We were mostly just confused by the name of the dish versus the experience. It was good just not pistachio mousse. We actually wondered if someone accidentally prepared it wrong. We were here for an anniversary and were given free champagne before our meal and offered more at the end which we declined because of all the other lovely drinks we'd had.
