I'm not sure where to begin. However, before I begin, it's important to note that my home is currently on the market. So you can imagine how urgent this was. Ken is an absolute blessing in disguise. I have nothing but the finest things to say about Ken! He arrived spot-on-time for our appointment, and then gave a solid look at my roof - he brings binoculars and a camera with a photographic lens to document things. Within 20 minutes, he analyzed my roof, and suggested rather than have 2-3 contractors do the work that I contact another company who specializes in each of the things necessary. I contacted 5 roofers to replace our 35 year old shingles. I'm really glad I went with them. They got the job done in about 7 hours. Ken was here twice to supervise the installation of the new roof. The clean up was thorough. I was charged exactly the estimate even though they had to replace 2 plywood sheets. We had a small leak due to some of the shingles underneath the ridge vent were cut short. Ken came and explained the entire issue to us and told us that he can take care of it in a day or so. And as promised his crew was there and did a fantastic job of sealing our ridge vent the way it should have been done in first place.
