I have been here twice before for pizza, and it was okay both times. This last time it was awful and I would never go there again. (Saturday afternoon) I asked for a well done crispy crust on my pizza and a friend ordered the chicken parmesan. The pizza, if you held a slice in your hand, the crust flopped over and the toppings would fall off. the toppings were also burnt. The chicken parmesan...well.. no words can describe ..it was a breast I think (pretty dark in the restaurant) and the end was completely burnt and hard. the rest of the breast was tough as could be. it was clear that this was not fresh or not freshly cooked that day, and was microwaved. They did take the chicken dish off the check, but left the pizza and said they were sorry. Neither of us finished our meal. read more

Service was good, we were the only customers at that time. We ordered chicken wings as a appetizer but we weren't that impressed. The wings were soggy and pretty bland, could have done without those, but our entrées were great! Portion size is enormous! Where else can I go for a glass of wine, a great Caesar salad and the best gluten free pizza in the area? Right here at Romio's Pizza in Everett! I appreciate that their gluten free crusts are available in small, medium and large sizes...not just the 10" out of the freezer size you get from most places. The Romio's and House Specials are our favorites in both gluten free and regular crust as they have just the right amount of toppings to cheese ratio. The staff is very friendly, accommodating...and remember us (and our previous orders!) each time we visit, which is nearly weekly! It would be great if they could add gluten free pasta options, in addition to their gluten free pizza, to their menu, but for now, I'll continue to enjoy the great salads and pizza! read more

So I'm staying in a nearby hotel for business, don't really want to go out and eat alone, so I ordered Romio's online. The pizza arrived much sooner than I expected, and it was hot! I have a microwave in my room, and expected to have to heat it up, but nope! The toppings were generous, crust was the perfect distance between thin and thick, and the sauce and cheese were completely in line with what I want in a pizza. I also ordered a Caesar salad with dressing on the side, and it was as crisp and fresh as you could hope for. All this was delivered posthaste, with a generous amount of plates, napkins, forks, parmesan, and pepper flakes. I may never pass this way again, but if you do, and have a hankering for pizza, forget the big chains and check out Romio's! read more

Ok, the foods not bad but the delivery driver was a dick. I was vetting local Pizza delivery places and under my online order Special Request I asked that the delivery person greet me with the classic Walter White line, "I am the one who knocks." OK... I know this is above and beyond but I deal with customers all the time in my job and would LOVE for someone to be fun. The Romio's delivery guy was SO NOT into fulfilling my request that even when I offered a 30+% tip he just acted indignant. Even if the guy acknowledged that he was not comfortable saying SIX WORDS but laughed I would have upped the tip based on the "Dude Principle." He was an unfriendly, rude A-hole! I spend my money at places where the customer is appreciated. Granted my special request asked for some grunt to go above and beyond to meet a customer's request but I AM a grunt who places customer satisfaction as a TOP PRIORITY! OK, Romio's dick delivery guy. Enjoy HALF the tip I was prepared to give you. OK, Romio's, you did not pass my test. There are gobs of pizza delivery places who actually WANT my money and who WILL indulge me as a customer. I would give one star but I am fair and the pizza wasn't bad but I am totally a loyal customer of businesses who stress customer service. Terrrrrrible. Was SO disappointed here. We tried the calzone, the salad, and a gluten free pizza... ... I expected little of the gluten free pizza, because it's hard to get that right. But I didn't expect that the toppings would be nearly raw, the sauce flavorless, and the cheese so sparse! Aren't those just the basics?? The crust was actually the best part... sad! Calzone was burnt, but my husband said the fillings were okay. salad was iceburg. You can make better at home. And at least you won't have to suffer through the AWFUL SERVICE! :) read more

I had to call last min and get our lunch at work catered for 30 people in an hour notice. They were so great over the phone and said they'd have it there in an hour and actually made it in 45min! Food was awesome! Fettucine Alfredo, Spaghetti & Meat Balls, Garlic Bread & Garden Salad with 2 choices of dressing! Not a single person complained!! So delicious!! They also provided silverware, plates and napkins. They were just all around amazing!! So thankful to have had them available at such a short notice! These guys have definitely improved! Delivery has been on time the last 3 times I've ordered. The pizzas always have a ton of toppings and are nice and warm. If you need plates utensils or packaged red peppers make sure to clarify on the phone otherwise they don't bring it! Great pizza and great service. read more

