Almost 75% of the food was leftover and was being refused to get 3 boxes
    Adeel M.

Rude behavior by the owner or the cashier,I've been to this restaurant few times with family and this is my first and experience with guy at the register ,we have decent amount of leftovers, asked for three carry out boxes and was given only two ,had to go back for 2 more and owner was being stingy and asking me it will make four now and gave me strange look ,we have to mix shove food in the boxes too manage and have him not beck ,never going back again.

The decor is nice inside and Nash and smashed food was yummy. Highly recommend the burgers and sandwiches and fries and mango lassi from there. They are priced well. I do not recommend any of the "Chinese." They used spaghetti noodles for the lo mein and way too much garlic. It was clearly just reheated in a microwave. The chicken corn soup was good, I'd get it again. The butter naan was incredible and priced well. The daal tharka was bad and so overpriced ($15). Not enough salt and it was also clearly reheated in a microwave. The portion was also too small for $15. The daal wasn't reheated well either, it was basically room temperature by the time it got to us. They do not have cups for water and make you buy bottles of water. They also only have plastic cutlery and plates which cheapened the experience. The area to put the dishes is too small and not clearly marked with what goes where. The trash hole is too small to fit the plates so you have to squeeze them in to the trash. The dish return/trash should be more organized.

Hakka crispy beef with fried rice,

Tried several items at Ronak Mella in Woodbridge and everything was delicious. The chicken-loaded fries, smashed burger, fried rice, crispy hakka beef, and nihari were all flavorful and freshly served. Portions were generous, and the drinks were a perfect finish. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the service was fast and friendly. The food was so good that we even took some takeout home! Overall: food, service, and atmosphere -- all 10/10. Definitely worth visiting again!

The second time we came we were seated in a booth that I felt left us a bit neglected. There were 4 of us; 3 ordered steaks and all three ordered medium rare. They were cooked beyond that. My salmon was cooked exactly as it should be. The third steak was sent back as it was the wrong order. Because it took awhile to get it corrected, the birthday boy ended up eating his dinner alone as the rest of us completed our meals. To be fair, his steak was done correctly.

The food has honestly been the highlight both times, and it's the main reason I'd come back. For my first visit, I ordered the lamb chops with corn and mashed potatoes, and they were AMAZING. I also appreciated the complimentary birthday ice cream at the end of the meal. However, the service timing really needs improvement. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, it took a very long time for us to get attended to. We waited a long time before receiving bread and appetizers, and several sides and menu items were unavailable. I also tried a few of their lemonade drinks and honestly didn't enjoy any of them, so I ended up switching to soda. Our server was kind, but he seemed stretched too thin and rarely checked on our table. My Mother's Day visit had similar issues, but the service experience was worse. Our server came across as rude and very blunt. We sat for quite a while before anyone took our order, and throughout the meal we constantly had to ask for bread, drink refills, and updates on appetizers because she barely checked in on us. The appetizers and food also came out late again. That said, the food itself was still really good both visits, and the restaurant maintained a nice atmosphere and clean environment. I genuinely enjoy the food here, especially the lamb chops, and I would absolutely return if they bring them back to the menu. I just hope management works on improving attentiveness, wait times, and overall customer service because that's really the only thing holding this place back from being a 5-star experience.

The service is probably the best I have ever seen at a restaurant. The drink (margarita was amazing) and apps (Grilled Shrimp was fire) were 10/10. But the entree sadly didnt hit the way I wanted them to. I got a plate of veggies (simple and fine), fries (to salty), Mac & cheese (tasted artificial) and Caesar salad (Good maybe little to much dressing) and my wife got mushroom chicken (salty). Now the big thing about this place that it's know for is these Bread Rolls. And I will say they are really good but lord they are sweet haha. I wil way this I will probably be back because the Salad, Apps and Drink are great but sadly will have to go somewhere else for the entree. I still recommend this place to anyone who is interested it is for sure worth going to and the vibes were 10/10

Not what I expected but it will suit specific people looking for their offerings. Burton's Grill is your typical all American restaurant but focuses on serving all the dietary needs of Americans with allergies or not. The place looks new, the kind of place you wanna wear clean clothes at a minimum and not look slovenly. Outside sitting, full large bar, sports on several TVs above the center of the bar, and a lot of servers milling around here. Great lighting, not loud but not quiet either, just chill. We were starved so our eyes ate. Brunch was still being served till 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays so I grabbed the French Toast and the Steak and Eggs. My friend had allergies with gluten so she went with a salmon and some super salad dish. She was happy as all the dishes had markers for gluten free, food free, soul free, etc. Very helpful for all allergy infused humans. Great waitress btw. Fantastic service. Food came after some time, we requested for everything to come out on time. Steak and egg was okay but I'd go with the prime rib next time. The steak came out sliced with 2 poached eggs on top. The hash on the side was on point. Salmon okay too. Salad was okay but we should have added a protein on top. A little dry on dressing maybe but we could have requested more so that's on us. On the other hand, the French toast had me scratching my head. It was cubed challah bread but eggs was 0, zero, nada eggs on it. I thought I was eating croutons which would have gone great with the super salad dish thinking about it now. The French toast really bunched up my undies, French toast is my favorite breakfast thing you see. They explained it was prepped that way for allergy sake due to the egg. Well, I'm not allergic and never said I was, but my friend was but she wasn't eating my dish so why make it in this fashion. Overall, this experience was just okay. Nice environment and service but I realized how lucky I am not to be allergic cause if I have to eat French toast like this forever, I'm not sure what to do. Definitely not up to eating croutons with syrup.
