Cold ass pseudo-deluxe pizza slice with soot covered limp cold crust

If IDGAF was a pizza restaurant Roma's Pizza would be it!! I'm an old school Roma's pizza lover from back in the day when they were in the Regency Mall. I've always loved their pizza! I even rocked with them when they moved from the mall to Wrightsboro Road and then when they moved to Walton Way Extension on Agerton Lane. I've been living in Florida for 20 years now and was in Augusta visiting family and broke my diet just to have a taste of yesterday and Roma's pizza was what I wanted. Unfortunately, I WILL NEVER EVER patronize Roma's again!! Have you ever eaten something that was so bad that when you got finished you felt guilt for eating it, because it really belonged in the trash? I placed an online order from my hotel room and gave the restaurant ample time to prepare my order. I ordered the Appetizer sampler which consists of 3 each; meatballs, fried ravioli, cheese sticks, and bone-in wings, a slice of deluxe, and I needed 2 more cents to be able to order online, so I ordered a chocolate cannoli. When I arrived the guy at the counter knows NOTHING about my order. I tell him what I ordered, says he'll get it ready, just need to heat the pizza slice. I get out to the car and check my order, no meatballs or cannoli. I go back in. A different guy waits on me. I tell him what's missing from the sampler along with the cannoli. He never says a word! I get my order back to the car I go and check. Basically the meatballs were just thrown in. I get back to the hotel, the food isn't even hot, nor is the slice of pizza. I couldn't eat ANY of the cheese sticks and if you're wondering why, look at the photo - they were cooked last week!! The meatballs, I could've put someone's eye out if I hit they with them. They were hard as rocks!! The ravioli was barely edible and missing and 90% of its filling. The wings - nothing special at all. I had to heat the pizza slice. The toppings were cooked but since it wasn't heated properly in the pizza oven, the cheese just sat on top. The slice looked like it was just pulled from the refrigerator. And there was so much soot on the bottom of the slice that it was ridiculous. They must NEVER clean out the pizza oven!! I can't tell you how disappointed and disgusted I was!! I threw away most of the food. The cannoli was soft and cold. I didn't even bother. It went straight in the trash. I would've rather have given the $30.88 to someone on the street than this damned place. Roma's had the best pizza back in the day but that day has come and gone!! NEVER AGAIN and I'll tell everybody I know to never set foot in that place. As far as the staff - they don't give a damn!! There's no one there who takes pride in what they do nor who they represent!! I don't know who owns this place cause it can't be a relative of the original owners, if so - they've failed their forefathers! Do yourself a favor and get a Little Caesar's pizza! And BTW, I hate Little Caesars, but I'd rather eat anything they have than the crap that's coming out of Roma's Pizza.

Roma's is the BEST spot in the CSRA for New York pizza. I used to live in Brooklyn, and I'm telling you, this pizza is the real deal! You gotta try it!

GROSS, HARD as wood, BURNT Cheese Pizza, barbecue chicken pizza.

If you like disgusting, burnt, and hard pizza, then this is the place for you. Literally the worst pizza I have ever had in my life! The service was not great but I was at least expecting the pizza to be good. Guess they left the slices in the oven for too long, because I could barely bite into it. BRB while I go vomit and make sure my teeth didn't break after eating this atrocious wooden "food." Hope the owners do better. What I ate was definitely not pizza. TLDR; gross hard burnt pizza, not worth your money. A slice of leftover cold Pizza Hut or Dominos is probably better than the pizza at this place.

Hard as a rock Garlic Cheese Bread

The pizza was good but we also ordered cheese garlic bread and got this instead. Hard as a rock. Stale bread. With cheese on top. I literally wanted to ask for my money back. When I came a few months ago it did not look like this. And they have very few options to choose from for slices of pizza. Really wish they'd have a buffalo chicken.

