Was having a last minute birthday party for my father and needed a lot of pizza and quick. So we decided to go to Ronzio but i was sceptical at first because I've tried Ronzio is mass and didn't like it at all. When we walked in the place was so clean and full of wonderful smells. To find out this one is family owned and operated and the owner is so nice and makes everything fresh. We ordered a square party pizza with extra sauce cheese and pepperoni. Took them 10 minutes was out quick and hot. So we also ordered a few calzones. Went back to the house and everyone loved the food pizza was made perfect and full of flavor. I was so surprised to find that it wasn't greasy at all. The calzones were amazing as well everyone including my picky 2 year old loved the food. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to try more food. He even told us he makes his own homemade sauce. read more

Food is average, I order here sometimes and the food arrives at a cool temperature but I don't knock that because the food is okay but fries come soggy and taste weird like they were heated from a microwave and the carrot cake was totally frozen when I got it.. not sure what was going on if you guys just freeze your food than reheat it but that is what it has been tasting like lately. Wow it actually pisses me off that I just spent money here. I've had their pizza and calzones in the past which have been good but tonight was just awful. Me and my fiancé got subs, I ordered the chicken parm and she had the chicken cutlet. The chicken was so overly processed I think I would've rather eaten chicken directly from a can then wash it down with the chicken water. I tried to give it to my dog and my dog looked at me like bro really? Her sub had so much mayo on it that you'd think she ordered a mayo sandwich. I got fries that were so well done I think they put them through a cremator. I literally have never seen something so repulsive in my life. I wouldn't confidently leave this out for a wild animal to eat overnight from my trash can. Received the appetizer foods flipped upside down in the bag. two appetizers mixed into one bag all together after they both fell over. Wasn't a huge fan of the spinach pie. It doesn't automatically come with cheese which is... weird. And there was like an inch of spinach in it. That's a LOT of spinach. I did like the veggie pizza a lot, though, and the delivery was pretty quick. read more

I called to place a delivery order and when the man realized my location was better suited for delivery from the other Ronzio's he reprimanded me for calling his establishment and not the one closer to me. (I am not from the area, so I have no idea where either of them are located and when I typed in my phone search - nearest pizza delivery to me) this Ronzios popped up.He then put me hold so he could confirm that I was waisting his time by referencing his delivery map. He came back and told me, "yeah lady, you need think and call the other Ronzio's". I asked him for the phone number to the other Ronzio's and he angrily grumbled a few numbers at me and hung up... I called back, "I'm the person you just hung up on, can you give me the whole number please", He did the same thing again and hung up me. I'll never know if the food is good because clearly customer service means nothing to this guy. Should Ronzio's read this review I want you to consider something. I might not be from the area but I have recently moved here with my company. We host fundraisers and gatherings regularly. We invite local restaurants to join us in these events and spend an average of $1000 a month for food from small restaurants like Ronzio's. Now Ronzio's will never get our business. We always order from here - but we are VERY disappointed with our order. We called and confirmed FOUR times our order, half Buffalo chicken and half cheese. They advertise "cheesy fries" with a displayed picture of fries and cheese, with some sort of meat on top.
