I ordered through Eat24 and 10 minutes later received an email that they were charging me an extra $3.55 (without my approval) for extra Parmesan and croutons on a small Caesar salad. The food we ordered was mediocre, but you don't expect amazing food from a strip-mall Italian restaurant. That said, I think for $12.95 you should get something better than Stouffer's Lasagna. No, I'm not being facetious, there were 4 boxes of Stouffer's Lasagna (Family Size) in their garbage pile, clearly visible through their east-facing windows. My fiance and I have been ordering from here for quite awhile and have spent a whole lot of $$$ here, mainly because of their gluten free options. The last time we ordered carry out the food was sloppy and undercooked. Being the loyal customers we are we ordered again tonight. After just losing a loved one and returning home from out of the city we were so incredibly disappointed to have our order so screwed up! The steak sandwich we ordered without cheese because of an allergy, came smothered in mayonaise which is not even listed as an ingredient. Luckily we caught this and had to sit for 20min for a new sandwich while the rest of our food got cold and the staff ate the sandwich that was made incorrectly in front of the patrons!!! I normally don't review, but we just had lunch here and a warning is needed for anyone considering this place. The service was abysmal from a waitress who could care less if you patronized this restaurant. I can't remember her name but it started with a "Z". No smile, no greeting, a very hostile and unpleasant attitude. We've had the 4 cheese baked spaghetti many times but with this visit, it has gone way down hill. Very watery and soupy with minimal, bland taste. Even knowing the lunch special would have a smaller portion than dinner, the actual minimal portion was remarkable in it's small size. For the $20+ bill, I'd rather open a can of Chef Boyardee. I would give them the benefit of the doubt on the food, but the attitude of the waitress is inexcusable and we just can't go back. They need to step up their game here. I ordered two smalls with an addition of chicken on one of them and the price total came out to $28.00. The delivery driver wanted a tip too and I just couldn't do it. Eat here if you have the money. $28.00 for two small pizzas is pretty much theft. The pies weren't very good either. They were very greasy and tasted like a mix between Pizza Hut and Little Caesars. I was extremely unimpressed and actually felt a little mad and taken advantage of. If you have money to burn and like greasy pizza then by all means eat here. It's probably a good thing they are located in Kirkland where rich yuppy's can afford their pizza. I placed an order through PayPal, but when I went to pick it up I was told that they had no idea what I was talking about, and that they do not accept PayPal. Ordered a large pizza with some extra toppings and some mozzarella sticks; total cost $44!!! Extremely expensive so I had high expectations. The pizza was good but no where near top notch status. Pizza was a little soggy but the toppings were fresh, a little light on the chicken. The mozzarella sticks were atrocious for two reasons: the sticks were soggy all the way around, usually mozzarella sticks have a deep fried crunchy texture on the outside and a soft gooey cheese center and second issue was the marinara sauce had a weird tinge to it, one bight and the combination of a soggy stick and the weird tasting marinara made it unbearable so I stopped eating those immediately. Bottom line is their are much better places that charge the same if not much less and if they charge the same the pizza is to die for. Not going to advertise other companies on a review but just check your options if you live locally to this establishment. This place needs to increase the quality for the price they charge or just drastically lower the price to match the current quality. read more

Our friends introduced us here 2 weeks ago & we've been back 3x since, so that is definitely saying something. The staff is kind & the restaurant is clean & kid friendly. My husband and I fell in love with the garlic cheese bread! The texture & taste, so yummy! We've tried the Special, Bianca (the white, alfredo sauce is delicious!) custom pizzas & all were great! I've ordered from here twice. They delivered, and the food was really tasty. The delivery took about an hour, when they said it would be only a half hour. The second time, we were starving and it was 15 minutes until closing. I called anyway, and asked if it was too late to order. The girl on the phone was super nice, and we placed a to-go order. Their food is really good but they have messed up our delivery order twice now. We ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce since I can't eat tomatoes. Two times now, they delivered our pizza with tomato sauce and the first time, the pizza was completely burnt on top. The first time I called about the pizza being burnt and with the wrong sauce, they fixed it no questions asked and sent a new pizza in 20 minutes. The second time.... I had to ask for a new pizza because the girl didn't know what to do and I had to talk to someone else about it who eventually said they'd send a new one. And then, it took almost an hour to get it. Now almost 2 hours since our original... Awful awful pizza! We ordered pepperoni pizza and it arrived so overcooked that it was almost inedible also there was hardly any sauce. No one could finish eating a single slice. The food here is mediocre at best. The service is really slow. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes before being served or even bringing us water. The food took forever as well. At least 45 mins to arrive. The place is messy and seems very disorganized. The salads are made using yellow lettuce that is bitter and not worth eating. This is my new favorite italian place, due in large part to the fact they have good gluten free options! French bread, pizza, and pasta all available in gluten free. Their marinara sauce is YUMMY. My husband who can eat gluten loves their lasagna. They have a very reasonably priced lunch menu also. Owners are greek, so the food has a richer flavoring than many italian places. New to the area and gave this place a shot. I was craving authentic Italian pizza. But I ended up ordering the Greek Gyros, cheese bread, and chocolate cake. The food arrived room temperature, side salad and all. The taste was good. Not great but good. Definitely not the best considering how much I paid. The cheese bread was quite chewey, slightly stale tasting. Nothing tasted very fresh. The chocolate cake slice I was very excited about. For $4.75, I was expecting a glorious large slice of cake. Which was the biggest disappointment if all. Barely two inches wide of a slice, and tasting like they picked it up at a grocery store. Very, very disappointing.
