told a 45 minute delivery. Once he called (after 1.5 hours) we were told the order accidentally got canceled and they would put it in the oven now. We requested a discount and something to offset the inconvenience and we were offered to be down a dollar or two. We are over three hours currently from the original order time and still have not received our food. Very disappointed in the customer service and the unwillingness to right a wrong. This location is super friendly and nice. I've ordered delivery from them a few times and they usually are perfectly on time if not a little early which is so nice! I normally get the chicken Alfredo which comes with a salad and it's more than enough food to eat again later or the next day! Their chicken wings are so good and always cooked perfectly. The last time I ordered, the manager called me almost as soon as I placed the order to tell me they were out of something, which I thought was super considerate since many times the place I've ordered from just doesn't send it and credits you. I am in the area on business. I have ordered from this place and had NO issue whatsoever. However I ordered a sandwich and a salad for them tonight. The salad was the antipasto salad that they have made perfectly fine every other time this week. This time, however, they screwed it up big time. Only 2 of the usual 8 ingredients were on there. Although the sandwich was fine they screwed up the salad big time. And they refused to make it right. The delivery driver brought a new salad however they refused to change it because they claimed no one would have made a salad to look like that. Until tonight, I would have agreed. But tonight, they screwed up badly and refused to make it right. And the foreign man that claimed to be the manager was EXTREMELY rude. Had I wanted to try and screw this establishment I would have done so one of the precious 4 times we ordered from them this week. Word of advice to customers - DO NOT eat at this establishments. Everything's great as long as they don't screw something up. But once they do, they will treat you like a dog and not correct their error. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND I WILL GIVE EVERY POSSIBLE BAD REVIEW ANYWHERE I POSSIBLY CAN. Word of advice to this establishment - honor your mistakes. Don't try and screw people who have been repeated good customers. You lost a major one here and if I can control it, you will lose FAR more. You should have made your error right. Lost one star, simply because every time I've called, I've been placed on hold for over five minutes and the place is never THAT busy, however employees are hanging out on the sidewalk. At 7:19 I placed an order and at 8:54 when it still had not arrived I called to see where my order was....I was put on hold for 16 mins. I hung up, called back, and was told my order had been delivered and that the driver was gone for the night. I was accused of trying to get a free meal and threatened with having the police called. The complete fucking ridiculousness of this situation is the automatic assumption I'm trying to get something for free when in actuality I just wanted my $20 calzone or a refund. Pretty simple, but I'm an automatic bad guy because in their shitty managers eyes there was no way possible that the delivery driver simply fucked up. No more Roma for me...ever! Please do not order from this restaurant. The customer service from here is deplorable at best. We ordered 20.00 worth of food and when the food did not get delivered after over two hours, we simply called to see what happened. Places get busy, we understand. However, we were placed on hold for 16 minutes only to be told that the delivery driver had been questioned and the food was delivered. The extremely rude man the proceeded to tell us that because the driver had already gone home that we would not be getting our food and would not get a refund on our money. I calmly and respectfully requested to speak to the manager. The response was to yell at me, quite aggressively, that not only would they not return our money, but they also told me that they had called the police. For what reason, I'm perplexed by seeing as I was not threatening and calm the entire time. We have always enjoyed this place and have ordered quite frequently. However, this will not be happening again. It is unfortunate that this establishment would not refund our money OR deliver our food. Be careful, if you complain, they just might call the cops. Ok, so apparently I have a new "go-to" pizza place in town. Sometimes after a long day, it's nice for someone else to make a quick dinner... Hmm...I should really use a different word than quick because "quick delivery" usually doesn't happen..lol! The last time my 45 minute wait time turned into over an hour 1/2. I definitely was upset, but at least the food was hot when I received it. Of course this is chain pizza, so it's not like Chicago pizza (back home), but it's always had a good flavor every time we've ordered. The subs are pretty decent as well. (Chicken parm is usually pretty good - tonight we're going to try the philly.) The employees are friendly and always smiling. Really, the only negative would be the long delivery time, but other than that I'd MUCH rather have Roma Pizza than Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, or some other type of chain pizzeria. The food is good...IF it ever gets to your door. Their online ordering system is absolutely terrible. Too many times have I ordered food and either 1) They say they never received the order after I got my confirmation email, or 2) Have them call me an hour later to tell me they don't have something/can't make what I ordered. They were rude both times this happened and didn't even offer a discount. When I asked if we could get our food discounted since it was going to be 2 hours since we ordered I was put on hold, then told "We can take the delivery fee of $2 off" Needless to say I canceled my order and won't be ordering from them again. My drink order was wrong two days in a row. This restaurant does not have an itemized receipt for the customer. The first order ( yesterday) the driver showed up missing a 20oz drink from my order. He tried to say I did not order or pay for that. The manager at his store however said that I did. The driver had to go around the corner and get a replacement drink. Tipped him. He left. Today I order (2) 2 liter orange fantas (2) 20 oz orange fantas & (2) 20 oz cokes. I specifically repeated my order twice and told him they got the order wrong yesterday and to be sure to get it right this time. The man on the phone said he would be packing the order and would get it right. He seemed impatient as well. What do you know? They got the drink order wrong AGAIN. The delivery driver said he would go around the corner and bring our drinks. He called his manager and the manager called us and insisted we never ordered those drinks. Just like yesterday they were wrong. They provide no itemized receipt and if THEY get the order wrong they blame you and take your money. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. The second time though, I was very disappointed with the Chicken Alfredo, only because of the cheap, processed chicken used. The texture, color and taste were all awful.