We've always been huge fans of Romio's pizza. While they are expensive, you do get what you pay for in comparison to most pizza places. There is less grease and more toppings on their pizzas than when ordering from elsewhere. Also, they have a larger topping selection, as well as crust options like gluten free (delicious). Years ago, I randomly ordered goat cheese, pineapple, and pesto (as a topping, not a sauce) and I now highly recommend it! They also have amazing gyros, however I'm not a fan of anything on their dessert menu. read more

What ruined it is the cheese on top--it was too salty and the meat in the lasagna is too salty as well. They did not use fresh mozzarella for their Margherita: it's a bummer. But after the market yesterday I stopped in for my usual and I felt as I should have walked out as soon as I walked in , yes I'm the single girl that loves to dine out ( as if ! ) I walked in and sat up in the window ( it's an open area ) and the waitress yells across the restaurant 2x at me " can I help you !? I ordered a glass of wine and water , she comes back and asks for my order , just to the point and not friendly whatsoever , I order a mini Hawaiian pizza , she brings it 20 minutes later , had to ask for the bill and I tipped ZERO.. I never do that I tip over 20% generally But she made me feel horrible !! I'm not a second class citizen because I'm dining alone !! You suck girl and ruined it for my future visits , the lady who usually works is classy and friendly I'd say she's probably family , this thing was rude and has no business waiting on a slug !! I ordered an xl pizza to go, half GASP and half Romio's Special. First thing I noticed was the sheer weight of the pizza box I carried to my car! It was impressively heavy! Once home with box opened, the pizza was also gorgeous and obviously made with a lot of pride, which I found so refreshing, the person who made it obviously cared about what he was doing, not just throwing toppings onto a pizza skin. The final test was the taste and OMG, it was just phenomenal. Both sides of the pizza were excellent but Romio's Special is my new favorite. A perfect blend/ratio of ingredients. Not too much meat but definitely just the right proportions of everything. The crust, sauce, cheese and toppings were superb. 100% Yum! I definitely will return. read more

The Good: Pizza tastes good to me The Bad: Too greasy, lousy phone staff, terrible management The Ugly: Ordering is always a struggle, we have ordered from here well over 2 dozen times so we have some experience, it should not take 10+min to get a half and half pizza order but each time we order it is like pulling teeth. The staff answering the phone need more training, the one we had tonight was not able to get our order correct, after about 5min explaining the order, she tried to charge $34 for a $21 dollar pizza, because she was charging us per topping instead of a Samosa with a substitution, we had to call back when we realized the numbers did not add up and the lady on the phone said she had to call us back to get the order straightened out after "The person who usually handles this comes back" ) which took 10min and that person was still having troubles. When they called back they could not get our card number correct and kept saying the card was declined, (card is good, checked with the bank, used earlier today, no issues). We ended up cancelling the order and will take our business elsewhere. Overall: Don't go here if you have a custom order (even just a substitution) or if you have to call to place the order, just don't do it. read more

When they were at Silver Lake, I used to love the smoked salmon ravioli. I moved away, then saw the old location closed and wanted to cry out in horror. Yelp luckily has the new home for them listed, and it was worth the drive to the other side of everett. While they no longer have my favorite dish, their food is just as amazing as it ever was when I lived in the area. This place is a hidden gem, that packs flavor into every bite. I did not eat in, I ordered Delivery; next time, however, I will call Domino's when it comes to Pizza. I have ordered from Romio's twice now, and while the people that have had their sandwiches have really enjoyed the fare, I had a much less joyful experience. I was at first excited to get a pizza with ingredients like feta, artichoke, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes (we ordered a large half G.A.S.P and half House Special) and while the ingredients were good, I just could not finish the pizza - and that never happens, I can wake up the next day and see cold pizza left out on the counter top and think "SCORE! PIZZA"...but this was just not edible for me. The oil and grease were unbearable, the box itself was soaked with oil by the time we got the pizza, as soon as you picked up a slice everything slid right off. My hands were drenched just from serving up the slices. My guests felt the need to wash their hands and face thoroughly after trying the pizza and some think that olive oil was poured over the pizza intentionally as a topping? Possible, not sure why though. It was too heavy, my stomach hurt. I understand pizza can be a greasy food, but this wasn't just a little greasy, this was "I just stuck my hands into a vat of oil". In addition (and this is coming from someone who loves undercooked, doughy food) the crust was not cooked, the bottom was like a wet noodle, probably not helped by the fact that it was swimming in oil. I cannot recommended this pizza to anyone, it's not super expensive (and they do send out some coupon's in the mail to local residents) but I've never been unable to finish a pizza. So if you choose to eat at Romio's remember: sandwiches, salads fine but unless you want to feel like you were doing EEOV shots - stay away from the pizza. read more
