Can't imagine how the girls make it 8 to 10 hours a day in that heat one would think they would at least wear shorts to stay cooler. We have been to other fruit stands in hotter areas that use a misting system to keep the interior at least 10 to 20° cooler without any moisture or water on the floor. Speaking for ourselves, we would spend more time shopping if the temperatures were more pleasant don't need AC, but just something to kind of break the temperature a bit. A high pressure misting system would keep the employees more comfortable and the shoppers and results. They'd probably spend more money. Next time we go, we're gonna buy the girls shorts so I can keep cool.

Even local small business shops advertise thier products like jams, jelly, dressings, seasonings and even fresh baked bread. My two young boys and I head over here about 1-2x a week to shop. The staff is always so kind, super sweet and helpful. I've had so many good conversations! I do a lot of canning and I make a lot of pepper jelly and fruit jam, WITH the produce J&J Ramos farms harvest. It's always the best experience when we come out here.

SHELLEY SAVES THE DAY! When we arrived for Mother's Day, we…read morewere initially treated rather rudely by a young gentleman named Matt, who told us we did not have a reservation when we know we did. We had to regroup and were headed to another place when we got a call back from The Fruityard stating that they had our reservation down under a different name because it was written down wrong and could not be deciphered. Matt was very rude to us at the beginning when we checked in a very condescending tone. He should definitely not be THR person who greets guests when they check in as his demeanor is deplorable! What saved the day for us was our server, Shelley, whose constant attention and sense of humor were fantastic! Her menu suggestions were all spot on, our water glasses never got under half full and she brought smiles to all of our faces. We all enjoyed our menu choices, and the salad bar was fantastic as always!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment…read more I traveled 58 miles specifically to dine at your restaurant based on positive reviews, but unfortunately, the experience failed to meet reasonable expectations. Upon arrival, the check-in process was impersonal, and it took ten minutes to be seated. Once at our table, we waited another ten minutes before being acknowledged by our server. Throughout the meal, the service was characterized by a lack of basic hospitality; our server was consistently indifferent, failing to offer a warm welcome, smile, or proactive check-ins regarding our drinks or satisfaction. Furthermore, the food quality was mediocre at best, which did not justify the extended wait times. The service continued to be dismissive during the conclusion of our meal; our requests for the dessert menu and the check were met with abruptness rather than professional courtesy. When I attempted to settle the bill at the front desk, the manager on duty appeared preoccupied and treated my inquiry with an unprofessional level of dismissiveness. Given the significant time and effort invested in traveling to your location, I found the overall lack of service and poor management presence quite disheartening. I felt it was important to bring these specific service failures to your attention, as they have unfortunately ensured that this will be my final visit to your restaurant.
