Horrible service. Took an hour for our food to come and the other party we met there left because they were tired of waiting for their food. When we paid our bill and left, they attempted to charge us for the meals that the other party never received even though it was not on the check. The service in this place sucked. We waited for over an hour to get our food. With finally having enough of it and leavening without even eating. Before leaving the waitress who we had only seen once in over 45mins told us that our pizza was coming out soon that was at 6:30pm and we walked out at 6:50. When we asked for our check we got an attitude about it and was told that their take out orders come before their dine in ones. We have been to this place on multiple occasions and every time the service is sub par. But we continue to go because we love the food. This became a staple restaurant for us very quickly. Between the specials they offer and quality of their pizza, it is well worth checking out. Roma's is like home to me. I have been going there once a week since I was little (mostly to the campus location, but this one the past few years.) This location is much quieter, but same great food, daily drink and food specials. The staff here is awesome and very accommodating. I have worked in the service industry for many years in various aspects so I can understand when things are running behind in the restaurant and things don't always run as smooth as you like. However tonight at Roma's West in was ridiculous. My family and I have been going to Roma's for years but I can say that after tonight we will not be returning. The staff does not seem know the basics of serving like checking on their tables or simply acting like you care. My wife and I ordered a margarita each and whoever was making the drinks must not have any training as the drinks didn't seem to have any tequila in them at all. For a simple dinner; One Pasta Trio, one chicken Caesar salad and a medium pepperoni pizza we were there for an hour and a half!! AN HOUR AND A HALF!! These times were horrible and a good server (wanting a good tip) would have been embarrassed; if they cared at all. If I would have noticed this next part before we ate our meal I would have thrown a fit. According to Health Code *3-401 Preventing Contamination from Hands: A. Food employees shall wash their hands as specified in section 2-402 of these rules and regulations. B. Food employees shall minimize bare hand and arm contact with exposed food that is not in a ready-to-eat form. C. Except when washing fruits and vegetables as specified in section 3- 408(A) of these rules and regulations or except as specified in (D) of this section, food employees may not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food including fruits and vegetables with their bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. Yet none of the cooks were wearing any kind of gloves, did not use any utensils at all and in the entire time I was there I did not see any of them wash their hands. Everything was done bare handed. I will be making sure the Colorado Department of Health knows about this. Now you may ask why I didn't ask to speak with the manager. Well there wasn't one. It was obvious there was no leadership, only a bunch of individual slackers. Will not be returning and will make sure others do not put themselves at health risk. read more

This place is great! Try the hot house caroli. My daughter usually tries to just pick toppings off of pizza, here she ate three whole slices. They always have great coupons available! I have been coming hear for years, and this is hit or miss on the menu. The pizza is pretty good, but the crust is dry and tasteless.. Spaghetti is ok, but it is fat spaghetti. By that, I mean it is really thick, and the texture is kind of a turn-off. Ravioli and salads are excellent, and the Caroli's are a go-to for my kids. I know what I like and don't like here, so this restaurant works for me, but if we are in the mood for pizza, we go elsewhere. read more

Good service, good food. I love that their pizza has the cheese on top of the other toppings. It is a bit spendy but they always have coupons and deals during the week. Carolis are good. What I really appreciate is how willing they are to add or remove things to make it just how you want. You want spaghetti sauce in your caroli instead of pizza sauce? No problem. Substitute A for B? Of course! They always get it right and let's be honest, that's hard to come by. The only downside I have is the space is pretty small. It can be hard to get a table. I rated Romas in West Greeley low, not because of the food, but because of their cleanliness. When I go out to eat I expect a clean environment and friendly staff. I have always enjoyed Romas food since my college days. I really wish they would clean their restaurant thoroughly. The women's restroom 5 minutes after they opened their doors, had mold growing behind the sink faucet and the floors were disgusting!!! (I do not think they have cleaned recently) I did mention it to the hostess working there because I would hope they would want to improve their cleanliness. I will not eat there again because of this. SAD!!!! It makes me wonder what their kitchen is like. YUCK! read more

They have daily specials that are a pretty good deal and they also have coupons on the website for discounts. we go to the one off of 10th and 59th .i would have to agree that it is not a big familey orianted place, but i do bring my kids and the wait staff are always interacting with them (girls5 and 2) i love the pizza my fav is the white pizza. i do feel like they could use more appatizers items. everything is priced just right and you never leave hungry read more