Garlic Knots , please find any garlic in this photo literally so bad I never experienced a worse example of this appetizer also freezing

The fact that this pizza was over $30$ would be something I didn't even understand from the lack of ingredients they used on this the pizza was raw floppy not a good brick oven example wasn't cut properly and for the lack of sauce I could not believe how non-crispy this pizza was it is possibly worse than eating Domino's and it was three times the price the garlic knots had literally no garlic like normally you would see butter and garlic at the bottom piling up that you could soak your garlic knots init had none of that. I didn't taste any butter and didn't taste any garlic and I see there's like some sprinkles of some kind of herbs paying for this actually hurts my soul.

First things first... the hostess Lyne set the tone immediately. Personable, funny, and quick-witted. She picked up on my husband's "I like to cause a little trouble just because I can" energy within seconds. Without missing a beat she said, "Listen... we're going to put him in time out right there." Another guest nearby started chuckling and I knew right then we were in good hands. Our waitress Kim was just as amazing. Attentive without hovering, friendly, and she kept checking on us to make sure we were good and boxed up once we tapped out. Now let's talk about the food... whew chile. I ordered the Lady Killer and let me tell you... it absolutely understood the assignment. Whatever magic was happening in that kitchen... keep doing it. The salad was huge. I only made it a few bites before I had to surrender. The rest went upstairs with me because wasting food is not in my ministry. And the cocktail... round of applause... smooth, balanced, and pretty enough to make you pause before the first sip. All in all... great energy, great service, and food that delivered. The manager walked around inquiring about the service given. Someone mentioned they weren't happy about their food and she appeared genuinely concerned as she further asked questions and how to take care of the matter. I was impressed. For me it's the small things like this that'll guarantee me being repeat... Separate review for the hotel itself coming up!...

We arrived around 9 PM, and despite the weather, there were still a few larger parties dining, though the restaurant was far from crowded. Right from the start, the hospitality stood out. The hostess graciously welcomed us and offered complimentary wine samples while we waited. My husband sampled a white wine while I tried a red. Neither was particularly memorable, but the gesture was appreciated and set a welcoming tone for the evening. Of course, we couldn't resist ordering our favorite cocktail, the Prickly Pear Margarita. As always, it was absolutely delicious. If you've never tried one, do yourself a favor and order it. It's one of the best specialty margaritas around. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the meal. For dinner, I kept it light with an entrée Caesar salad, my husband ordered the Chicken Marsala, and our son chose the Shrimp and Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka. Every dish was prepared well, flavorful, and exactly what we've come to expect from Carrabba's over the years. While the food was very good, the service was truly exceptional. I've always received solid service at Carrabba's, but this visit was on another level. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and customer focused without ever being intrusive. With so many dining options along Washington Road, choosing where to eat can be a challenge. If you're looking for consistently good food, excellent cocktails, and service that goes above and beyond, this Carrabba's should be at the top of your list.

First Course: Creamy Potato Parmesan soup was the only course unaccompanied by a drink. It arrived in a tiny teacup that was really cute but without a spoon we were encouraged to sip the thick broth. It's fortunate the soup was so tasty. Second Course: Grilled Wings with Fig Bourbon Sour. My drink arrived first and was quick to disappear. I love Elijah Craig bourbon and combined with the housemade syrup and fig sour mix, it was outstanding. The grilled wings were delicious and the Calabrian chili baste gave them just enough spice. Third Course: Rigatoni with Rosemary Cream and Sausage with Brothers Bond Straight Bourbon. The bourbon was smooth, slightly spicy and sippable. The pasta sauce was bland Fourth Course: Delmonico Steak with Gorgonzola Walnut Butter paired with Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey. Uncle Nearest is a smooth sip with a clean finish. The Delmonico steak was huge and a perfect (for me) medium rare. The creamed spinach was a sleeper and nearly stole the show. Fifth Course: Cookies and Cream Brûlée with a Chocolate Chip Old Fashioned. The creme brûlée disappeared like a whisper. It was mildly sweet And the perfect accompaniment to the meal. This grouping of small batch bourbons and Italian flavors were excellent and highly recommended.
